Izvrsna lokacija i dobra vrijednost za novac

Lokacija odlična za osjetiti pravi meksički ugođaj, domaćin je omogućio kratki vodič sa svim ključnim detaljima poput najbliže autobusne stanice, rutama za glavne atrakcije i preporukom za dobre restorane, i bio na raspolaganju za sva naša pitanja. Apartman je bio čist, uredan i siguran te opremljen svim najnužnijim potrepštinama. Izvrsna vrijednost za novac.

Krevet malo malih dimenzija ali zato ste bliže svom partneru :)

el personal lo mejor

El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. nos llevo a la terminal Ado el último día y nos dio muchas recomendaciones al respecto. el lugar muy bien y todo muy limpio

la ubicación está un poco alejada y lo malo es que las furgo estás compartidas o autobuses no llegan o tienes que andar mucho o ir en taxi o tener coche.

The room is very comfy and well equipped. Our hosts were super helpful as we'd only just arrived in Mexico and didn't have a clue! We really appreciated the pick up from the bus station. Choice of two good places nearby for breakfast. Convenience store is nearby too.

The location is not ideal for finding food on an evening, but you can cook food in the apartment.

Very nice tidy well equipped accommodation. Fantastic communication from hosts. Checking in and out very easy. Definitely need a car if staying here but they can provide off Street parking. The only issue were the stairs getting up and down to second floor. Fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Very good

The studio is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The aircon was very much appreciated and it is in a quiet location with a supermarket and tasty place to get tacos a couple of minutes away.

It is far away from the bus terminal and beach and with the current Uber/taxi situation in Cancun it made it very expensive to get anywhere from the studio. The host sent information on how to use the buses on our last day - maybe if we’d known this earlier it would have been a bit simpler

Perfect Overnight Stay 10/10

Excellent stay for the both of us in the downstairs apartment. We booked an additional stay here. Perfect communication with Randy, all details for the easy self check in and recommendations conveniently organized in a WhatsApp group chat. The housekeepers were so kind to accommodate scent-free bedsheets for our overnight stay and even removed scented items from the apartment. The firm full size bed was comfortable and the space was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything worked perfect: wifi, microwave, locks, windows, etc. Plenty of floor space for our big luggage and a clothing rack. This is the tropics so of course it’s humid and damp everywhere. Just like our apartment in Brooklyn during the summer. The AC/fan wall unit helps a lot. The windows have bars on them so you can leave it open while showering since the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. The apartment is far removed from the street, the upstairs apartment was quiet, and no one used the laundry room during our stay, so we had a peaceful time. We found a big bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival which was really nice to have and there’s a delicious quesabirria taco stand 30 seconds walk around the corner.

No negatives! There’s a string of edison bulbs outside the apartment window which provides a lovely ambience but the interior would benefit from softer lighting like a lamp in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. And a little fan in the bathroom would be nice!

Short but a nice and relaxing stay!

Beautiful little apartment in a quiet place with everything you need and more and in case you don’t find something you can always ask the staff: for us has always been very kind and available.

The door is not soundproofing and for those who can’t sleep with the light coming up in the morning it’s a bit struggling.

The reason why I gave 10 for this accommodation is the host. An extremely helpful and kind person, I am not sure if I have ever met anyone like him. His place is about 2.5/3 km from downtown (I am talking about the real downtown, not about the well-known area with fancy hotels in Cancun). Me and my wife really enjoyed exploring the streets of Cancun (again, I am talking about the streets between the host's place and downtown) because from our perspective this is the real Mexico and not the area with hotels for tourists. Ask him for recommendations he is extremely helpful :-)

The location of the accommodation is not central but as I said - we enjoyed walking and I would recommend that for anyone who is going to stay there. I felt 100% safe in the streets and if there were any people they were kind and said: "Hola" or "Buenas". At least, this is my experience :-)

A clean, cute and comfortable room to stay in at a great price.

This was an excellent place to stay. Would highly recommend. I spent one night here - while passing through Cancun - and felt safe (was a nice upscale family neighbourhood). There was a outlet mall down the street (10 min walk). Getting into the tourist zone was a short cab ride away. The place itself was absolutely clean and well prepared. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The hosts were gracious enough to let me do laundry - which was appreciated! I would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the price for value.

No complaints. This was a very well organized stay. I would stay here again!

Apartment is really nice, with everything..aircon, fridge.

We chose this apartment beacuse it was in a quiet neighbourhood. But the neighbours who live in the house were having party every night. For 3 nights in a row. Ok it was weekend but they were siting in front of the our room and talking, drinking,...being loud. If you want peace and quiet choose other room.
