About this condo rental
Situated in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for R 6,812 per night is a great option for your next trip. *Photos Updated 1/2024* Come and vacation at one of North Myrtle Beach's Newest Vacation Resorts which opened in June 2004. This popular two tower oceanfront building located in the Crescent Beach area at 1625 S. Ocean Blvd. offers a 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. oceanfront pool, indoor pool heated in winter, kiddie pool, 2 over-sized oceanfront hot tubs and a exercise/fitness room. Pool passes are required and we provide these. This complex is not a hotel and all units are privately owned by individual owners. The building has high speed internet and each unit has a wireless connection. All this and more can be found on the beautiful beach of this year round family resort town just footsteps from the ocean. There is plenty to enjoy in all seasons. Our condos have been professionally decorated and have sturdy dark wood and metal furniture. As of August 2020 there are new rugs in all rooms and a new central Heating/Air Conditioning unit in our condo. All new leather sofas and a new living room chair as of November 2020. There is a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with a pantry, new built in microwave (1/2019), new radiant stove top oven (1/2019), breakfast bar, granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors. There is a separate dining area with a side ocean view and the living room with its direct oceanfront views has sliding glass doors that lead to a 27 ft. oceanfront balcony. There is a 32" flat screen smart television and blu-ray player in the living room. The balcony has a table & eight chairs where you can relax while enjoying the ocean breeze and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool garden tub, separate shower and a double sink. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront balcony where you can take in the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The second bedroom has two queens. The third bedroom has 2 queens and in the fourth bedroom there is one queen sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms (Jack and Jill) have a bathroom that connects them. Each bedroom has its own 32" flat smart screen television. There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, including the living room. All the bathrooms have granite counter tops with plenty of cabinet space and ceramic tile floors. All televisions in the condo are new smart TV’s as of December 2019. We have a laundry room with a king sized washer and dryer in the kitchen area for your convenience. There is your own large storage room just outside the front door for all your beach items so there is no need to worry about tracking sand into the condo. Also you have plenty of closet space throughout the condo to meet your storage needs. GUEST parking is in the covered multi level parking garage across the street from the condo towers. Parking under the towers is for OWNERS only. Parking tags are required which we will provide. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's & Boats are Not Allowed. Pets Are Not Allowed. Sheets and bath towels are included on all rentals. The cleaning service provides a trash bag in each can, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started. You need to bring any extras as well as dish soap, dish detergent, laundry supplies, bath soap, etc. We are close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row and a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and many other wonderful Myrtle Beach attractions. We are about 30 minutes from North Myrtle Beach airport. There are many fun things for all ages to enjoy. In addition to this condo we also have another 4ba/3br unit with a similar floor plan in the South Tower at Crescent Shores on the ninth floor (#1083486) as well as a smaller 2 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront end unit on the beach at Windy Village in the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach (#25151) Monthly rentals are available September thru April. From May 18 till September 7, 2024 our rentals are weekly and Saturday to Saturday only. Daily rentals are available during the off season months. The condo was really nice. A few things need updating but the condo was nice and comfy. They have a greatly supplied kitchen . Michele and Dennis were a dream to deal with. Communication was great.

Thought the condo was nice and enjoyed our stay. A few things though didn’t work. There never was any cold water , the fan in the master bedroom never worked and the water pressure in the master bath was non existent.

This property has a great location. Eight of us shared the condo and there was room for all of us. 4th of July the balcony was a great spot to watch the fireworks up and down the beach.

The property is lovely. The lazy river, outdoor pool, hot tubs, and indoor pool for inclement weather made this the perfect place for us particularly with children. There were a few places to eat, a Beach bargain store within walking distance. It is also located next to the parasailing in banana boat water sports.
We did have two family members parasail. We could watch them from the balcony.

This condo was by far the best place I have stayed on vacation. Very clean very fast communication from the owners. If I go back to myrtle beach I will definitely try to book this place again.

We had three families with three kids. The four bedroom unit met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cookware. The host was very prompt in replying to any questions that I had prior to the trip and also once we were on site.

