Very nice and comfort house! We all love it.

The internal door to the garage was labelled to be locked at all times but we couldn't make it to be locked properly. The locker is so bad and we could not turn it to make it lock. It made me feel a bit unsafe at night while we all slept in the top floor, there was another floor between bedrooms and the basement. Apart from this little issue, everything else is perfect!

The place is the best place I even lived in Tekapo. clean and with nice view! love the patio. the staff is so kind and send back the watch we left in the room, highly recommended!

I am happy to stay there and would choose it if I return.

It is easy to access the property using the key box.

It is a bit far from the town centre. It is about 15 mins walk to the centre.

Fantastically appointed house on great location, fab for large groups

Absolutely incredible property and very well appointed! Loved it

Only thing I can pin point was that the TV in the back bedroom doesn't actually work so what's the point in having it in there and there is a sky remote, but seemingly no sky connection.

Too many stairs for older people ( we're 74 and 72); coffee maker difficult to use (needs a plunger for coffee); no ice cubes available

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was modern, stylish and luxurious! Very well equipped and we wished we could have spent more time there

A lovely stay

Easy as, comfortable and big living room/dining room.

Was interesting that two bedrooms were locked. I’m out case, we were two couples and a 1 year ago old, but what if we were 4 single adults wanting 4 separate rooms?

Large sunny warm house in great location with views

Great location and amazing views. It was a comfortable large house close to town with plenty of bedrooms, comfortable beds and ensuites for each room. The kitchen was large and well appointed and the house was clean and very warm and sunny

There were no sheets on beds in two of the main bedrooms, which we didn't notice until the first person wanted to go to bed. We had one couple and two other single adults in our party so booked a house with three queen bedrooms and they had only made up one queen bed and three singles, all in two shared rooms, which we didn't discover until the first person wanted to go to sleep. We couldn't find any sheets in the house so had to make contact with the hosts, who, to their credit arranged for replacement clean sheets to be delivered after 9pm for us to make up the beds.

The house really is fantastic. It is clean, has everything you think you might need, and was modern and really comfortable. We arrived in winter and it was lovely and warm on arrival, which was a nice touch. Check in and out were straightforward. I definitely recommend this place.

Incredible value for money. The panoramic views are priceless.

The house is huge and extremely well equipped. The views from almost every room are incredible. Fantastic location within walking distance of the shops and even the hot pools was a pleasant walk away. Beds were super comfy and having an ensuite in all four bedrooms was pure luxury.

We only stayed one night. Will definitely be back again and for longer next time.

Well designed, clean property not only ideal for large groups but also nice for a small family. Very homely feel. Spacious bedrooms with ensuites - very private Well equipped large kitchen with gas cooking Laundry facilities Beautiful views from almost all windows Spacious lounge and dining area Easy walk to the lake and church Easy and ample safe parking Free wifi and Sky TV channels

Not much...carying bigger bags up the stairs maybe a bit challenging for some...not a biggie though as most travel light.
