Soggiorno da dimenticare

Nel quartiere Sultanahmet a pochi minuti del Gran Bazar e la Basilica di Santa Sofia

Non so da dove iniziare.. Sono arrivata dopo mezzanotte, la stanza non solo era piccola ma con una colonna in mezzo che non permetteva bene la mobilità di due persone. La pulizia era stata fatta così così, tutte le superficie erano piene di aloni e le lenzuola erano macchiate non so di che. Ma la cosa peggiore che mi poteva succedere era la puzza di fogna che veniva dal bagno. Al mattino ho fatto presente questa cosa in reception e mi hanno detto di tornare nel pomeriggio. La ragazza bionda che ho trovato nel pomeriggio era una persona molto maleducata che praticamente con un sorrisino ironico mi dice che io ho pagato una stanza standard e non mi poteva cambiare a una con vista. Le ho spiegato che non volevo la vista ma una stanza agibile dove respirare senza la puzza di fogna. Le opzioni erano o mi cambiava la stanza o mi rimborsava. Mi ha detto che la tariffa non era rimborsabile cosi dopo che ho visto altre tre stanze con la solita puzza sono rimasta con la quarta stanza che era la più decente. Non lo consiglio e non ci torno più neanche se mi regalano il soggiorno.

Le lieu idéal Les restos autour le Vamos ouvert jusqu’à 3 h du matin et très bien noté Le Hammam Le Concierge de bon conseils La possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur le roof top du Sura Design

Attention à la poussière sur les tables de chevet La salle de bain est légèrement vétuste comme les petits miroirs un peu usé et la robinetterie

Average 3+ star experience in a 5 star hotel

Location is good, if you want to visit the mosques which are close. The restaurants around the hotel are tourist traps - avoid. The spa is ok, but somewhat expensive.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Not even by turkish standards. The rooms are small, not really clean. The breakfast is just average.

Stay was good but beds was not.

Property location was good.

They need to change their bed mattress and especially single beds they are very very small. Single bed is a size of child bed , Like if an adult change sides he/she may fall down.

j’ai réservé un 25m2 et j’avais l’impression que ce n’est pas ce que j’ai demandé. Nous étions là pour 1 semaine: aucun rangement dans la chambre. La colonne de douche sautait à chaque fois que nous prenions la douche. Sinon séjour agréable.

Perfect location.

Perfect location for visiting main sites of the old city. Nice small pool for an afternoon dip after sightseeing. Concierge very helpful.

A welcoming place that gives you a sense of peace, relaxation and happiness.

The room, the common areas, the staff, the view, everything was perfect. We were very happy with this hotel which made our stay in the magnificent Istambul unforgettable. Special thanks to Yusuf who was always very kind and helpful to us.

Good Hotel on a superb location in Sultan Ahmet district

The hotel is on great location in a walking distance to almost all historical places in Sultan Ahmet district. It is a good choice for tourists that want to explore and enjoy this area. The hotel is clean with a really good service. We booked a connecting rooms, it was a clean with a decent furniture. The breakfast was really good with a variety of choice and a really good service provided by the waiters.

One of the rooms we booked had a pillar in the middle that is decreasing the functionality of the room. Our view from the room was to some old and abandoned building so try to avoid that.

Perfect selection for visiting the city

The hotel exceeds the expectations, our 3rd floor room was a perfect choice to avoid noisy streets during nights, rooms were cleaned in a daily basis, staff was friendly and willing to help at any occasion, nice breakfast with a local touch. Hotel is placed near all points of interest you want to visit at old town, with restaurants nearby for your dinner.

The smell of cigarette in the room even though we had a non smoking one, we had to leave the windows open almost all day, we had to report it and the hotel offered an extended deep cleaning and to change to a different room. Even though the city has a long history with cats, their presence at the dinning area during breakfast or meals is somehow dangerous for people that have allergies and should be restraint.
