About this house rental
This large three-story, four bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is located in the upscale private community of Canal Corkran, an easy walk to Rehoboth Avenue and all in-town shopping, dining and entertainment. The beach and Boardwalk are a short bike ride away (approx. 1.4 mile). Note we are located East of Route 1, so no traffic to worry about. Canal Corkran is a quiet, well-maintained, park-like community. We are located near plenty of biking trails and neighborhood paths, which are perfect for a stroll. The community pool is right around the corner. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, while having the conveniences of downtown Rehoboth. First Floor Large living room with doors leading out to the patio. Fully-equipped kitchen with counter dining space. Half-bath/powder room Separate dining room adjacent to the kitchen. Gas grill and outdoor seating available on the patio. Second Floor Bedroom #1 - Main Suite with one king bed and full bathroom with TV. Walk out to deck with view of pond. Walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 – One queen bed and closet. Bedroom #3 – One queen bed with TV and closet. Full Bathroom in hallway. Third Floor Bedroom #4 – Main Suite with one King bed and 2 twin beds with TV. Full bathroom and 2 large closets. PLEASE NOTE: the 3rd floor can get very warm during the summer because of the AC unit not being able to cool the 3rd floor completely. This is a flaw in the building design. There is a ceiling fan and 2 standing fans on the third floor. We recommend that you turn the AC down to 68 degrees to keep the 3rd floor at a reasonable temperature. It will be very cold on the 1st and 2nd floor, but that is the only way to keep the third floor somewhat cool. We also recommend that you leave the blinds on the third floor closed at all times and do not open the windows, and leave on the ceiling fan to circulate the air. Please do not place furniture over the floor registers - that will block the cool air flow. We are aware of this issue and there is nothing that can be done about it. We are not allowed to have an additional unit installed per HOA guidelines, and the unit we have was installed in 2022 and is serviced 2 times per year with regular filter changes. Please understand we have done our best to rectify the situation. There are no refunds or discounts on the rental property related to this issue. Additional Features: - Seating on the patio and second floor deck. - Deck off the second floor master suite. - Tile flooring in main living areas and baths, carpeting in the bedrooms. - Four HDTVs with cable (living room and three bedrooms). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Central air conditioning and heat throughout the home. - Assigned parking at the front door for two cars. - Additional parking lot down the street for extra cars. - Community Pool access for the season. - Full-size washer and dryer conveniently located off the second floor hallway. Rental Details: - Rents Saturday-to-Saturday in-season; weekend rentals may be available off season. - $500.00 refundable security deposit. - Pets considered, please inquire. Pet fee: $250.00. - Cleaning Fee: $180.00 per rental. - Bed and bath linens NOT provided, but available from local linen service for a fee. Property was neat, well-stocked with beach gear. Very close to Rehobeth beach boardwalk (1 mile walk). The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Brough a new gas tank for the grill over and answered all our questions. Gray family time!

This property was better than we expected! We were extremely happy as soon as we walked in. We are a family of seven and we had plenty of room. The first floor is very spacious with a kitchen that is fully equipped with anything that you could ever need. The outside patio was great for morning coffee or evening dinner. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable!! Condo is in a great location, close to the beach and shops and a brewery around the corner. My family gives this rental five stars!!

The home is in a lovely neighborhood/development. There was plenty of space, the bedrooms were spacious and clean. There are 2 parking spots right in front, and the rest of our group had no trouble finding additional guest spots nearby. All 7 of us really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property is top notch. The home and community were even prettier than the pictures. The location is excellent, for access to the beach and Rehoboth main street activities. The pool was wonderful.

Everything included
It was a fantastic rental. Large, spacious and clean, it offered everything you would need for a quick weekend, which is what we had. There wasn't one thing that we said, "oh, I wish I had that." Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. The one thing that would make it slightly easier/better is if the rental had it's own linens agreement included in the rental so you didn't have to arrange your own with an outside company. The location and surroundings were great, you could get back on the main state route in seconds and down by the beach and the main strip within a couple minutes.

Roomy place in a great community
We had a great week here! So much room in the house for our family with more TVs and bathrooms than we even needed. Loved the kitchen/family great room and the back porch looking right onto a pond. Super short drive to the beach and loved coming back to spend the afternoon in the pool just steps away from the house. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect vacation
We loved this property. It was spacious, clean, well-kept and well supplied with amenities. Michael with the management company was welcoming and helpful. The pool was very clean and a great spot to spend your day. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience and would love to return.

This property has some unique plusses for those of us who are Rehoboth regulars-- it is quiet, it has a first floor patio good for animals, and there is privacy and quiet built into the design-- rooms are spread out and there are many baths. It is super well stocked and had everything someone would need for cooking or entertaining. Beds are comfortable and baths are new and large. Just a great place for a family or couples to enjoy the lifestyle in Rehoboth!

Of course we went to the Farmer's Market for fresh produce. We also enjoyed walking the lovely, quiet neighborhood with mature trees and beautiful landscaping.

My only complaint was that in the master bedroom on the 3rd floor, it does not have a bath tub like described. And with a couple of kids and older adults one bathtub wasn’t enough for us. Also would recommend having a pull out couch, I had to bring an air mattress for my daughter to sleep on in living room. Other than that the stay was perfect! The condo was fully stacked with items that I didn’t need to worry about bringing. Also, Michael was easy to get a hold of with all my questions while there. Would love to stay again!!

I just stayed here with 10 people. There was plenty of room and the condo was decorated gorgeously. Our family had a great stay at 12 Hannah Loop. The property manager Mike was super responsive which was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay in this townhouse again.

An alright place to stay
The home was alright. When we checked in, despite it being during a pandemic and having been told there would be extra cleaning between guests, when we wiped down surfaces to be sure of cleanliness, we discovered dust and grime which indicated the home was not thoroughly cleaned after the last set of guests. The grill was dirty despite there being a hidden charge if it is not cleaned upon check out. When we tried to communicate with the property manager about a parking pass that was mentioned in the check in email, despite calling twice and leaving a voice mail, we never heard back (the property owner did finally write an email response 48 hours later once I wrote him on Vrbo indicating the parking pass was not available this year due to the pandemic). There were no recycling facilities available at the property so we had to cart away our recycling back to our homes (perhaps this is a community wide issue but certainly ridiculous in the year 2020). The beds were not all that comfortable and the house overall was fine but nothing to write home about. Overall it was a disappointing experience especially given the price paid for the property (notably during a pandemic).

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property. The beaches were a short drive away. The pics do not do justice to this place. Everything was clean and they had supplies like soap and toilet paper which some places don't have. We enjoyed ourselves in the pool. We will definitely come back.

Great location, great facilities
We had a wonderful stay. The house was super clean and super comfortable and worked really well for us - 4 adults and 3 kids. The property is located in a great community with a nice pool and only a few minutes drive to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked which was comfortable for eating all meals at home as we wanted to avoid restaurants. Will definitely rent again.

Excellent place to stay - I hope my praise doesn't cause it to be rented when we want it next year!
We like the location and especially the pool. Everything was great with one caveat - the top level bedroom is very hot and the AC just doesn't seem to get up there. I know this is characteristic of 3 level townhouses, but our guests who slept up there suffered.
