Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Sun filled New Englander style Farmhouse boasts all the amenities you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean and spacious with all new appliances/furniture, freshly painted exterior within 2 blocks to downtown on a quaint "Norman Rockwell-ish" residential side street will draw you to visit year after year. The bright kitchen leads to a laundry room and full bathroom as well as the 1st floor bedroom/den. Our spacious sun filled master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, along with wide pine flooring and two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor includes a full bathroom, music room/office/den. Living room features a wood stove that's perfect for entertaining with private deck leading to oversized fenced in yard with a fire pit, and a outside hot tub. Screened in farmers porch that's perfect to store your skis during the winter season or golf clubs during the warmer months with plenty of off street parking. Games, movies, netflix, books, and free wifi makes this "has it all" home a wonderful and affordable getaway within steps to fantastic restaurants, shopping, ski resorts and much more. The house was clean and the hot tub was relaxing. The only problem was the WiFi was unusable and without WiFi it was a dead zone. And the kitchen lacked essentials…but bring everything you need to cook and you’ll be golden.

This home was cozy and clean. Perfect space for our family for our annual snowmobile trip. The local can’t be beat.. you can walk right into town. Would highly recommend!

Visited Diann's property with 4 adults and 5 children. Location was close to shops/restaurants in downtown North Conway and only a few minutes to the base of Cranmore. House was cozy and had all the necessary amentities. Hot tub was a plus after a day on the slopes. Will likely return again in the future.

We came up for a family ski weekend. Skied attitash and wildcat. Attitash is about 15 min drive. Wildcat was 30 min. House is very cozy with small wood burning stove/fireplace. Easy walk into town. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was great after ski day.

Our family of 3 (and small dog) enjoyed a 5 night stay Dec. 23-28th. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable! We found the kitchen to be well stocked, the wood burning stove a bit small but easy to use! We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub. Only wish it was a bit more private but oh well! Despite the unfortunate weather (warm cloudy/rainy) we managed to have a great time! The location is FABULOUS! A short walk to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. We have family in the area and were able to host a dinner for 7 adults with plenty of room! We are grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Loved our stay here! It was walking distance to so many good spots (food, shopping, hiking). Lots of comfortable beds, and plenty of space for us to have our two little ones (2.5 years old and 2 months old) along. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

The property was centrally located nearby to everything North Conway has to offer. It is a gorgeous home and was clean and cozy. The owners were extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely like to stay again!

We had the best time weather was perfect close to downtown Conway attended fryeburg for 2 days used hot tub and. Fire pit we left wood for next guest hope to return next year thank you

Our family of four spent a week in August of 2023 and absolutely loved the house. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch, the deck, and the hot tub. The location was perfect- we always walked to dinner downtown. We’ve spent many weeks in North Conway, and this was probably our favorite house that we’ve rented. Diann was also extremely responsive and helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house one night when we left for dinner. I messaged Diann and she responded immediately with a solution! I have nothing but positives to say based on my experience.

Perfect location for our tubing trip down the Saco. Walking distance to Zebs and other cool spots to shop and get fresh drinks and snacks.
We ate dinner at the house, the kitchen is fully stocked. I was psyched about the spice rack! Each bedroom was spacious and had towels for each person. Great home!! Diann was wonderfully attentive if we needed anything. I can’t wait to go back. We LOVE the White Mountains!

This house was incredible! Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and have space and privacy while spending time together. Storyland was our reason to come to the area but we enjoyed the house even more. Quality time with the kids and grown up time in the backyard at night was priceless. Clean all around, an impressive number of kitchen supplies, and a quiet neighborhood made a memorable trip for two families with little ones.

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of room for 7 adults and a dog! We loved walking into town and all of the hikes around the area. Also easy access to winter sports including a variety of ski mountains. Would love to come back during any season.

This is the second time we have rented here and loved it as much this time as last! My husband and I stayed the week and our adult kids came and stayed at different times. It’s perfect for a group and what is so amazing is that you are close to everything, and yet feel very removed from the crowds. Can’t wait to return!

We loved staying here. East walking distance to the center of town and utilizing the back road near the train tracks was a huge time saver when we needed to drive somewhere. Highly recommend renting this house for your get away. Only thing that may be of concern for parents with small children is that the stairs are quite steep to the second floor but there are baby gates available to block doorways.

Charming House for Ski Trip
This house has so much charm and all the comforts you need for a family ski trip. Very comfortable, super clean, great amount of space. We truly enjoyed our stay. Minutes away from Cranmore and so convenient to many other ski resorts.

Destination family Christmas
Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us and rained all day every day, but the house was comfortable and roomy enough for us all. We hunkered in and made comfort foods, had game night and enjoyed the hot tub. House is very well appointed and clean. Location was perfect. Truly a place to stay for every season. Would definitely rent again.

Great house!
The house was great! Everything you could possibly need was there. Awesome set up as well. Only issue was the bathroom upstairs had just been re-done so we were unable to use the shower, so it was a little inconvenient with 6 adults and 2 children trying to get ready on the am…We could also only get the tv in the main. Living room to work…not really a big deal..Overall the place was by far the next house we have rented in the North Conway area!

A Perfect Place
I really can't say enough about this property. We felt right at home from the minute we entered. The location is perfect - close enough to downtown that you can walk there, but somehow when you are at the house, you feel so removed from the crowds. Our family came and went during the week but there was always more than enough space for all of us and having the fenced in yard kept my grandog safe! Any questions we had for Diann were answered quickly and we had no problems.
I would like to compliment the owners on the way this house is decorated. Every time I walked into a room I would see some detail I hadn't noticed before.
It really is perfect and we can't wait to return!

Very clean and spacious
We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean and had enough paper and kitchen items for our week stay. It had enough space for two families. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and taking a walk to the village which was very close. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had.

Summer multigenerational holiday
The property was convenient to town and attractions. Home was clean and well stocked. Great safe yard. One suggestion due to us having toddlers was bookshelf should be anchored to the wall as well as the tv stand in the back downstairs bedroom.

Family winter getaway - with our dog!
We stayed at this wonderful home for a few days right after Christmas with our 3 kids and my dog - it was a great trip! We intended to ski every day but there wasn’t much snow so we didn’t ski much. The home was the highlight of our trip! It is a beautiful spacious house with many bedding options for our kids to choose from. The kitchen and dining areas were well equipped for a group and everyone enjoyed Netflix on the TV. Plus the yard is fenced in so it was very easy to have our dog outside whenever needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything went smoothly. The location made it easy to walk into town, which was lovely. Highly recommend!

Nice Spot
Plenty of room for all. Nice screen porch. Short walk into town. Short drive to all of the trails and not too far a drive to Mt. Washington. Hot tub was nice and clean. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Window or portable AC units in every room so when you need them they work but are noisy as should be expected.
