The “Monkey Room” bedroom features access to a full balcony to share with your guests and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from its partial ocean view. Open Concept Kitchen Dinning Room The kitchen is the heartbeat at Casa Del Mar and features a open concept fully equipped work space with updated stainless refrigerator, stove and microwave with a wine service station. This beautiful kitchen opens into a formal dinning room that elegantly seats eight. In addition you are also welcome to serve your guests in the Florida Room, which also comfortably seats eight and hosts two large original windows which when open allows guests to enjoy the feeling of dining together open concept. Stained Glass Living Room The large living room is cozy and comfortable and features two Lazy Boy sofas, one of which is a sleeper, along with the originalfireplace. Although no longer functioning, it does feature two flicker lamps, which adorn the stone above the mantle. There also includes a half bathroom. A new forty-inch LED 1080p TV plus DVD are your guides for current cable selections and are complimented by stained glass windows which welcome you after a busy day on the beach. Grotto Waterfall Pool Area If you are ready for a truly unique experience bring your family to the new addition to Casa Del Mar which is the custom designed Grotto Pool. The crystal clear blue water lighted pool features a one of a kind rock designed grotto waterfall that cascades into a heated kidney shaped pool outlined by a lighted travertine deck and charming tropical landscape. The pool area features plenty of living space for sun bathing or spending time enjoying your favorite food and drink. Umbrella tables join you to seat ten guestsplus included is an updated gas grill. La Casita 1 Bedroom Cottage Exclusively offered to Casa Del Mar guests is Las Casita Studio Suite and Business Center. Sitting on the property is a separate newly renovated living space, which is a unique offering in the area. La Casita, with its warm modern colors, sleeps two on a fresh Serta futon and offers a kitchenette with amenities featuring dinning ware plus a microwave, new refrigerator and beautiful cabinets plus seating for two. Separate private outdoor seating is also available. For the ones that also need to check in on personal business or require some quiet time to surf the net after their day on the beach we offer a fully functional business center with printer/scanner/fax, TV plus a separate curved monitor to plug your laptop into on a spacious workspace. Business center didnt exist, but they printed what we needed down the street. Cottage is perfect for privacy we were on honeymoon and chose the cottage for us, out guest stayed in the main home. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathrooms and beds in main house were excellent!

Clean, great location. Would give it five stars but the owner is aware of a problem with the upstairs shower and has elected not to address. One upstairs shower runs constant cold.

Charming home that had a great set up for a 3-family get-together! House was very close to beach access and Clearwater town, and ~1 hour drive from Tampa and Busch Garden amusement park. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed the stay. Great dining/take out options nearby. Communications were clear and instructions were provided ahead of time, and property manager was very helpful. We really appreciated that they allowed early access to the house after cleaning was done, making it easy for everyone to come straight to the house when they arrived in town. Only request would be some extra supplies, like trash bags and dishwasher detergent (unless those were stocked someplace we didn’t see). Thank you!

Had an amazing stay! Loved the pool as well as being able to have our own place away from family but still in the same house. Would definitely rent again ! Also super close to beach great to walk at night !

We arrived to mildew in the toilets. Air return dirty. They did send someone to clean. Stovetop did not work correctly. Door to rooftop deck was extremely hard to open, deck was dirty. After a couple days noticed mildew in air conditioning vent, and drywall around it. Also on several other registers.

Amazing location! The house was mere steps away from the beach. Everyone was extremely nice and approachable. Communication with the property manager was almost instantaneous. We had 11 guys staying in the house for a bachelor trip. Every single one of my guys stated to me how great the place was and let me know I did a hell of a job booking this great property. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

Great location, great house. Had all the amenities we needed as a family with kids. My only concern was the wiring (lights flickering, appliances drawing power away) but besides that it was a wonderful visit.

It has nice common space and a lot of bedrooms. The cottage is great for family that needs more privacy and quiet. The beach is very close and the pool is good for children, we did pay to have it heated. There are pack n plays, high chair, booster seat, lots of beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys available. We had a great time!

We rented this property for our family's Christmas Holiday and it was absolutely perfect. The house provided enough room for 10 adults and 5 children to be quite comfortable. It was nice having the cottage suite as well. The location couldn't be better just steps from the beach. We didn't use the pool much since it was a cold Christmas in Florida; however it was nice to have as well. The kitchen is equipped enough although we didn't do a lot of cooking just warming up food. There was laundry and dryers as well as all the beach gear needed. Overall the check in process was a breeze and the house was nice and clean. It felt like home for the Holidays. We definitely would stay again!

This was our second or third stay at this place! We absolutely love it there! The house is very nice and has lots of space to spread out. We had 6 adults and 7 kids from 6 months to 14 years old and all had plenty of room. The beach is a very short walk away and the house has plenty of chairs and toys for the beach! We will definitely be staying again in the future! Strongly suggest you try this house out! You won't regret it!

This property has a great location with access right across the street to the beach. There was enough space for our party of 10 people. There is a cottage on the property that is separate from the house and has a bedroom. Pool was very nice in the back yard and would be nice if there was a door going to the backyard from the house and cottage. There is a entrance through the fence in the backyard. Overall, we had a good time in the house.

About this house was a great location close to beach house was not so great absolutely no privacy in the master bedroom no locks on doors and master bath is connected to bedroom no way to lock this door neater. pool is really really small and cut off lights and fountain at 8pm and no acces from the house to pool you have to go outside to get in the pool area not a great deal Also the neighbor come to bother us knocking our door complaining not great neither.

Great location-very close to the beach! The reviews are right about the neighbor. My brother was in the pool shortly past 10:00 one night when a neighbor(I assume, she didn’t introduce herself) barged onto the property without knocking, telling him the pool was closed. I realize it’s a residential area, but he was hardly having a pool party. It should also be listed that there is a charge to heat the pool. The grill and blender didn’t work. The staff was unaware of the interactive experiences stated in the listing. The beach& the pool were a hit with the kids. Staff were friendly& prompt to respond. Overall we had a nice stay.

The location and the property were great. The house, while a bit older than most we have rented, was in great condition and the heated pool was great since we were there in January. My only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be better equipped and for the communication to be a bit better. For the price you are paying for this house I think those two should be a given. At the end of the day, the location was awesome, you are literally steps from a very quiet section of the beach. We would definitely resnt this house again.

For the most part we had a great stay. Access to the beach was very easy and the pool was a big hit. The house offered plenty of space and the cottage was an added bonus. One or two little issues were 1) the oven does not cook at the correct temperature and one of the burners only cooks on high. We unfortunately learned that trying to make bacon for breakfast. 2. There is a propane tank available but discovered it completely empty when cooking out. Had to stop what we were doing in the middle of fixing dinner to go find propane. 3). For anyone who stays here, be on notice there is a very rude next door neighbor who for no reason yelled at my over 90 year old mother in law who was simply walking her very small dog. Other than these few things we all had a great time.
