About this condo rental
Situated in Kissimmee, this lovely condo for R 1,602 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our vacation rental is located on North Ponciana blvd, just off irlo bronson highway and is only 5 miles to disney and 10 miles to universal studios. The apartment is a comfortable home away from home, fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, upstairs apartment home (non-smoking) is combined with the added luxuries of the royal palm bay resort complex. The master bedroom has a new queen sized bed, with a walkout to a deck. The second bedroom has a new queen sized bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. We also have a crib, umbrella stroller, and toys for your children to use while you enjoy your vacation. The living room has a flat screen, with Roku. The Master bedroom and the Twin bedroom have smart TV's. Also the sofa is a pullout queen sized bed. We offer free wi-fi. Kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to prepare meals, or we have many great restaurants within 10 mins drive. We hope that you and your family will enjoy your stay at our condo as much as we do.

Very nice place to stay if you are looking for something cheap.
We did find blood stains on the sheets and there were german roaches walking across the counters. The place could use some up keep for instance the door to the bathroom is very hard to close you have to hammer it in and when you open it, it makes a horrific noise loud enough to wake everyone up.
The showers are kind of outdated and a little bit gross. But as far as cleanliness I thought it was clean. It's super nice to have a washer and dryer for your clothes and a kitchen.
It was about 15-20 minutes from disney so it worked for us. I don't know if I would stay again though.

My family of 7 drove from Michigan which is an exhausting 191/2 hour drive, believing we had a place to stay because we had booked this prior.
Believing we were all set up receiving a confirmation number, taking our money we were good to go.
I really don't have time to write a review or energy I never ever write a review but let's just say we were left with no place to stay.
Luckily we went to bookings and found a place.
We did get our money back I will say that but the stress of it all was terrible.

We enjoyed our stay however, the mold in the duplex was more than concerning. Considering we have several immunocompromised individuals raised red flags from the get go. The mold on every single vent, mold on the window sills, tile, shower curtains. This was more than concerning considering the fact in the description it plainly says “newly renovated” The only other thing was the temp lock on the thermostat. When asking it was hesitantly lowered 1 degree. Owner refused to lower the temp more than that, which we are hot natured people so sleeping we woke up sweating. Compared to the mold, it wasn’t a huge deal, however I wish these things would have been disclosed. I have multiple pictures of the mold. I’ve had a migraine nearly everyday since I got home. Besides the mold, and temp it’s a great space and located perfectly.

Location and price were great. We didn’t spend much time in the room. Just needed a bed at night. The master bath needs some bleach in the shower. Other than that… all good!

The rental suited us for what we needed. We were there for a short stay to visit family and not in the unit much during the day. It was a good price and worked for us.
Unfortunately, the previous renters must have had younger children as we discovered food dried on the living room rug that was overlooked by the cleaners. Everything else was fine.

Disney vacation
Great close spot near Disney, other theme parks, and shopping centers. A pool, hot tub, and exercise room. There is a lot of traffic noise and sirens from either fire department during the night time hours. Not used to that. The place is a little old such as carpeting and couches, but had all the needed stuff that's the needs may need. Wished that the owner would have the app YouTube on their Roku. Other then that great spot for very short distance to the theme parks.

SWEET QUIET AND CONVENIENTLY LOCATED
MY FAMILY AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE SECURITY WAS ON POINT WITH REGULAR CHECK UPS. THE AC WAS GREAT. THE MASTERBATH WAS HUGE. WE SIMPLY LOVED IT

There were nails sticking out of the dresser, and our son got a three inch long cut on his leg from a large mattress spring sticking out of the mattress. Also, the day after we arrived, we noticed that one of the toilets was very sluggish and called to let the property manager know. The property manager told us that they would charge us $130 to come fix the toilet— WHAT?! It was crazy and they were very rude and unhelpful to my husband. We ended up having to go out and purchase a plunger, and fix the toilet ourselves- not what we had in mind for our vacation! Last but not least, someone came into the property while we were out with no communication to us and moved things around. We are pretty sure it was the property manager, but it left us feeling uneasy. I’m not sure I would stay here again, I think next time I would pay more to stay somewhere nicer. I still can’t believe they wanted to charge us money to fix their toilet!

Ok
Good size condo, great location and quiet with a nice pool area. There were small issues, no instructions for the TV, fridge leaked, no hot water to kitchen sink (found out later the tape was turned off under the sink), the washing machine needed fixing and no patio furniture, it was broken. There is as only one hot setting for the dryer. We did call the manager and mentioned the some of the problems. The biggest issue was broken patio chairs, we advised as soon as we arrived but it was not addressed.

