Nicely equipped condo for 3 adults and 5 kids. Owner was super responsive when the TV remotes weren't working (just needed batteries). The pool areas were really nice and we got food from Bikini Bob's a couple of times, the prices were super reasonable and the food was good. One of the elevators broke down a couple of times while we were there, but both times they had it working again quickly. Beach was beautiful with a family vibe. Really, the only negative thing was that the balcony was a bit smaller than at other condos we've stayed at over the years.

We absolutely loved this condo from the amazing sunset views off the balcony with awesome seating to how much room was in the living/dining area. It had absolutely everything my family of 9 needed! Hosts were fabulous, easy to get ahold of and always answered right away! Definitely a 5 star from us and will definitely rent again our next time down here.

Great condo with plenty of nice furnishings, tasteful décor and everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. Owner was responsive and property was magnificent and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again, no issues - - perfect pools and beach access. Bikini Bobs Bar on site was a plus!

Amazing views from this condo and so convenient that it is right on the beach. Property also has two pools which was nice for when we weren't at the beach. Susan was a great host -- very responsive. Will stay here again next team we are in Panama City Beach.

My husband and I took both of our parents and two children and stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us!! The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and had all of the supplies we needed to cook for the week. The owner spoke with us multiple times before we arrived to ensure it was perfect for our stay. We would stay here again. Working with the owner for this condo was amazing. They were nice and responded to every email quickly. They arranged everything for check-in. The condo was spacious, very nice and clean. The three bedrooms were all large and very beautiful. The balcony was facing the Gulf and a gorgeous view. Everything was perfect. We will go back next year.

Nice condo. Staff very polite and helpful. Space for everyone in my family of 9. Well equipped from kitchen to rooms. Owner very helpful with check in and check out process. Only disappointment is the check out, it is to early, 9 am. Anyway we all enjoyed this place!

Having just spent a month at the Regency Towers property, I can only give it great reviews. Although RT is an older property, it has been well maintained. My host Susan was a delight to work with and immediately responded to any requests or questions I had. I jokingly said to a friend that Susan replied to my email almost before I could press the “send” button. Lol.. My unit was updated and very comfortably slept my family and grandkids when they visited...... I don’t want to forget to mention the nicely heated pool and awesome ocean view. I look forward to returning soon.

We had the most wonderful time on our vacation! The condo was neatly kept and had lots of room for our group of 8. We really loved all of the beach decor. It had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The view of the beach from the balcony was just perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit out there and enjoy it. Getting down to the beach wasn't any trouble at all and the free chair rentals were an awesome bonus. We will definitely look into staying at this condo again when we return. The owner was very friendly from start to finish.
