Grandparents and daughters family stayed here as well as last summer. Great for young children with a trampoline and games. Lots to do in the area. Nice small town charm.

We loved this clean and comfortable house that was an easy walk into Downtown New Buffalo. My husband and 3 kids stayed here at the end of June. There are 3 bedrooms so everyone had space and 2 bathrooms (key for a family of 5). Our little nephew came for a visit and loved the trampoline. We would definitely rent it again.

The property was perfect for us. My grandson really enjoyed the trampoline! The home is minutes from everything such as downtown and the beach. The host is absolutely wonderful. Was very responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

A group of five friends were celebrating a 45th birthday and this family home was perfectly situated for us. A short easy walk to everything, and a comfy living room for us all to sit and chill in the evening. We didn’t use the fire pit but the host had firewood for us if we wanted to, and there was a trampoline for anyone visiting with kids. The host was great and easy to connect with. Overall we had a lovely time, thank you!!

We stayed for a weekend trip to Notre Dame. Communication was great and check in was easy. House was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were great. Kitchen well stocked. Excellent giant TVs in living room and basement with any apps or channels you want. Basement had lots of games and stuff to keep kids happy, but the back yard trampoline was the biggest hit! Would stay here again.

Our family of 4 loved this home for a stay in New Buffalo. Plenty of space for everybody, walking distance to Oink's, and close to beach/restaurants as well. The hosts were reachable and checked in on us midweek which was thoughtful.

The backyard makes this place even more of a delight. Lots of shade and back deck that’s great for meals. You’ll probably want to drive to the beach. Hosts were very prompt & helpful with any questions we had.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood in NB that is close to everything. Nice big yard and deck to relax on. Lots of things in walking distance, if its not blazin hot and you're ambitious. House had most everything you would need and lots of space for up to 6. Great value!

Very quiet neighborhood very close to New Buffalo Downtown. Three bedrooms and two baths made it comfortable for all. Outdoor deck and nice backyard were a great place for coffee in the morning and gathering for conversation any time of day! We enjoyed our long weekend together in this wonderful home in New Buffalo.

This home and property are wonderfully maintained. The location is perfectly distanced from the beach to give you an opportunity to get away from the crowded beach and streets. It’s definitely walkable to town and the beach. We loved the welcoming environment and attention to our needs and inquiries by the gracious owners.

A quiet place a short walk from dining attractions. Back yard and basement are great for kids of all ages. Deck is a great place for breakfast and dinner. Well equipped and central AC keeps place comfortable on hot summer days.

Nicely located right off I-94 right close to downtown New Buffalo Michigan where all the action is. It has three bedrooms one designed for kids, comfortable living spaces throughout the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable two bathrooms one has shower with a great shower head system in it. We did enjoy our stay would definitely recommend if you're staying in the Buffalo area and you want to be close to everything, the only thing is you have to use the public beach because there's no private beach access for this Cottage very quiet neighborhood as well.

We had 6 adults staying for the weekend and there was plenty of room for all of us! The location of the property is excellent. The house also had everything we needed and even things that we didn't know that we needed! Communication was clear and prompt as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a first great trip to New Buffalo. Charlie was an excellent communicator from the get go. I mentioned that we hadn't been to the area and he emailed us ideas and a must do list. Above and beyond. You walk in to the house and feel like they opened their home to you. It has everything you'll need and more. We were sad that our trip was so short, but will plan to return. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Really enjoyed this place. There were 5 of us who stayed, so having 2 full bathrooms was great. We also had some other family members staying at a nearby hotel, and Charlie's place was large enough for them to hang out with us and enjoy some takeout. Would definitely return again.