Worst stay ever!!!!!
Got to the condo on Jan 17 late evening and noticed several issues with the condo. Emailed the owner and got a message back Thanking us for the heads up and saying they would pass it on to Stacey and things would be cleaned in Feb. What the heck, February?? That does not do us any good. Never heard from Stacey on any of these issues or any offer of help. They said they were too busy with work and had plans of doing it later. Looking at the previous reviews, some of these things were reported back in March of 2018. We have been in quite a few condo rentals over the last 14 years but I have to be truthful, this one has had the most problems than any. We were very disappointed in this rental. We sent them a list of the first set of problems the first day and received that response. We then sent a list of all problems on the last day and never heard from them at all. Sent them another email asking if they received the list and once again was ignored and never heard from them. That and the list prompted us to write this review.
Here is a list of what we can remember.
Lamp shade in main bed room was messed up. Locking nut was missing so it just dangled on top.
3 out of 4 chairs on patio were broken.
Knob on facet in main bathroom kept calling apart.
Stool in main bathroom would not flush properly unless you stood there and held down the handle through the flushing process.
2 bifold doors in Hall area were off the runners or bound up
Dish washer detergent tray broken so it would not close or release the soap to clean the dishes.
No paper towels or toliet paper. Had to find a walmart to buy some at midnight when we got there.
No dish soap to hand wash dishes
Clothes dryer would not heat to dry clothes. Would not work on all cycles but finally found one that would work. Messed with it for over an hour before I found the one cycle of 4 cycles.
Living room furniture was dirty and worn out.
Had 2 remotes in living room that we could not figure out and found that one had corroded batteries in it.
Dining room chairs were rickety and we were worried about them supporting someone setting on them.
Hot water in kitchen sink would only dribble.
Refrigerator was leaking water from someplace inside and getting everything wet inside.
Suppose to have security on site but no were could you find them or a number for them. Finally found someone in the pools house on the 3rd day. Was worried about the car getting towed because of no sticker.

Pool wasn't working and someone tires got slash next to our car
I hit not really , due to the fact the pool wasn't working . I was told it was going to be ready until a day before we left . We opt to be rebooked , and had a fantastic time .

Comfortable. We love our stay!
We enjoyed and liked our stay at Royal Palm Bay. The apt is really spacious, laundry with extra clean towels, fully equipped kitchen, and a small deck in master room. *There’s no bugs or any kind of insects in the apt (at least I didn’t saw any in almost a week) I was alert of it because of some reviews and it was all clean. Quiet neighborhood with clubhouse, pool and playground. The owners were very responsive to messages all the time, I’m very thankful with them. I recommed this property and I’ll stay again.

Outdated decor and spider HAVEN
As previously stated in a review - you sink to the bottom when sitting on the family room couches. Multiple spider issues, crawling out of the couches and one time in the master bed. Yuck! When told to the owner a simple: Sorry to hear. Contact management and let them know. ???? Okay, yea... Great customer service skills. Trust me, their names ever appear again it will be a big NO on staying at one of their homes.

Very cozy and humble we enjoyed and clean.
Love the place we even find extra stuff that we barrow for our trip to the beach they even have toy's for my baby to play and enjoy. Also they have dishes, silverware, electric appliances for make your stay more enjoyable. Definitely if we are going back to Florida we would like to rent with them again.

Reasonably priced and centrally located
Our overall experience was good ... very close to all the parks ... only negative was we didn’t receive the email prior to our check in giving us the code for the key... when arriving no one could help us and our contact number for the owners would not go thru... luckily we finally were able to find someone who had a phone that could call the owners... once we got in contact with them we were able to enter the location ... the condo was not cleaned upon arrival and we had to wait for someone to come ... once the cleaner came everything was cleaned and no other problems for the remainder of our stay

For the amount of money I paid condo and complex was not up to the Home Away Standard I am use too!
Well I was very disappointed to find out we could not use the pool /hot tub after 5 pm or dusk. Too many Rules at pool area, Gate at pool did not work. I had booked the unit expecting the basics to reflect the premium price I was paying but was neediless to say very disappointed! The living room furniture is Wore Out!! It is smelling, dirty and you sink to the bottom. Arm rests are wood no padding fit for the garbage. The first thing I had to do was vacum everything furniture was covered pet hair, I discover a dog coller under the cushion on the sofa it has a tag on it, I left it there. Kitchen set is dated and glass top moves on the suction cups all the way to one side when you lean against it almost fell off one time ,a couple chairs are creaking. Carpets are wore out, wrinkled and stained in the traffic areas. Small bathroom smelled badly at times, smelled like sewage but could not figure out where smell was coming from, either from poor caulking around toilet or under sink? Or it may be coming from the hand painted bath tub! The Range top glass is wore out! The lower drawer fell out and I noticed the track was let go and bent! The Fridge was a disaster, the thing was way too big for the small area, The main door squeak so loud the next door neighbor made comment, I had to put two glass bowls in the back next to the small vents to catch the water, on our second day all of our food was water soaked! Hot water in the kitchen sink only runs very small stream after you wait 5 mins for it to heat up! Dishwasher, the little door that hold the soap does not open to allow it to dissolve! The lower handle on a dresser in the main bed room was siting on the floor so we never used that drawer! The light shade on the fan in main bedroom is missing. Probably fell off over time from all the vibration of the old fan that we were afraid to use! The head board on the main bed squeaks so bad and is so loose it was comical! There is no volume control or off on control for TV in main living area, there are cable boxes dangling from bedroom TVs! The Plaster cracked badly in bedroom and living area, painting is needed.The thermostat is working for Cool. But no control for Heat. These are most of the big issues, I had paid in advance, can accept couple small things but all these basic maintenance and upkeep items Caused me to Rant! I hope HOME AWAY responds to me with a positive response and lead to having this property (They Advertise ) up to Standard!

Great Villa
Our experience in this villa was all positive. We have stayed in this area before so it seemed like coming home for us. We were able to prepare some of our own meals here and it was good to throw in a load or two of laundry before we departed. For us, everything worked out as we had hoped. We would stay here again if we had the chance.
