A PEACEFUL location to ensure privacy whilst only being a short drive into the Main Street. SPACIOUS open plan living. A CASUAL STROLL will take you to the Marina Hotel (around 5-10 min walk or less than 1 minute drive) Leisure Centre, Adventure Charters, Shark Cage Diving and more! A walk in the other direction will lead you to a LOVELY BEACH and bushwalking with water views to another beach and the boat ramp. Relax and Unwind at No.27... The Space- The property comfortably suits Couples, Families, Small Groups or the Individual. Once you walk through the No.27 wooden gate, the property is fully SECURE and safe for the children to run around and play. Enter the home and you walk into a beautiful large open family room area with bedrooms 2 & 3 directly opposite. The high ceilings and STUNNING natural light will fill the home as you walk past the laundry on the left and 3-way bathroom on the right. The rear of the home is OPEN-PLAN living - Kitchen, Lounge and Dining with the Master Bedroom directly opposite. The room includes an ensuite and nice sized walk-in-robe. GLASS sliding doors open out onto the patio lounge where you can relax at the end of an adventure filled day - WINE TOURS, adventure charters, fishing, swimming, a visit to GLEN FOREST animal park, surfing, national park EXPLORING, local shopping and more. WIFI AVAILABLE Heating/Cooling and ceiling fans are in all bedrooms for your comfort. Whether you are here for a holiday or in town for work, No.27 will be sure to cater for your needs. Guest Access- As a guest at No.27, you have full access to the entire home with full kitchen facilities and an outdoor BBQ. Complimentary TEA and COFFEE. Children's books, toys and portable high chair are available to use and a Portacot is available upon request at no charge. Swimming Towels are available also if you feel like hitting the beach or the LEISURE CENTRE (which is only a short walk away) Once you have booked, you will be given a code to access house key. You are WELCOME to use the garage to park your car or the driveway comfortably parks up to 4 vehicles. Ideal place to park your boat! WIFI is available in the property... Interaction with Guests- I understand that guests enjoy PRIVACY while being on holidays, but please know that as your HOST, you can contact me ANYTIME with any questions you may have about your trip and I will do my best to assist you. I will happily suggest things to see or do! The Neighbourhood No.27 is situated within walking distance to the Port Lincoln Marina in a quiet neighbourhood. You can experience the PEACE and TRANQUILITY of nature on one side of the property whilst knowing that you are so close to a lovely beach and can hear the hum of boats coming and going. The MARINA is where you can access the ADVENTURE CHARTERS, Shark Cage Diving, the Leisure Centre for swimming/gym or simply enjoy a meal at the Marina Hotel whilst overlooking the beautiful water and watch the boats go by. You will also find Cruisers - petrol station/cafe where you can grab a bite to eat or purchase some essentials. The PARNKALLA Walking Trail will take you straight to the Marina or an approximately 25 minute walk in the other direction will lead you to the BOAT RAMP. For the Boating/Fishing enthusiast, you will appreciate the close proximity of the boat ramp and if you throw a line in, you may also just catch something FRESH to eat for dinner! A short drive to the MAIN HUB of Port Lincoln is where you will find lovely cafes, supermarkets, LOCAL SHOPPING and don't forget to visit the gorgeous SEISHIN SPA for a relaxing pampering or purchase some delicious products to take home! Have a photo in front of the Makybe Diva statue on the foreshore and enjoy a lovely meal of glass of wine at the delightful Cafes along the front street. Between the property and the main hub, is PORTER STREET PLAZA - where you will find fresh bread, meats, fruit n veg and more. It really is a nice central place to stay! You have the peaceful location, but so close to all the action. Getting Around- Some places are within walking distance, or if you have your vehicle with you (or intend on hiring one) - it is easy to get around. Taxi services are available in and around Port Lincoln or you can always book the Private Chauffeured Transfer. The pricing is competitive and is virtually the same as a taxi but a nicer way to get from A to B! This is a perfect way to explore the WINERIES or take a day trip to Coffin Bay or Glen Forest Animal Park/Segways etc. You can also book this service for your Airport Pick Up/Drop Off. Contact Des on 0429880069 Local Attractions- Port Lincoln Marina is where you can access Adventure Bay Charters, Calypso Star, Marina Hotel, Parnkalla Walking Trail, Leisure Centre and see the large Prawn Boats up close. The Boat Ramp is 2kms away and a short walk will get you to a local beach. Jump in your car (hire car, silver service tour or other) and head to the National Parks, Golf Course, Glen Forest Animal Park, Surfing Beaches, explore the pristine Coastlines, local Wineries, 4x4 driving or a day trip to Coffin Bay. Make No.27 your place to stay! Other Things to Note - SECURITY DEPOSIT $150 This amount will be refunded back to you within 2 days of departure. *please notify me of any breakages and damages to the property and/or contents as this may affect your security deposit refund. Please ensure that drinks on the couch/beds may stain the materials so I ask you to please take care. Please only use beach towels provided for swimming and not bath towels. Ensure that the oven/stove top/bbq are cleaned after use. *please don’t move any mattresses or bedding from the rooms. *to care for the environment, I ask that lights & heating/cooling is turned OFF each time you leave the home. Bins are provided for your convenience - RED lid bin is for General Waste only and BLUE or GREEN LID bin is for Recyclables only. There is also a crate available for bottles/cans. For weekly bookings, or when you fill your bin, please note that BINS can be placed on the roadside on Monday night for Tuesday collection. Very comfortable stay. Kitchen was great with added extras from the host. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get to attractions and our tour guide was happy to pick us up!from the house. Host had suggestions and information on tourist attractions as well as local businesses. I had a great massage from one of these places. All up a great experience. Thank you.

Great home, well appointed and secure. Exactly what we wanted. Located at the end of the cul de sac it was so peaceful and secure. Very clean and Tamara was a delight to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great location, clean, fresh, comfortable and spacious house with all the necessities. Lovely wine and chocolate, that was left as a welcome gift, was such a nice touch upon our arrival.
