令人惊喜的海景。

房间风景绝佳，可观赏日落，正面明石海峡大桥。酒店电梯可跨越铁道去往JR车站和海边都十分方便。交通方面离神户很近，如果去神户观光也可以居住此地。通过连廊抵达副楼可以泡汤，不外加收费。大厅很豪华，是一家承接宴席的酒店，品尝了店内的有栖川会席料理，味道不是特别惊艳，但是很精致。

希望早餐能有介绍菜单，因为不知道内容，所以没有预订 booking上的翻译叫歌舞伎别墅，以至于以为会有歌舞伎表演，其实只是个地名，哈哈

nice place to stay, but will choose western style room next time

nice hotel, with japanese and western style rooms; in walking distance of Maiko Stn and Akashi bridge, easy ride to Sannomiya or Himeji (though i did choose the location for easy access to colleagues); very spacious room (as i knew from previous stays) and nice bar to spend an evening overlooking Akashi bridge and chat to colleagues

the japanese style room we got didn't really meet my expectations regarding maintenance and service (some shoji screens missing, not the service i'd expect at a ryokan), so will choose western style room for my next visit

Poor service

not much

The service was terrible. There was no help with my bags to my room. When my golf bag and case arrived by Takyubin they didn’t even let me know. I rang to see if they had arrived and said they had. I had to push for them to deliver my case to my room.

Very good

Large, comfortable room with great views of impressive bridge over ocean to Awajishima. Excellent public bath. Short walk to seaside and train station.

Room was overly warm, even with heating turned off. We opened the window a bit, but there was traffic noise. Wanted to have a pre-dinner drink in rooftop bar, but it was not open.

not so good and not so bad

it was a nice room had 3 large beds nice bathroom and had a great view from the room also clean the bath had a great rain full shower in the Osen the lift to the beach was very good the area was also very nice

i booked this hotel because of the bar and swimming pool but the pool was a kids pool and you had to pay ¥500 to use it and the 2 bars where closed if i wanted a beer which i did after a long drive i had to pay for ¥5000 for the buffet in the restaurant and the staff where not so helpful with this we had to walk 15 minuets to a 7/11

Poor

The swimming pool. We were excited to swim in the pool but its dirty. And even the tatami room. We decided not to use the japanese room with tatami because of the smell of tabaco inside the room.

Nice view from the room.

A great view of Akashi bridge from our room. It’s great for family stay in the tatami room.

Receptionists aren’t flexible and don’t have much knowledge about transportation to nearby tourist area. They can’t do much other than in their training manuals.

The best thing about this experience for me was the views offered by the room. The breakfast came in a close second.

I really liked the view, the dining space and the view.

The location was a little isolated from restaurants/ convenience stores. Also, upon checking in, I didn't find the staff to be as welcoming as I had hoped. They weren't impolite, but at the same time, it didn't feel warm. I've stayed at lesser hotels with a much more welcoming reception.

Good value for your money

Comfortable rooms and nice view

Wasn’t too convenient to get to Awaji island by car. You have to back track to get onto the highway.

Cleanliness

The staff lied to us saying we could check in 30 minutes before the time because when we came back exactly 30mins before we we told to wait another 15 mins because the room is getting prepared and we thought by that time we were already checked in so when we came back we then assisted by another staff member who appears just proceeded with our check in right at that moment only. So we were able to go up our room 5-10 minutes after 3pm. It’s so simple and easy to say the truth than to let people expect. Worst feeling ever.
