Only one hair drier available for all guests. Rung bell 3 times before anyone turned up at reception to give me my keys.

A comfortable hostel style accommodation, great for a night stop over on a bike tour. Very central.

Greeted at reception by a very friendly lady who was very happy to give us details of local places to eat. Given a key to a bike storage place that felt safe. Hadn't realised that there would be kitchen facilities, didn't need to use them, but they looked comprehensive and clean - including a cloths drier for people arriving in the wet. We had a twin room, which was compact, but adequate. The beds were comfortable enough.

One pillow was stuck under the bottom sheet without a case on, which seemed odd. I can't imagine it is that much more trouble to provide two pillow slips.

Good for night stop.

Good location and comfortable room despite it's small size. Price was acceptable but still a bit pricey for limited facilities.TV very small these days but location was excellent for town centre. Good for night stop but would look for other accommodation for longer stays.

Size of TV. Size of room as no space for chair, had to sit on bed all the time.

Fine, but relatively expensive, though I may be behind the times !

Location good, helpful welcome, room perfectly adequate, maybe a little spartan for the price. Tea-making and TV good.

Bathroom WPB not emptied. Paper towels always welcome, no towel rail, though radiator adequate. An optional extra rug or blanket would have been nice.

Could do better.

Good location, only few minutes walk to town centre.

Twin room was very small, barely any floor space to move. No where to store baggage, had to step over it. Very small wash basin and quadrant shower was way to small for practical use.

Always a great location, warm and professional welcome, and brilliant value for money.

We stay in this location quite often but due to COVID hadn't visited for a while - since the last time we visited a lovely new kitchen has been installed. Very much a walkers' hostel/hotel, clean, everything you need, brilliant location, very good parking, and excellent value for money.

Nothing - have stayed here before, will stay here again!

Cheap, convenient with agreeable parking.

It was cheap, easy to come and go as I pleased, had excellent parking facilities and it was nice to have windows that can be opened and very effective heating.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, there was only 1 very thin pillow with no additional cushions in the room that could be used, and the soundproofing was terrible. In the morning when the neighbouring guests were leaving there room at 6.15 and decided to have a nice long 15 min chat in the hall they might as well have been in the room with me. Even the gentleman’s rustling coat was so load it was like he was doing it against my ear.

Fair at the price.

Friendly and helpful reception, location is ideal for town centre. Clean rooms. Secure parking.

Room was somewhat cramped and airless. Not the most comfortable bed.

Great place to stay if you just want somewhere to stay whilst attending a function having free parking was a bonus too.

It’s proximity to central Ludlow 10 minutes walk to the Castle. Simple no frills accommodation clean and functional

The adjacent restaurant which serves breakfast on weekdays wasn’t open on Sunday morning

Great value and the Centre has a very nice feel so different from most hotels. My room was small but has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is ideal so close to the centre and staff very helpful

No tv in room, a first for me, nice to have for morning news and weather.
