The space The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, and a coffee maker. The living room is comfy and modern with a big TV. The living area is an open floor plan, perfect for your entire group to spend time together during your stay. This home is centrally located in a very safe, fun neighborhood! Modern Kitchen with Great Appliances - Multiple Bunk Beds - Brand New Construction - Hottest Area in Nashville Guest access You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by website messenger with the entry instructions. The host is available 24hrs if you have any questions or inquiries. Thanks! Interaction with guests Your host will be available 24hrs a day via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, please refrain from calling us or contacting us outside of the booking app, except in case of emergency. Upon arrival, you will notice our welcome packet on the kitchen counter with a few things about the space, rules, and additional info. Other things to note We are walking distance to the 12 South neighborhood (many bars, shops, restaurants, and coffee shops) and even the Gulch. We are also within blocks of music row and Edgehill village which features a Mexican restaurant called Taco Mamacita and my favorite gelato spot, legato gelato, and a new hip bar with small plates called Old Glory. There is also a great coffee shop/cafe and a few boutiques in Edgehill Village.

My co-workers and I were in town for a conference and really enjoyed our stay at the house in Edgehill. It was a short walk to the Gulch and even to the Music City Center or Broadway. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It had room enough beds for the 7 of us to be comfortable. Checking in and our were a breeze. Would absolutely stay again.

We drove to Nashville so we had our car but the location is great for walking to the Gulch or quick drive to most of the Nashville sites. The property was very roomy for 4 adults and in a very quiet neighborhood. The only very minor negatives were the living room couch and there were no wash cloths. The living room couch probably is in need of replacing due too the amount of usage it appears to have had. But this place is a great stay and we’d definitely book it again when returning to Nashville.

Said sleeps 10 but that means someone has to sleep on sofa sleeper. The sofa needs replaced as cushions sink into back. 4 people in small bedroom with trundle beds makes moving around impossible. Need mirror in small bedroom. We had 8 people but plates were for 7. Place was ok.

The house is in a great location, walking distance to Music Row and short Uber to Broadway. The neighborhood is quiet to allow to get away from the business of downtown. Our only complaint is the master bed and the couch. Not very comfortable.

we stayed here for three days to explore Nashville and go to 2 concerts at the Ryman. extremely clean and cute house. very spacious. perfect for four people or more. house is located in an extremely nice area very quiet and peaceful. only a short drive or Uber ride away from downtown. if I’m ever in the area again I would love to stay here again.

Loved the house and location. The ceilings are so high and every room was spacious. The hosts were extremely responsive (immediate or within minutes). The kitchen was big enough to prepare a thanksgiving meal. We brought disposable pans, but there were enough other cook wear and appliances to cook our sides. The location was within a 15-30 minute walk or an 8 min drive of EVERYTHING! A lovely walkable city. Staying in this area, I felt like a local. We had an amazing family vacation.

Good location. We walked or took short Lyft to all the neighborhoods. Must visit Broadway and the honky tonks. Kitchen facilities are just as described. Plenty to cook breakfast! Thank you for hosting our group of 7.
