Nestled in Rehoboth Beach, this charming house for R 14,531 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 6 bedroom, 4 bath house is just 2 blocks to the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk AND two blocks to the main avenue with restaurants, coffee shops, many unique stores, and multiple galleries. Located between Philadephia St and Delaware Ave, this beautifully landscaped property has 2 outdoor patio areas the one on the west side of the house features hot tub and built in gas grill and large teak dining table. It is beautifully lined with trees for privacy. The east side patio features a 4 seat teak dining table and several additional chairs. There is also an outdoor shower that is shared with small cottage house on the corner of the property. Off street parking for 2 cars and 2 Rehoboth Beach parking passes available for our in season guests. With enclosed porch on 2 sides of the house, there is easy access to the house from parking area. Enter to one of 2 living room areas featuring flatscreen TV and wood burning fireplace. Up 2 steps to another living room and dining area refurnished summer of 2012. This house also features and first floor bedroom with queen size bed, cable TV and a full bath with granite and glass shower. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, cable TV and seating for 4 at the breakfast table. The second floor features 5 bedroom and 3 baths. 2 of the bedrooms each have a bunk bed and single twin bed, great for kids. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds and the two Master bedrooms at the end of the hall have King size beds and private newly renovated baths. One of the master bedrooms has vaulted ceilings, a beautiful woodburning fireplace, and a patio that comfortably seats 4-5.

Great stay at this house just two blocks from the beach. Everything was as described and it is especially nice that there was a large dining table with seating for 12–often homes that sleep that many still don’t have a large dining area so we really enjoyed that. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and two refrigerators! It would be nice if sheets and towels were provided—we flew in from multiple cities and it is a pain to have to bring your own linens. Also, other than two boogie boards, there were no beach goodies—a few chairs at least and maybe a couple of pails and shovels would be a big upgrade at little cost. Overall we loved the house and would stay again.

The house was perfect for us, 6 adults and 2 teens. The 6 bedrooms allowed everyone his/her own space. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable.
The downstairs is the best with two sitting rooms with the most comfortable sofas. The kitchen is well equipped.
The location couldn’t be better being close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants
One funny experience—after a long drive we all arrived at the house got in and headed for the bathrooms. Alas, no toilet paper at all in any bathroom. Thankfully someone had tissues in car. House doesn’t supply such things to get started. So come prepared.
As you need to supply your own sheets and towels and can’t bring your own, there are rental companies
Check in was easy and the manager always responded quickly.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this house.

We had a great family trip to Rehoboth! The location of this house can’t be beat, with a short walk to the beach and Funland. The layout of the rooms and lots of common/living room space was helpful, as well as the sunroom/wraparound porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful week!

The home is literally a stone's throw from the main street in Rehoboth Beach. And it's at most a 5 minute walk to the beach if you're a leisurely stroller. It has all the amenities you would ever need, and there's plenty of lounging space. Very important to me are the beds, which are very comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

We were a group of 8 ladies who met outside regularly during COVID and continue meeting today at the playground of a local school (Jones Elementary) in Annapolis. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely well maintained home. Kitchen was well stocked with great glassware. Great spaces for both our whole group of 11 and for breaking into smaller groups. Best of all, all this just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Great communication with David!

Property was amazing and had tons of amenities, space and was close to all we wanted to do during the extended stay. Our host was very accommodating, friendly and quick to answer any and all questions we had. Already talking amongst ourselves about staying here agin next year.

The location was perfect. We were 2 blocks from the beach and a block away from town. We were a group of 10 friends that are all in our 30s, so we loved that we could easily get to the beach as well as easily getting into town to go to the restaurants and bars.
David was a very kind and communicative host. He was responsive to any questions that we had and was very nice when we got to meet him. Check in and check out were a breeze. He even graciously offered us a late check out so we can sneak in one more trip to the beach when there was no one else checking in on the day that we left!
The house itself is beautiful and very well maintained. There was plenty of space for us to cook and enjoy dinners together, the bedrooms were spacious, and everything was bright with a lot of natural light. There were multiple different outdoor areas in order to enjoy the weather as well.
The one area that I want to point out is that some groups might not feel that there is enough privacy for the hot tub. Anyone that is walking down Bayard toward town or up Philadelphia away from the beach will have a pretty good view at your group (anyone going on other roads in other directions will have their views of the hot tub blocked). We are not a group of shy people, so this wasn't a problem for us, but I just wanted to mention it for anyone that might be more modest.
Overall we were more than satisfied with our stay and are already considering this house for our trip next year! I would highly recommend it.

Great house!
This property was plenty spacious for our family of 14. From the two living rooms to the wrap around porch to the outside spaces, there was lots of room for us to spread out. The teens especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Although located on a somewhat busy corner, the location couldn't have been more convenient. We parked our car and were able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk and the many shops and restaurants on and around Rehoboth Avenue. David, our host, was wonderful and very responsive. He quickly got back to us and answered any questions we had. There was a minor problem with the hot tub and David had it taken care of in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
