We stayed in this house for 3 nights and it was spectacular. The kitchen and dining and living room allowed us to gather easily. The game room was perfect. I highly recommend!!

My family and I are super impressed with our stay at 106 Oak Terrace. The pictures did not do this place justice, you just have to see the beauty with your own eyes. We were a family of 20 and we were all comfortable with the beds and space. Our favorite area of the house was the porch with the rocking chairs. We sat out their every morning with our mugs of coffee and enjoyed the unobstructed views atop the hill. The kids enjoyed the game room and the outdoor pool. Their favorite game to play in the house was hide-and-seek. The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our dining needs. We cannot wait to reserve this place again!

Absolutely gorgeous house and property! Our girl scout troop and parents had an amazing time. Views for miles. The pool and gameroom were perfect and the kids never got bored. Plenty room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again. And did I mention how gorgeous the place was?

This house is a great location to get into Wimberly and pick up food and the house had all the amenities to cook the rest. The pool was enjoyed by all. In late evening enjoying the rocking chairs and sunset we saw a fox and rabbit. By pool in afternoon we spotted a road runner. In morning while enjoying coffee saw deer. The house had plenty of beds for the families. We had a great time.

The house was gorgeous, well appointed with beautiful views off the porch. Beds and bedding were all very nice and we slept well. The game room was fun and a great place to hang out. Loved this property and would love to stay in again if near Austin.

Shiloh was absolutely amazing; helping us with our last minute accommodation needs. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The views on all sides are breathtaking and the location couldn’t be better for Wimberley city center. We stayed with our wedding party and everyone could not stop raving about the place. It’s great for big groups, with amble rooms and beds, abilities to cook and sit around, and take the day to relax in the hot tub and swim. Everything was just perfect!

Very private location with great views! Tons of space in the house for large groups. The kids loved the game room and pool. The kitchen had more than enough plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and other cooking utensils. The furniture was all in very good condition and comfortable. The only downside is that it's about an hour from Austin and from San Antonio but the drive tends to feel longer because of the 30+ minutes on windy country roads.

We had a really great experience here, and would definitely recommend to others looking for a large home in the hill country. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the home itself is great - outdoor spaces are as described, and the bedrooms were plenty spacious. Location is also very close to downtown Wimberly, so lots to do very nearby. The bedroom with the largest number of beds has its own separate staircase, so this location would be ideal for large families. My only complaint is that, as this location is clearly run by a property management company, the communication was sometimes confusing. There were several different forms of communication (emails through VRBO, a lease through the company itself, a guest portal), and some of the information was not consistent. It did not negatively impact our stay, and I would still highly recommend this property, but it did cause some anxiety in knowing what was allowed and what was not. Overall, a very minor complaint!

Our multi generational family had a wonderful time at Grand View in Wimberley. Each couple had their own room and there was plenty of room for our grandchild to roam and play. The pool was a reprieve from the summer heat and was clean upon arrival. The game room was perfect for the adults while the little one slept. Our entire family loved Grand View. We will be back!

Not only was it beautiful and spacious, but it had everything we needed (cake stand was an absolute surprise!). The property contact was responsive which helped me plan effectively. Our daughter was getting married in the area and we needed a place for the bride's family to stay. We were able to fit all of our family in this house and enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. We did have a problem with one of the heaters but the owner was responsive to our problem and was able to get us taken care of. The location was great for fun in Wimberley and access to the wedding venue in Spring Branch. The view was amazing and the house/property had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.

Loved the house and location, very roomy, beautiful decor and views. To cold to use pool but hot tub was very nice. Almost every room had a fireplace even though it wasn’t that cold. Easy directions and property manager was awesome. Outside of home needs some maintenance but i would definitely rent this home again. We got some great family photos. HEB delivered groceries and pizza delivered also which was so convenient.

We have enjoyed Grand View Escape for 3 years for an annual family gathering. The place is perfect. With a game room for all ages, a pool, a spa and the best view in the area, not to mention a beautiful home complete with holiday decorations, you just can't go wrong.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand View. It was peaceful & quiet with beautiful views of the Texas hill country. The grand children enjoyed the game room as did the adults. We saw deer in the back yard every day and even a fox in the front yard. Everyone had a wonderful time.
