Top Location, outdated hotel.

The hotel is top located in an office building from the 16th floor and higher. The views over Tokyo are very nice. Metro and shopping area is on walking distance.

- The hotel is outdated. Carpet, bathroom, finishing is on the level of a 3 star hotel and lower. - Breakfast and service during breakfast is also on the level of a 2 star hotel. You have to make your table yourself, choice of food is minimal and their is even not a coffee machine. Those who like in the morning a nice cup of coffee, can get only a not to drink black water from a can. Very poor experience. With some renovation and a better morning approach, this hotel would be again top, as it was in the past.

A bit pricy

The location is very convenient close to the core shopping area. The check in desk located level16 and can have a very clear view of Tokyo tower, but the room is the city view.

I have booked 5 nights in different hotels and this is the worst one… not clean at all if you look at their high ceiling window, you can see the dust…

Good location

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of shops, restaurants and close to the subway station. The hotel has great view. It is modern and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and plenty. The restaurant serves good food.

Rooms are very small. No wardrove or drawers for clothes. If you are staying for long keep that into account. We stayed three nights and kept our clothes in the suitcase.

1. الموقع ممتاز دقيقتين تفصلك عن شارع الماركات (جينزا ) 2. يوجد بالقرب من الفندق على بعد دقيقة واحدة مطعم نيبالي حلال ( اكل هندي ) 3. إطلالة الفندق جميلة جدا على برج طوكيو الشهير

1. مساحة الغرفة تعتبر ضيقة بالنسبة للخليجين 2. لا يوجد جم في الفندق ( لديهم خيارات في حال أردت غرفة أوسع وسيحتسب عليها رسوم ..)

Modern, clean, welcoming foyer, great staff.

Lobby was welcoming. Nice the lobby was not at ground level. Staff were excellent, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Taxi rank just around the corner.

Room size is small for a couple with very little space to place any luggage but it is Tokyo so we did not expect anything bigger.

Just okay, but will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Location, close to Shimbashi and Ginza area. The staff noticed I forgot my items in the safety box and got it back for me.

Do not expect any extra service like helping with your luggage etc, it is a basic business hotel kind. Room and carpet looks a bit old, some tiles were moulded. Stayed in Roppongi Mitsui garden premier, which was much better.

amazing view over Tokyo

- amazing view (that’s what you take this Hotel for) - really good location in Ginza with good - connections to trains and convenience stores - nice staff

not the cleanest had to carry the luggage to the room ourself. would expect them to bring that up for these prices.

i arrived at the hotel around 12.30pm and was allowed to checked in. That made my day, knowing the checking time is at 3

I am still staying 3 more nights, and it’s been very easy staying here. Good location, very quiet.

Unfortunately my booking didn’t include breakfast, but I am still staying at the same hotel, same room, and the tour does include breakfast, and it’s fantastic.

A map showing where we are would be a nice thing to provide in the room. It’s a lovely hotel.

Nice stay in a central location in Ginza

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice view from 22nd floor. Well equipped room and beverages for free which were filled up every day.

Disappointing

Cleanliness , good location , opposite Donki you can shopping till 2 pm.

Service mind was under expectation compared to many times visited at mitsui group of hotel.

we liked the location of the property. right across don Quijote and walking distance to the heart of Ginza. I like that the area is quiet.
