Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.

Die Sitzbank im Zimmer hatte keine Lehne und was deshalb beim Fernsehen ziemlich unbequem.

Einfach aber modern. Personal freundlich, saubere Zimmer. Frühstück gut.

The hotel is conveniently situated along the main subway line from the central train station, offering essential amenities for a comfortable stay while exploring the city.

I found the breakfast options to be limited compared to other hotels and fruit salad was not as fresh as expected. Additionally I would have expected having a refrigerator in my room and basic amenities like cotton swabs

The breakfast covered all our needs, especially the younger children, which usually are the hardest to satisfy. There are both warm and cold food options, which we enjoyed. Plus the service was also amazing and the food was well laid out into many stations which meant no long cues were created and everything was readily available, the service was just perfect. As for the rooms, we loved the fact that the shower and the WC are separated, making it easier to get prepared at all times. The location, though far from the city center, was easy to get to using the Metro services, plus near (600meter) there is a shopping center that covers all your daily needs if you desire to stay nearby and enjoy what the area has to offer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Directly opposite Messe Munchen so very convenient. Nice quite and clean rooms. Great hairdryer and powerful shower.

It would have been helpful to be able to arrange an earlier check-in, luckily the staff were very helpful and arranged for a room to be cleaned and ready for me within an hour. A proper desk would also have been helpful.

spacious room that allowed our dog and staff were super friendly. breakfast was delicious! we were on a long road trip and stopped just for an overnight - location was perfect as right next to main road and yet close to shopping area with plenty of restaurants after a long drive

We only spent 1 night in the hotel, but I think it’s a good value for money. It’s located a bit far from city centre, but for us it wasn’t a problem since we used public transport instead of car. There are bus stops and U-Bahn station near the hotel, and in my opinion it’s much more cheaper and hassle-free to use public transport. There was a small issue with our online check-in, but the staff was very kind and helpful, quickly solved the problem. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious enough for the 2 of us. We also had a great view from our window =) Breakfast was delicious too.

The pillow was a bit too flat for me, I had to fold it half to make it comfortable.

We were upgraded to nicer room in the h4 hotel, quality was good!

Fruit quality for the breakfast wasn’t great.. maybe it’s because of the season.. all the rest was good!
