Modern hotel in the most convenient location

Location is unbeatable. If I go back to Tokyo, I will definitely choose to stay in that area. Hotel is spotlessly clean and modern.

Size of the room is the only downside. For one person was OK, but 2 people will struggle in a standard room.

離地鐵站還是需要走一段距離，價格的話偏貴，考慮到是購物相當方便的銀座，且樓下就是唐吉軻德的話勉強可以接受，不過床邊插座有壞掉，不能使用的情況

日本日行千里，有按摩椅相當加分，有效地放鬆

Disappointed with the handling of a situation where cleaning staff tampered with skincare

Reception staff were nice and I liked that there was a massage chair.

I booked two rooms with my family of three and I stayed in this room specifically for five nights. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. However, there was an issue during my stay that left me deeply disappointed. During my trip, I left my cleanser and other items in the bathroom for easy access. I had no problems with my facial cleanser at all (which was taken from my bottle at home and moved into a travel bottle). On the day before our departure, we had cleaning services from the hotel staff. After that, anytime I used my cleanser, my face would BURN as if there was bleach or some other type of toxic chemical on my face. I used my cleanser four times and each time my face would have a chemical burn. I thought that it might've been the new facial item that I started using but narrowed it down to my cleanser as the second it touches my skin, my face would burn and turn tomato-red. I threw away that bottle of cleanser and when I just came home yesterday, I used the bigger version of the cleanser (the one for travelling was taken from the big bottle and put into a small travel bottle). When I used it at home, nothing happened. There was no burning sensation at all and I've used the cleanser three times now and still my face does not burn, so I'm certain that the cleaning staff had tampered with my facial cleanser and put a toxic chemical inside my cleanser travel bottle. I've already contacted the hotel through a message but they never responded so I'm even more disappointed now. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything at all and just wanted to notify the hotel but I'm disappointed that there was not even an acknowledgement or apology for this situation. I wanted to send this message as a precaution so that it doesn't happen to any other guests staying at this hotel and for any future guests to be aware of this issue.

Tokyo's Hidden Gem

Staff were very friendly, courteous and respectful. They went out of their way to assist us with our queries and needs to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you to the staff of Remm Plus Ginza.

The room was very small and didn't have a view. There was barely space for our luggage. But inspite of these, it was clean and housekeeping made sure of this everytime we came back at the end of the day.

快適でした。

２日目に予定があったため、1日目は部屋でゆっくりしたかったので、部屋のTVでYouTubeが見られたこと。ベットも快適で、良く眠れました。レストランも9時台に利用しましたが空いていてゆっくり出来ました。

部屋に入ってすぐベットがありびっくりしました。コートや荷物を置く場所は入口付近に欲しいです。クローゼットは部屋の1番奥にありました。

Worth the money

Nice stay but could be better

- quick walk to shimbashi station (5-10 mins) and just one street off main Ginza Street. - many stores nearby - convenience stores, Don quihote, luxury shops, restaurants - good selection of teas and amenities for our choosing in lobby - quick self check out service

- wasn't happy with house keeping. One night on our return one of our 'new' towels had a large brown mark on it. We realised house keeping had given us a dirty towel for some reason when swapping out towels. - japan rooms are small which I understand, but a massage chair is included in the room which made it even smaller and hard to navigate around the room with 2 suit cases - bathroom not as clean as would have liked - tiles were full of dirty grout build up - lifts were slow

Great value for money in Ginza

location - near subway stations. central if you want to stay in ginza. near shopping and dining. There is a donki very near the hotel. several family marts, 7-11. internet connection was good. rooms are on the small side but expected in tokyo. However, there is a massage chair in almost every room which is a nice plus after a long day of walking. bed is large enough for 3 people and comfortable. there's water replenished everyday and some chocolates every night. service - it was good. nothing really stood out but everything was taken care of.

Excellent value in a good location.

Location : Extremely convenient. Close to Ginza 6 and all the main shops and restaurants Room : for Japanese standards, the room (23m) was a good size. Compact but well laid out. Firm bed which was good for me. Service : Helpful and spoke English

Good stay at affordable price in luxury district.

The area is very safe and convenient to the train, with lots of konbinis close by. Check in is easy and rooms are fairly spacious, ours has a massage chair included. Showers and toilets are clean and modern.

Pillows are hard and the elevator can be difficult to catch when busy with suitcases.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff

Staff were friendly on check in, we also got bonus gifts for each night we stayed. We had the corner suite which was great, a little smaller than I was expecting but we made it work with our suitcase. Pillows were probably my favourite from all the hotels we stayed at during this trip. Black out blinds meant we slept like a dream and slept in!

Too many extra furniture in the room, including the massage chair which we didn't need and took up quite a lot of space.

Confort, calme et agréable

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal car il est proche des stations de métro. Les ruelles sont calmes et permettent de se rendre rapidement sur la ruelle principale de Ginza. La chambre répond totalement aux attentes en terme de confort avec même une siège de massage en bonus.