Property was clean and a great location. We were 4 couples celebrating 40 years of togetherness. Great place to relax and talk about old times and just catch up. The 4 bedroom condo was just right with enough space for all. Had no problem with communicating with the owners. They were quick to respond and accomidated any of my request. They went beyond. Only thing i would suggest would be a keyless entry. Mailing keys in the mail had me a bit apprehensive. They did make sure i got them on time. Would definitly recommend the condo and the owners!!

This is a great, reasonably priced place in Crescent Shores. It is roomy and functionally furnished. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook your own meals. But the best part is the large balcony overlooking the ocean! The owner of this vacation rental responded quickly to any questions I had and kept me well informed of the status of upgrade and maintenance projects that were finishing up during my April stay. It was a pleasure to work with her!

Great space for family of 8.
The condo was a great for our family of 8. Very well cared for, kitchen well stocked and rooms large enough that we didn't feel cramped. We had an issue with one of the tubs not draining. I contacted the owner, and it was taken care of that day. Highly recommend it.

Nice large unit; great fit for us. Lots of free parking and kitchen amenities including crock pot and air fryer. Spacious outside storage for sandy toys, chairs umbrella and wagon.

We traveled with three families and had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Three bathrooms was great for 11 people. Condo was perfect! The storage closet outside the condo for sandy items was a great bonus as well. The only critique I would have is the range heats unevenly and made cooking a bit challenging but we were still able to make due with it.

We stayed here for a few days after Christmas. The view and location are great, the place is spacious, and unit was clean. The check in process could be brought to 2022 with an electronic lockbox and a few of the beds are not comfortable. But we would stay again and the place is better than the pictures.

We really enjoyed this place, it was spacious, it accommodated us 3 families comfortably. Our issue was that the cleaning crew does not really clean for the arrival of guests. We had to clean and dust off every piece of furniture (we have pictures), the dirty linens from the previous guests were sitting right by the front door by the time we arrived at 6:00pm that evening. The other big issue for us is that all the smoke detectors did not work, they had been taken off the wall and put to the side, we then put them back on the wall, the battery started beeping because they all had dead batteries. When we contacted the owner, they asked is we can pick up batteries to replace them and we were to be reimbursed. Sorry but this is their responsibility, that’s why there are additional fees when we paid the rental rate.
One last thing, one of the bedrooms (the one that shares the small bathroom) had a ceiling fan that when you turned it on it looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling. We found out it had a missing blade that was sitting inside a closet. The imbalance of the fan posed a safety hazard for the guests sleeping in that bedroom.
Other than that, we loved the view from the 7th floor!

Family vacation with Florida friends for a couple of days
The condo was very spacious and luxurious. We would recommend to friends and family. Loved the pool for our 8 year old granddaughter, spend many hours there. Hosts were very communicative which was reassuring. We knew the neighborhood prior to booking as we owned a condo close by years ago. Wish we didn't have to leave!

The owners are very easy to deal with and respond promptly to any of my inquiries. I loved not having to go through a property office when we arrived but the building is a bit dated and one elevator was broken. So it took us about two hours to get our stuff up in the unit because there was a huge line waiting for one elevator to check in. This is a large building with 18 floors and only two elevators so even when both were working it was a challenge. The condo unit itself is perfectly equipped with all you need for a nice week. The appliances were modern and good quality as well as the kitchen utensils. We did quite a bit of cooking while there and had no issues whatsoever. The view is spectacular and we spent many hours out on the large balcony. We tried all of the pools and they all were great. The beach is large with good sand and the water is so amazing! We look forward to returning in the future.

This condo was absolutely amazing! Everything from the listing was accurate. The pictures listed on VRBO of this condo do it no justice and exceeded our every expectation. It was very clean and easy to get to. We will definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and responded to our questions before we arrived.

Our family, including 5 kids (ages 17 months-7 years), and 6 adults, stayed at a 4 BR, 3 bath condo for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our 3 families (1 family of 5, 1 family of 4, and a couple). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the appliances were in good condition, especially the washer/dryer which we used numerous times. The balcony was great and we were right on the ocean which was perfect for the kids. We would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to travel to North Myrtle Beach, SC.
