Localisation et amabilité du personnel

Dommage que la salle de bains n'était pas équipée d'une vraie douche Malgré le fait qu'il n'y avait presque personne dans l'établissement, c'était bruyant

Bien dans l'ensemble

Très bon emplacement à deux pas de tous commerces et remontées, parking à proximité. Personnel agréable.

La salle de bain, mini baignoire, je pense que vu la taille de la baignoire il serait préférable de la remplacer par une douche italienne. Insonorisation des portes des chambres à revoir. (bruit de couloir).

Location was good

No shower, only a mixer tap with no way of hanging the shower head, no shower curtain. Toilet was tiny.

great place. would come again

central location in les menuires. lovely looking well kept building. clean and welcome reception. warm and friendly welcome by front of house staff. i ate in the attached restaurant (tartiflette and savoi white wine: ‘twas delicious) (thank you to Emma, Fiona, Mathew, and Antoine for your excellent service) dorm room was well appointed with ample space. my fellow guests were courteous.

Wonderful location,food and staff. Skiing from the hotel!

Amazing location! Skiing literally from the hotel. Close to many restaurants, ski rental,supermarket. Wonderful staff. Lovely ambiance with relaxing music at breakfast. Great food at the hotel. Kids friendly. We booked for next year already.

decent value for the money, good area

I haven't stayed in a hostel in years, but this was the only decent price for the area. I was in a six room bunkbed that had a privacy screen and lockers provided. I had dinner with one roommate every night which was nice. toilet was OK. And the lounge area is very nice.

there was no window provided in the common bathroom, so must leave the door open after to air it out. also, there was no bathmat for the floor but I always grab one from the laundry room. otherwise expected from a hostel.

it has a relaxed atmosphere

my room was painted dark brown, wall, ceiling even the bathroom, horribly depressing terrible wifi, I couldn't do any Zoom call Way too relaxed: - poor service in the restaurant - poor maintenance, place is worn down - restaurant menu a joke

Great hostel, fantastic staff!

Ho36 was just brilliant. I was in Les Menuires to deal with a family emergency and the hostel team couldn't have been nicer. They helped find a bed for me every night I needed it and were so kind and supportive. I'm immensely grateful to them, especially Anais! The hostel itself is lovely - comfy beds, clean facilities, lovely views from the bar/cafe area. Highly, highly recommended!

Generally a nice experience staying here.

The staff was extremely nice, helpful and highly service oriented. The location in town and view outside of the windows were great.

Room was dark. Bathroom not always clean enough. No option for dinner at a reasonable price.