Sous les lits ce n'était pas très propre et parfois les serviettes avaient une odeur d'humidité. L'espace pour les valises est assez restreint. Il aurait fallu avoir au moins 2 porte-bagages à notre disposition.

Great view and breakfast buffet, loved the massage chair

A beautiful hotel with a great view and a massage chair in the room, which was sorely needed after all our travels. The breakfast buffet was very impressive - I particularly liked the variety of fruit and the fact there was cheese and tomatoes, which I'd really missed on our holiday around Japan.

The check-in process was more complicated than necessary and I found it bizarre that all these toiletries were offered at reception desk, but we were only allowed to pick 1 item each since we were only staying 1 night. It felt like weird gatekeeping for a 4-star hotel.

Overall, fantastic location n clean rooms, will come again

1) good location in the midst of Ginza area . Good for shopping n using the trains to sightsee all over tokyo. 2) walking distance to the the famous yurakacho area which is chockfull of local japanese eateries. Also can walk to the tsukiji market area 3) little touches provided by the hotel. Gaba chocolates which helps you have a good sleep 👍 plus the probiotic drinks at reception 👍 4) my husband loved the massage chair 5) near to familymart & 7-11

1) rooms rather small & cramped 2) for some strange reason which i dont understand, reception was unable/refuse to call a taxi for us to go to the airport. 3) we had 2 rooms on the 15 th floor. The rooms had a lingering stale smell which could be diminished by setting the aircon temperature really low n cold. Perhaps coming from ventilation vents?

Great!!!

여기 정말직원들이 영어를 잘하구요, 신바시역 가깝고 긴자도 걸어서 5분거리입니다. 길건너에 바로 돈키호테있어서 편의점 가듯 갈 수 있어요. 단점이 없어요. 욕실도 매우크고 욕조도 커요. 청소도 엄청 깨끗하게 해줍니다. 다음에 또 묵고싶어요.

Location is perfect, near to subway and Donki, very convenient at late night.

The staff service was excellent, and their attitude was very friendly. When I reported an issue with the air conditioning having an unusual odor, they promptly addressed it by quickly moving me to a new room and ensuring in advance whether the air conditioning still had the odor issue. They were very attentive, and the communication in English was also very smooth.

When the air conditioning was turned on, there was a damp and unpleasant odor, which made me quite uncomfortable. It was only when I changed to a new room that the issue improved. However, I still had to set the air conditioning to a very low temperature and increase the fan speed significantly to avoid the odor.

Everything lived up to our expectations. Will stay again next trip.

We enjoyed breakfast and the quiet ambience in the restaurant. The food selection is good and makes having breakfasts every morning a pleasant experience. The massage chair in the room is a considerate gesture. Mattress is comfy. Room is clean with good housekeeping staff.

Worth Staying: Clean, kind, and convenient.

Worth staying. Clean rooms and facilities, kind staff, fast wifi, and a really good location. Good stores, department stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and subway stations are all around you. 7 minutes of walking distance to several subway lines and stations: Shimbashi Station(Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Toei Subway Asakusa Line, Yurikamome Line, JR Tokaido Line, JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, JR Yamanote Line, and JR Yokosuka Line), Ginza Station(Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line), and Higashi-Ginza station(Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Subway Asakusa Line). If you take the “Keisei-Narita Sky Access" from the Narita airport directly to downtown Tokyo, you can get there without transferring. It's an express subway skipping some stations. But it can be crowded It's basically the same as the regular subway with no reserved seats. But it will take you from the Narita airport to the subway station(Shimbashi Station) in front of your hotel without a single transfer. (**Don't be confused with any regular subways. It runs every 40 minutes.**)

There was a weird smell when I first entered the room. I think it was coming from the drain in the shower room. It disappeared when I turned on the AC and ventilated it for a while. The room and the shower room were clean. Don't be misunderstood.

Great hotel and great value for the location!

This hotel was in a great location in Ginza. Super convienient to explore the area with many good restaurants around. The plus's at this hotel was the free gifts you receive at the trip that you can use when checking in - facial masks, grooming kits etc. The room also has a massage chair which was great way to unwind after a long day exploring! The room and bed were a good size!

Alles recht ordentlich und eine gute Lage.

Die Lage war gut, unweit der U-bahn. Viele Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. In dieser Gegend hat man sich sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Frühstück war, wie immer recht japanisch.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber das ist ja in Japan üblich. Es war sauber. Was wir nicht wussten, man muss extra darauf hinweisen, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll.

A great experience in Ginza & one I would recommend to everyone.

The location was great. A 5 minute stroll to Shimbashi Station with access to the Yamanote Line with our JR Pass for day trips. Connection to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen Bullet Train. Fabulous up-market shops as far as the eye could see. Low cost eateries and coffee shops everywhere. Clean ! Friendly ! Safe !

As an Australian I am used to larger rooms. Next time I would book the corner twin room which is slightly larger with more light from 2 windows. It was my choice but with hindsight more glass means more visual space for our 5 nights there. No complaints about the twin room we did stay in. Larger than most at 23 sqm. Functional & immaculate.
