Located in Athens, this attractive house for R 3,960 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to our home in Athens! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Please note we do not allow parties or group gatherings of any kind at this property. We take this very seriously and have a zero tolerance policy. On the main level is the kitchen, living area, master bedroom (king bed), and master bath. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms (one with a King, the other two twins) and an additional bathroom. Out back is a spacious deck with an outdoor dinning table and umbrella. If you'd like to grill while you're here, we provide a Weber grill for guests to use. Well behaved dogs are welcome! Please send us a message to let us know they're coming. We have a large front and back yard but it is not fenced in. We ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding. ** Please note, for full disclosure, that we do have ring security cameras on the exterior of the house and a decibel meter inside in an effort to deter parties at the property.

Great place and location for our quick two night trip to Athens. Easy to get ride share or access to anywhere else. Comfortable and quiet - just watch those steps!

We loved staying here. It was as advertised… but…while most rental property owners supply the bare minimum, these hosts thoughtfully provided soaps, shampoo, bathmats, PLENTY of paper products, coffee, etc. I also loved that there was a magnifying mirror in the master bath. It’s the little touches like this which give this rental five stars.

This home has been upgraded inside. The beds are comfortable. It is well stocked. The washer and dryer are older, but work fine. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We enjoyed walking our dog. No fenced yard We would stay again.

We spent graduation weekend here and it was perfect for our family. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants are close by and it’s close to campus. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. There is a great deck for gathering outside. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The house is just like described, beautiful place. We were very comfortable there, absolutely no problems. Owner was very attentive when we had to get a hold of him (not a major problem), but answered right back immediately. We even got an email from him asking us if we needed anything and if we were comfortable there. Would definitely stay here again. I would give it 10 STARS if I could.

Our family stayed here while visiting our daughter for her UGA parents’ weekend. The house was perfect for what we needed, and it was only 12-15 minutes from campus. We had no issues while staying there, and Joshua was extremely responsive to any and all questions I had. Very pretty, peaceful neighborhood — we even saw deer in the yard one night!

We dropped back in to Athens for old times sake and the location and amenities were perfect. The house was clean and exactly as described. Josh was a great communicator and let us know we could get in early. It was really nice to have a place we could bring our dogs as well. Thanks for opening you home!

Close proximity to the town, several parks close by to walk. Home was comfortable and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood with many mature trees. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my wife and 3 friends for a football weekend. Uber/Lyft to downtown Athens was cheap. The house is comfortable with a nice back porch if the weather is pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!
