Great location, great hotel, great stay!

Excellent location - 15 mins from Victoria coach station, safe neighbourhood, within walking distance of most attractions in that part of London. Bus stop at the hotel entrance. The room is just big enough for 2 adults. It is newly refurbished and spotless, with comfortable beds. The bathroom has been beautifully redone using high-quality fittings, fabulous shower! When booking I noticed that there was no meal plan, however at check-in we were told one was included in the price. It was quite basic, but more than adequate and very welcome, with gluten free toast available on request. Lift available, so no lugging of suitcases up the stairs!

Would have liked softer, thicker pillows on the beds. Adding little tubs of yoghurt to the breakfast would be good. Everything else was perfect!

Bien si vous souhaitez être au calme

nous avons été très bien accueilli et notre chambre lit jumeaux était correcte. Nous avons pu laissé nos bagages le jour de notre départ pour pouvoir profiter de Londres avant de reprendre notre train le soir même. A 5 min de la station de métro et ligne de bus devant l'hôtel

La salle de bain est petite . Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend tout les bruits. Proche de l'aéroport, les avions passent également au dessus de l'hôtel. L'emplacement n'est pas central. Le petit déjeuner est gratuit mais nous ne l'avons pas pris . Il y a une bouilloire avec thé et café dans la chambre.

For £400 for two nights booked well ahead of time, I was terribly dissapointed.

. The staff were very frendly and very helpful and really pleasant to deal with. By far the best part of staying there was not just the location but the staff.

for £200 a night and I booked well in advance, the room I got was lower ground so very dark with a door that led out into the sort of area a hotel would use as storage. It was an empty space but not the sort of space you'd want to go and sit outside in even if the door opened. What a wasted opportunity as they could have sold that room with a charming courtyard but as I say even if the door opened you wouldn't want to venture out into that space. I was cold because of insufficient bedding. There was no duvet on the bed. No bath tub either, just a walk in shower. Bathroom was miniscule.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno in centro

Tra le cose positive di questo hotel c'è sicuramente la posizione: trovandosi a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Victoria permette di evitare un ulteriore mezzo di trasporto se si arriva dall'aeroporto a Victoria con il treno. Posto perfetto per chi non ama la metropolitana, dato che si possono raggiungere moltissimi luoghi iconici direttamente a piedi o con in bus. La struttura è abbastanza grande e potrebbe risultare un po' complicato raggiungere alcune camere soprattutto se ci si trova nell'ala senza ascensore. Noi avevamo richiesto una camera che affacciasse su Belgrave Road perché abbiamo già soggiornato in quella zona e siamo stati incantati dalla via così tipicamente londinese; lo staff è stato così gentile da accontentarci! All'arrivo abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'impianto di aria condizionata/riscaldamento ma è stato subito risolto dal ragazzo alla reception. La piccola colazione è inclusa per tutti gli ospiti; non è granché ma è utile per chi come me non riesce ad iniziare la giornata senza bere e mangiare qualcosina. Si trovano pane tostato, marmellate, frutta, bevande calde e fresche, fagioli e opzioni salate. C'è anche un bar interno all'hotel gestito da ragazzi italiani dove poter fare colazioni e spuntini decisamente più buoni ma ovviamente a un costo londinese... Pulizia in camera fatta tutti i giorni, deposito bagagli gratuito, fermata del bus n.24 esattamente davanti all'hotel, e vari localini e supermercati vicinissimi completano l'esperienza positiva. Da tenere in considerazione, soprattutto per chi visita la città per la prima volta!

Abbiamo apprezzato praticamente tutto, solo il bagno e in particolare la doccia con solo il soffione fisso ci sono sembrati un po' vecchiotti... La camera piccolina ma pratica; il costo ovviamente altino ma nello standard londinese.

Localisation idéale

La localisation est idéale. Le bus 24 passe juste devant. Les chambres sont assez grandes pour un hôtel à Londres. Il y a possibilité de laisser les valises avant le check in et après le check out. Nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste.

Perfekt (außer vielleicht für Langschläfer)

Die Zimmer waren überraschend groß. Das Front Desk Personal war sehr nett und die Möglichkeit den Koffer nach Check Out noch im Hotel zu lassen gibt es auch. Ich habe mich in der Gegend auch nachts sehr sicher gefühlt.

Im Gang zwischen den Zimmern war es schon sehr früh sehr laut durch andere Gäste und Putzpersonal. Zum Frühstück gab es nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl. Alles in allem trotzdem ein sehr tolles Hotel.

