Bookings not accepted for parties / functions / under 25's/ schoolies or bucks/ boys & hens' weekends. To moor your boat in the private jetty you will need to launch the boat from the public ramp at Toukley bridge and park and drive your boat up to the property. Linen is Supplied. I filtered my search to have swimming pool on water front, we got there and it was a big dead rat in pool. I called the manager and first answer was just take it out with net and go swimm.

The view is relaxing and nice but the cleanliness of the house was very bad , cockroaches everywhere and house needs a lot of fixing . Plenty of space for large groups . Pool is very good with kids with nice view.

Nice big property right on Budgewoi Lake. Nice and spaceish, the downstairs Pool Table area was a hit with our Teenage Children and when we had a night with all of us down there. Property is a bit tired but location probably reflected the price. Kitchen cleanliness could be improved as lots of built up dirt and grease. Would be great to utilise in the Summer with pool and out on the Lake

We had a great experience at this property. The house was very spacious and the pool was amazing. The beds were quite comfortable which made the stay even better. The only downside was that there was no airconditioning downstairs. Definitely would come back!

Nice house in a nice location. Clean and spacious with a nice view. It could have been a great holiday but unfortunately neighbours on both sides were renovating their houses which made it very annoying. They used to work all day even on weekends till late and were very loud. Another thing is that the water behind the house has a lot of seaweed and very smelly so we couldn't enjoy sitting outside in the evening because of the smell.
