Very spacious and comfortable very relaxing and easy to access

Nothing I loved everything

The apartment was clean and bright the bed and sofa were comfortable, good location to get into the centre of Glasgow.

The blind in the living area falls down when you open the window so had to spend 30 minutes trying to fix it back in place. The parking was fully booked and the nearest carpark with the offer is quite far away up hill which is annoying if you have a lot of luggage. The check in process was bad it needs to be clearer before you arrive you need an app to enter the property and no one was on reception when checking in. I witnessed a couple from abroad leave to go and stay else where, as they couldn’t work out how to get into the building, it took me 40mins to go through the process.

Over an hour to gain entry. Confusion caused by late email instructions (already on the road) and lack of a reception. Unlike two other pleasant Premier suites we've used, there was no manned reception, just a phone number covering more than one establishment. Maybe this is the new norm for Premier Suites but I'll never know cos I won't use them again. No instructions whatever for any equipment. No cooling, just windows that opened less than an inch (2 were stuck shut and one stuck open). Nowhere in the flat dropped below 25 degrees during our stay even though it was 14 degrees outside. No plug in washing up sink. Tea towel too dirty to use. No bath mat for shower. Two halves of bed frame unsecured. Tired droopy mattress. Freezer missing bottom shelf with elements exposed. £20 per night secure parking not secure due to broken door mechanism.

I can’t say I liked anything as I didn’t actually get booked in!

I’m very unhappy that when I contacted the hotel to pay the deposit as it wouldn’t let me online I was told I had to go somewhere with Wi-Fi or pull over the car to try and pay it. I was already on my way to Glasgow so I couldn’t stop as the weather was horrible. I ended up having to cancel due to no fault of my own and booking into another hotel costing me double the price. Not only did I pay double for the second hotel, I payed for the room at premiere suites also. I’m out of pocked now. I will most definitely not recommend premiere suites as the staff member on the phone was very unhelpful.

The heating system could be better. It was very warm in the house and we couldn't control the temperature

complicated key system, if it wasn’t for another lady staying in apartment I would have struggled with it. I then helped two other couples. no reception staff whilst there. cleaning Manager helpful

Excellent location, easy to get to and easy to access. So clean and beds were comfortable!

It was so hot, especially being on a higher floor. The windows only open about a 1/4 inch so it’s almost impossible to get any air flow. If it wasn’t for the small fans that are provided, it would have been unbearable.
