Bra beliggenhet, veldig god frokost.

Good location, although you should check whether Tivoli is open, before booking. Wine hour and mingling with other guests. Breakfast was good.
Bunk rooms were dark, lights didn’t work. Bed bug bites found after stay.

The location is simply amazing, very central in the heart of the city.
And the wine hour is a great plus!
The rooms are really tiny. We could barely fit our luggage.

It’s closeness to the centre
The room was too small, nowhere to sit other than a dark bunk bed where you bang your head and can’t see anything due to 3 of the lights not working, this room was like a hostel dormitory, I was mortified bringing my family to this room, I apologised continuously for the duration of our stay every time someone banged their head, stubbed their toe, tripped, dropped something and couldn’t find it in the dark. Worst room we have ever had and we have stayed in over 50 hotels around the world and trust me…. I’m not fussy! This room should have been a 3rd of the price it was :(

I normally avoid hotels with Booking.com review score under 8.5 but I took a risk as the location seemed perfect for me. I’m glad to have taken the risk and very happy to stay there again. There were lots of American tourists and they might find room too small but it was totally fine with me.
No sauna

So many things. Location - walking distance from train station. Breakfast was to die for! Room (320) located at the end of corridor, facing street, very roomy and perfectly clean.

The hotel was very well located and short distance from most places. Transportation links were very good.
There were a couple of things that we felt could have been improved. Our room faced the Museum of Denmark and there was an exceptional amount of noise. Between the bell tower ringing every half hour, traffic, sirens and noisy party makers we struggled to get a night of uninterrupted sleep. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and it felt like we were sleeping on a table. I would never call what was on the base a mattress. When I mentioned it to reception, we were told that all the beds were like that. On Sunday we came down for breakfast around 10:15 and there was 1 person working the breakfast shift. We found it surprising as I would assume it is one of the busiest shifts. Most tables needed clearing, and the waitress was run off her feet. There was no bread at the buffet and we did request some rye, and none every appeared. When we asked again - over 15 minutes later- the waitress again disappeared and returned with a wedge of sourdough and said that was it. We thought it was a bit shortsighted as Sunday breakfast is always very busy. That evening, we came down for a glass of wine after the Wine Hour- so we were paying for our drink. When we ordered we were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes because she had a large order of coffees to make and NO clean wine glasses. We were surprised, and once more found it bad planning. We ended up going out to a neighbourhood bar and spent our money elsewhere.

The Breakfast is very tasty and organic, they made everything by handmade with high quality products.
The personal is really friendly and polite also.
In bathroom you have enough space. The sleeping in bed was comfortable enough.
In the room not good circulation air, especially in summertime.

Very friendly staff, nice location, tasty breakfast.
Very small room, lack of air condition - room facing to the street was a sauna, limited breakfast selection.
Very expensive for what it is.

Staff was nice enough.
Very outdated , no temperature control and a supreme room looks like the standard at any other hotel. This is our least favorite hotel we've ever stayed at

Lovely hotel, so friendly and helpful and great location. Would definitely stay again
Room was on the slightly small side, but had everything you need plus nice with outdoor balcony space

Staff were kind and helpful. They held our bags for us prior to checking in.
The Wine Hour was a lovely idea and is a very nice touch.
The noise from outside was particularly bad and made it very difficult to get a sleep.
The room had pastry crumbs on the floor and the stool when we first arrived.

The staff were excellent as was the breakfast. The style of my room was so good. Decent holiday gym too.
The curtain didn't come all the way down and the light came in and woke me up.

We liked the wine hour and night cap at the hotel
Central location
We received a small room instead of standard room. The small room has toilet under the shower.
There is made a correction but it is not a nice start after travelling a long distance.
Breakfast starts at 7 am but was only ready later. So we could not take our breakfast since we had to leave 7.20 am

Private parking. Great location of the beds near the windows with great view. Complementary drinks two times a day at the bar. Great breakfast.
Room service didn't attend my room

The location of the hotel is perfect, between the central station and tivoli and city center.
Walking distance to all attractions and sights.
The wine hour was a great addition.

We were very well received by very friendly staff.
The reception has a lively bar with a DJ and free wine in the late afternoon.
The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is varied, but still covid-style with individual bowls for most foods.
The hotel was very dirty in the corridors, even though the room was clean.
The room is large but with little furniture. Not very welcoming, contrasting with the photos on booking.
"Covid-style" breakfast
Low price-quality ratio.

The location the staff and the rooftop view
Everything was great I went on fall so it was a little cold but I won’t go on summer cause I believe there is no air conditioner. But in this case during fall or winter it is perfrct

Location was great, the concept of the bar doing free drinks at happy hour for wines and spirits meant you got to meet new people under relaxed circumstances. The breakfast was awesome fresh, organic and tasty.
The physical steps we needed to take from the lift to the room, with no porter service this meant it was hard to get to the room with multiple bags and a pram there is one lift servicing the whole hotel so it could get crowded and at times it was slow.
