Enjoyed the apartment but not the noise.

There was a lot of noise from outside. Paddy’s bar and childrens playground. Also had to phone after 10 days for clean towels and sheets. Also when it’s windy, it whistles and have to open the sliding door.

Beautiful studio apartment in a superb location. The hosts communicate well. Good value for money

Fabulous location looking onto Las Cantaras beach. Walk out the door and you're a few metres from the beach. Lovely ambience along the promenade with many bars and restaurants. Complimentary bottle of wine, tea and coffee. Expect to hear the sea, even with the patio doors closed - it's beautiful.

No air con but a fan is provided

Location was great right on beach apartment was amazing very clean good for a week we stayed for 2 and half week but only 2 excursions from that area had to travell down south of island to do more but over all had a great time

The flat exceed my expectaions but the elevator was terrible

The view is amazing and the apartment was very nice and clean. The furniture was new and the bed was very comfortable. Nice to sit on the balcony in the afternoon and watch the sun set. The location is fantastic, right at the beach front with many restaurants and stores around. The host was nice and gave us recommendations of good restaurants.

The elevator was terrible - it was out of order several times. OTIS maintenance was there to fix it. The day after it was the same problem. Total 3 different days with problems. It is hard to walk up to the fifth floor.

Fantastic View from balcony 💙

The view is FANTASTIC. You get to see and hear the ocean, you are in an excelent spot of Playa de Canteras. The apartment has all needed facilities for cooking, there is even a washing machine. The host was very nice, he gave us hints on what to visit & where to eat. Liked they provide a notebook about how to use the apartment electronics, what to visit, best restaurants in town. Definitely we are coming back 💙

Perfect stay in a beautiful apartment right at the beach

Absolutely recommendable! The view is amazing and the apartment was extremely clean. The furniture is new and the bed was very comfortable. It was the most comfortable bed which we had during our whole stay on Gran Canaria. The location is right at the beach front with many restaurants and stores around. So there is everything you need. The host welcomed us very friendly. In addition we got help with buying a 3-day parking card for the cark park which is located right behind the apartment building.

The elevator was a death trap - once we were stuck between floor 5 and 6: and we thought we were dying because of the noise the elevator made while being stuck. We wanted to give it another try and it made that same noise again, even though there was nobody inside. The elevator needs maintenance badly, it is a safety risk and walking up five storeys is not fun. We had an ice cold shower on the first night because we were not informed that someone had turned off the boiler. The next day, the boiler was turned on and the shower got cold after five minutes again. Two people won’t be able to shower after each other, my better half had to wait until the next morning… pretty inconvenient. The soap dispenser was empty, no possibility of washing hands except using the shampoo provided.

Great location, the appartment is fully furnished and well decorated. We had a very enjoyable stay there and really regret to leave the appartment. Nestor the host, was waiting for us for the keys at our arrival and gave us really good advice on the area. Really recommend it
