L’emplacement proche hyde parc et rue calme

Taille des chambre, Propreté des chambre pas top Très bruyant on entend tout ce qui ce passe dans les autres chambre et les couloirs. Petit dej très simple

Um dos Quartos o aquecimento não funcionava. Trocaram de quarto, o aquecimento funcionava mas deficiente.

Jó hely, de csak emeleti szoba!

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, udvarias személyzet, jó reggeli.

A családi szoba nagyon kicsi és az alagsori elhelyezkedés nem szerencsés. Ablak kilátással nincs. :-( Ár éték viszonyában ezekkel a paraméterekkel nem megfelelő.

Great location, the only time we spent there was to sleep.

I enjoyed the location, great to grab a coffee and go walk in the park

Our room (in the basement) had no windows, there were ants crawling all over the bathroom and the carpet was dirty ( had to scrape it away with out shoe)

Terrible - would not feel safe staying solo

N/A - it really wasn't a great hotel.

- Maintenance, drilling and hammering started at 8am. - Tried to call to complain but phones were broken. - The automatic lights didn't work in the hallway until you were under them - it felt very unsafe. - The window was wedged open with a wooden block that couldn't be moved so it was freezing. - Falling apart - see photos. - I would say that the 'twin room' was more a double bed and a single armchair converted to a bed. Very small. - The supervisor (not Ishara, she was nice) was rude and confrontational when raising these issues. The receptionist had to apologise on how he was behaving/speaking to us.

Convenient for a short business stay when on a budget

If convenient location and a comfy bed is what you are after than this is a hotel for you. But dont expect anything extra or an incredibly friendly welcome. It is , what it is.

Be careful with what the hotel says on booking.com website and what is included in the rate and what actually is offered in the hotel.

Overall a nice stay, close to trains and supermarkets. Nice room but the cleaning needs improvement

New and clean room, new bathroom, Aircondition in the room was nice, comfy bed and pillows, closet and box in the room, Tea kettle in the room

window in room was toward a wall could been better view, small room, bathroom was less than 2 meter to the bed, not the best choice. Would have have been nice with a fridge in the room to have cold drinks, there was space for it. Asked the cleaning lady to clean the room everyday but during the 3 days we stayed, she never changed the pillow case or sheets. She only changed the towels and filled up on the coffee/tea in the room. The hotel is good if its a short stay

I liked the location, it was central to everything…public transport, shops, restaurants

I didn’t like the outdated carpet, it makes the whole place look dusty. Re-do the carpet and it’s look so much better!

Disappointing not what I thought I paid for

Pictures of the room didn’t match the pictures and The room was dirty. The beds where so uncomfortable they were in wheels that moved around the room when sleeping

I was discriminated against by the staff and had a very poor check-in experience

None of it is good. I don’t recommend it. The hotel is simply terrible.

The quality of the staff is very low. They knocked on the door before the check-out time to urge them to leave. The staff were not polite and had a very bad attitude. The service attitude at the front desk was also very bad. I was discriminated against because I have an Asian face. I made a reservation at a very high price. I stayed in this hotel for many days and finally gave me a basement room. It was very serious discrimination. The room had a bad smell and could not be ventilated. The sanitary conditions were very bad. I saw the staff wiping the floor with towels. The second time The towel may be just for wiping your face. This hotel is not recommended. Please don't choose it.

If you are on a budget this works. This is not the place to go and just relax at the hotel

The hotel was in the best part of the city if you like metropolitan life. There were many cultures and nationalities with their own restaurants and shops. I loved the flavor of the neighborhood where the hotel was located.

I did not look at the photos. My wife chose the hotel. From the price I expected the hotel to be old and lacking contemporary amenities like air conditioning. The place we clean but the walls were thin. I listened the man in the next room berate the women he was with and her family for hours overnight.

Avoid this hotel, cramped and very worn.

The water pressure in the shower was good.

The room was tiny, you had to walk sideways to get around the bed. The room had no aircon and was very hot. The bathroom types were cracked and looked like a child had tried to use sealant to fix it. There was no sound proofing so when someone spoke in the corridor they might as well have been stood in the room with you.

Better to stay at premier inn anytime!

Very close to the train station. The state of rooms were not good. The floors were uneven and bedroom was very tatty. Beds creaked everything u moved and the bathroom was beyond basic. Better to stay at premier inn anytime!

Excellent value for money. Will definitely consider again if less than £60.

Location and proximity to tube station. The lovely old building.

Small room tolerable for short stay - a week would have been too long!

Room and bathroom were clean, freshly decorated and felt "new". We could leave bags for a few hours without any problem or extra charge. The breakfasts had a good range of food (except for fried eggs!) and were good value for the price.

The double room would have been OK as a single! There was just room on one side of the bed to get a cushion on its edge between the bed and the wall, plus you risked banging your head on the TV if you got up in the night. No space for any bedside tables (even small ones) for alarm clocks, spectacles, books or cups of coffee. Not much room for two people to get past one another. Glad we had only a limited amount of luggage, because there wasn't space for a lot. Shower could have done with a tray or shelf.

Good location but you get what you pay for

It was central

The staff was lazy. I couldn’t find the room as it was a basement room and on the plaque it only gave b rooms my room was 9*** so it didn’t make sense there was 3 member of staff behind the desk one sat on the floor couldn’t be bothered showing me knowing I had 2 children with me. The room was ok nothing special there was a random sink in the middle of the room with no tap and it was plumbed in no purpose what so ever then I dropped something down the bed it was disgusting I found loads of things down there from previous people plus full of dust. But it was ok the bathroom was clean and the television worked . It was very noisy at night people banging all through the night and the smell of drains was horrendous! And just a word to the wise the lift isn’t massive could just about squeeze me and a small buggy in so if you coming on your own with children or a big wheelchair you will struggle.
