bon emplacement et rapport qualité prix pour famille

J ai aimé le fait d avoir une chambre avec 2 lits double (pratique en famille) le personnel était très gentil et serviable. proximité avec les lieux à visiter

le ménage était fait sommairement, mais correct dans l'ensemble. le tapis principal dans la chambre est à retirer ou à changer car poussiéreux et sale (cela donne un coté négligé)

Amazing!

Very good location, clean apartment, kind staff (Ahmed Jam, Mohamed and the all), good facilites, very comfort beds, lot of cookies and snack and free still water in the kitchen. Good price-value choice!

Nice and comfy if you don't mind cigarette smoke

Comfortable, good location, clean, got new towels, tee, coffee and sweets and drinking water every day.

Terrible heavy cigarette smoke came up in the room all day and night from basement where the staff was smoking permanently. We mentioned it they sayed they will change the room but the whole hotel was filled with.

La atención fue estupenda, la primera noche tuvimos un problema con la ventana de la habitación y nos cambiaron a otra habitación superior mientras lo arreglaban. También nos ofrecieron consejos de cómo ir a los sitios que queríamos visitar, restaurantes... Muy agradable

Las toallas podrían cambiarlas ya que se ven más gastadas, así como insonorizar mejor las habitaciones.

Приятен апартамент с отлична локоция

Хубаво местоположение, любезен персонал, удобни легла, много приатно отношение, големи стаи, добре обзаведена кухня. Топло е.

Апартаментът на приземния етаж е тъмен, защото има зелена строителна мрежа на прозорците. Пред спалнята има място да почивка на други хора което е неприятно за спащите в стаята. Душът се нуждае от ремонт. Чуват се климатиците на другите стаи при отворен прозорец.

Amazing stay, perfect place to stay to see the sights in Istanbul as they are all walking distance

Clean property in a great location! Staff were welcoming. Provided all essentials for a stay, including all toiletries.

Could hear shouting from the flat above very late at night, walls are thin

Brilliant

The Location and the facilities in the hotel were exceptional. The staff Yousef and others were really helpful at providing excellent service The hotel rooms were cleaned on daily basis and they provided complementaries everyday. I really liked the hotel as they had everything available to people. I couldn't not have asked for anything better.

El hotel, elegante y todo limpio, buen desayuno...La ubicación esta lejos del centro, pero tienes una estacion del metro al pie del hotel, puedes ir a todos lados desde ahí

Maravilloso alojamiento en Europa Antigua de Estambul.

La ubicación es magnifica. El servicio es excepcional. Cada mañana te hacen la habitación y reponen agua de cortesía, te y dulces. La recepción esta siempre disponible para asistir en cualquier cosa que necesites.

Location is great at walking distance from the most important tourist attractions. Very quiet and clean. The stuff is very helpful (thank you Mohamed😀). Cold water, lemonade and cookies welcoming at arrival.

Plusses and minuses

We had two rooms, one an apartment, and the other a standard single room. Both were pleasant and comfortable, they were nicely-decorated and clean. The apartment was self-contained with a small and practical kitchen/dining room, and had two comfortable bedrooms. The apartment had plenty of light and we were able to ventilate it. It was a nice place to relax after being out. Also, in general, the area was quite quiet. Is very close to Blue Mosque

General: - The description and price suggested something upmarket. While, in general, the rooms were comfortable, there were some issues. The hotel entrance is and foyer is a bit shabby. Staff were sometimes not available,. The night staff did not speak English Apartment: - Fridge issues: fridge door kept falling off. Even when the door was on, it was not possible to completely close the fridge. Also, the cleaning ladies disconnected the electricity during the day. These issues were important because it was August and we wanted to keep water and yoghurt cold. - we had to climb three flights of steep and narrow stairs several time a day, which was tiring for older folks. Partly our fault for not reading the details. Be prepared for some workouts! - we were on the third floor (fourth for US folks) and the roof terrace was immediately above. We had people noisily dragging furniture around at all hours of the night Single room - there was an infestation of fruit flies. Management offered to discount the cost of one night, but did not do so. - It was on the ground floor and was entered from the street. It was hard to ventilate. Overall evaluation - it was ok. However, the issues that he had meant it was somewhat disappointing give that is was, for us, relatively expensive. I thought that it was generally ok, but my wife and daughter were more disappointed.

Newly built building. Well comfortable. Attentive staff. Turkish delight and water in every corner of the house.

Enjoyable stay

Location is excellent, few steps to the main touristic area with lots of restaurants. Apartment is spacious and bright,furniture is clean, beds are comfortable. Staff are nice and friendly.

Strong Sewage smell coming from the bathroom all day. For the whole week, Staff used to sit exactly beside the bedroom window very early every morning so we had no privacy.

Comfortable bedding and good rooms with privacy.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia, infact right behind Blue mosque directly. Property owner Mr. Gokhan is a very honest person. Gives you good advice to shop around and what areas to avoid shopping etc.

Rooms need to be fully blacked out with curtains.
