Fantastic property with old French charm. Lovely large bedroom with balcony. Location was excellent, a little more than 5 mins walk to the start of the old town. Fabrice is a really great host, friendly and full of knowledge and tips to help us get the most out of our stay. We loved the breakfast with the different breads, yoghurt, orange juice, coffee. It kept us going perfectly until lunchtime. As for Bordeaux, one of our favourite cities! Loved it.
Everything was perfect.

Fully corresponds to the description. Atmospheric apartments with their own French character. Beautiful staircase in the entrance with candles on the steps. Good bed linen, towels, bathroom amenities. Located in a quiet location close to the shopping street and attractions. Breakfast as in the reviews - homemade yogurt, jam, pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee. Contact owner ready to help.
All was good. Perhaps for someone not a very varied and hearty breakfast, but you know about it in advance. The floors creak a lot, but this is an old building! The bathroom lacks hooks for towels.

The house is amazing inside with a central open 'atrium' from ground floor to 4 floors up! This is traditional apparently. Solid stone stairs to the 2nd floor room which was well thought out with everything we needed. Breakfast was on the ground floor in a beautiful room. The owner, Fabrice, was very attentive and helpful. It was a fairly short walk to reach the pedestrianised centre of the city and Fabrice had supplied a local map, which was very useful! Car parking was in a gated area behind the property. We recommend this B&B to you.

Small room with updated bathroom and comfortable bed. The host was attentive and offered us a very good breakfast as well as advice for sightseeing, wineries, and resturaunts.
Window opened to a courtyard that was quite closed off so no view, and no breeze.

Very friendly host, who made sure that our stay in the beautiful apartment was excellent! Perfect location to discover Bordeaux, because practical the whole city center can be reached by foot.
Parking off-street on request.
Hand towels in kitchen and toilet could have been useful.

Excellent location. Good parking place. Comfortable bed. Fabrice was very kind and he explained to us how to check-in, and how to do and where to eat in Bourdeaux.
It’s difficult to manage with big suitcases because there is no elevator and the inner rooms are small. No credit card payment.