Formidable séjour

Accueil très souriant et agréable l’accueil britannique est très chaleureux la chambre était déjà prête ce qui est un plus le lit super est confortable topissime très propre chambre petite mais avec tout le nécessaire station de bus à côté top et station métro à 10 min parfait quartier calme la chambre était au 3 eme étage mais l’hôtel dispose d’un ascenseur très appréciable car rentrant de visite après tant de kilomètres à pied c’est agréable de ne pas monter encore des escaliers le petit déjeuner est offert pourrait être amélioré exemple le lait est froid dommage et pas de chocolat en boisson mais très bon et permets de partir le ventre plein merci à cet hôtel pour cet excellent séjour Un plus également nous pouvons gratuitement laisser nos bagages pour notre dernière journée Hôtel très serviable envers ses clients un grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour

Point négatif l’ insonorisation aïe aïe on entend marcher sur du parquet qui grince et les gens des autres chambres parler

Hotel unreal cosy comfy and great location Reception staff literally amazing friendly helpful and chatty couldn’t rate it anymore other than 10/10

It was very basic the breakfast Coulda been some sausages or bacon added to the menu to go with eggs and toast but overall it filled the stomach

Great location, clean rooms, but a couple of caveats

Location is perfect. Complimentary breakfast is nice to have, room was clean, staff was very helpful.

The breakfast selection was rather limited, consisting of mainly eggs, beans & cereal. The room door was not soundproof, for light sleepers this could be an issue.

Central, clean with good value for money

Great location in a quiet and very central area. The staff was always kind and smiling.

The bathroom was a bit too small and had to calculate every move to go in and out of the shower, but not impossible to use. Just a bit uncomfortable. It was very nice of them to offer a complimentary breakfast even though it was not initially included in the booking offer. But as many other people said previously, it was kind of poor. I think just by adding some vegetables like fresh cucumbers and tomatoes and just some fried bacon, it would completely elevate the breakfast experience.

Enjoyable

Room was nice, beds comfy but pillows too thin. Bathroom was spotless clean but tiny and hard to move Great location from Victoria Station. Coffee Shop in the hotel was great with lovely pastries, good coffee and friendly staff. Front desk staff helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was terrible but I wasn't expecting much anyway!!

Butični hotel, toplega abienta, in prijaznega osebja. Priporočam 100%

V sobi premajhne postelje! Najeli smo dve sobi in ena je bila 5 min hoda od hotela. Pri opisu ni dobro navedeno, kje se nahaja. In tudi ni apartma! Je samo soba, pravijo pa da greš v apartma :) :) :)

Súper limpio y bien ubicado

La ubicación perfecta. La habitación súper limpias y cuidadas.

No tiene calefacción solo aire acondicionado y se nota cuando llegas de la calle con temperaturas muy bajas y no puedes caldear la habitación rápido

Good

The location was good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities and decent breakfast available. Nice cafe on the ground floor. The room also had a fully stocked tea station which is always welcomed, working TV, hairdryer and safe box. No issues with Wifi. One major advantage is that this hotel had a lift which was a deal breaker for me as I travelled with heavy luggage. Secure luggage hold area before and after checkout available.

Room was a bit cramped and was a bit difficult to pack more than one suitcase. This is not such a big deal for me. If you are booking to be close to Victoria Station do note it is not that close to the station but about a 10min walk. However, it is well connected to Central London by bus/tube.

Double bed the size of a single

Clean, quiet, and nice shower and kitchenette facilities, super friendly staff on the front desk.

We stayed in the annex, where the size of the double bed was tiny, certainly smaller than the 150cm advertised, more like a large single, so we did not sleep comfortably; and it was overly hot to boot.

Emplacement dans quartier chic calme appartement 03 en demi sous sol à 300 mètres de l hotel très propre à 10 mn de victoria station grande chambre

Le personnel pourrait parler français mais on se débrouille entre personnes coopératives.

Izvrsna lokacija, stajalište busa točno ispred hotela. Djelatnici ljubazni.

Buon hotel, ma potrebbe migliorare

Posizione eccellente

Colazione molto poco assortita, adatta alle abitudini anglosassoni, senza la scelta che di regola si trova in tutti gli hotel che abbiamo frequentato nel resto del mondo. Televisione in camera senza canali satellitari,di conseguenza solo programmi in lingua inglese.

Other than the location, nothing else would make me consider as an option.

Location

No lift, the rooms location was like a fox hiding, almost each time had to get help to find the room, through twists and turns on narrow corridors and no lift to that room/floor either. The space in the restaurant (located in the cellar) would not fit all the guests, so we queued and waited our turn to have breakfast (which didn’t offer that many choices either). Hence only one of three mornings we went to have breakfast, we rather went out and paid. The WiFi was out of functioning most of the time.
