L’emplacement L’hôtel est véritablement exceptionnel, avec une plage qui donne sur un lagon, une vue magnifique, notamment de la salle du petit déjeuner.
Les piscines sont d’une grande beauté.
Mais surtout, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et notamment de tout le personnel qui était affecté au bar et a la piscine AQUA
Sie les salaries soient aussi mal payes a Maurice et que les pourboires dans cet hotel ne soient pas versés au personnel ce qui est honteux!

Schönes Design des Hotels. Großzügige Zimmer mit großem Bad und bequemen Bett. Essen und Cocktails lecker.
Zu wenig Personal an der Rezeption. Speiseraum am Abend ziemlich überfüllt. Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen (z. B. Austausch Minibar) erfolgte zuerst gar nicht und dann erst auf zweite Nachfrage spät am Abend.

It's hard to say, we only enjoyed much the big room and it's comfortable bed. We had some good walk at the beach and the surroundings.
Okay. It will be a harsh post. We are newly wedded and coming for a honeymoon. I expected a nice welcome when we arrived but unfortunately no one welcomed us or Greeted us for more than 8 minutes, not until I stopped one staff and gave them my passport. Check in happened smoothly but then we got upgraded to another garden view, but why did we get upgraded there when I wanted to be upgraded to sea view, wouldn't be nicer of the staff asked us before hand. However, a nice cake was there to celebrate our special day and a bottle of champagne to our courtesy. But unfortunately we thought the champagne was alcoholic like other hotels would offer but we got an apple juice bottle somehow, the cake barely managed the day as at night it was surrounded by ants. We went for dinner and the buffet was an OK to be honest, I would rate the breakfast and dinner 4 out of 10 to be frank, this is Anantara we were expecting more of you. At dinner time we wanted to sit me and wife om a bigger table which fits 4 people as we enjoy more the food and the surroundings and the space of us having our plates and drinks surrounding us, unfortunately the clerk told us that it's not allowed to sit on a table of 4 as we are only 2 and the only table for 2 was way in the back and we felt a little humiliated by that treatment, we are customers to the restaurant we wanted to sit on a table of 4 that could fit us, I totally understand that your hotel is quite busy, but then there wasn't that much of people at that moment at the buffet and it was literally empty, and if we calculate the time of us eating it wouldn't take more than 30 to 4t minutes to dine, however we sat on a table of 2. Then came 2 guys out of no were and asked for a table and thus the clerk gave them a table for 4 to sit at as there wasn't any table for 2 anymore...

Best all-inclusive food we've ever eaten (Almond Croissants all day). Rooms were clean, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and even advised us to exchange money in town rather than at the hotel.
Little things - we had no batteries in our TV control. We had to ask multiple times for ice to be brought to our room, which took over an hour to come. Sometimes, it seemed like the staff didn't communicate with each other as we had requested a romantic breakfast at reception and on the morning off the breakfast staff where unaware of our request.

Der Strand und die Lage im Naturschutzgebiet ist sehr schön!
Die Gartenanlage ist toll und sehr gepflegt.
Das Hotel bietet viele Aktivitäten an, die auch größtenteils kostenfrei sind (Schnorcheln, wandern, Sport, Tastings etc.)
Das Housekeeping lässt leider für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie zu wünschen übrig.
Am Anreisetag war das Zimmer ca 2h später bezugsfertig, Handtücher wurden mitgenommen, aber nicht aufgefüllt, teilweise war das Zimmer nachmittags/ abends noch nicht gemacht und erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung kam jemand. Manchmal wurde auch nur das Bett gemacht.
Der Service im Restaurant variiert sehr - es gibt Tage, da wartet man 45min auf den Kaffee, an anderen läuft alles gut.
Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter wirken im Allgemeinen wenig geschult im Umgang mit verschiedenen Situationen und waren meistens auch dünn besetzt.
Die a-la-carte Restaurants haben uns auch nicht so ganz überzeugt. Die Qualität des Essens + Service war okay, aber auch nicht auf dem Niveau wie man es bei einem Anantara erwartet.
Alles in allem und im
Vergleich zu den anderen Anantara- Häusern leider etwas enttäuschend.

It was a pleasure to be in Antara IKO Mauritius. The kitchen was very good and friendly.
The room was too cold. We complaint the Airconditioning was very cold adjusted. We opened the window and put off this cold AC. Put on the Ventilator.
But the room was so cold, that the floor and walls was already completely wet, when we arrived. Though we had to try it. The Staff did not offer a new room. This is what we complain. The Staff should moor respect what customers say.

Территория шикарная. Целый заповедник, особо не трогали видимо природу, встроились в нее. Невероятный океан с волнами, при этом плавать классно в них (но не для маленьких детей). Моей дочке 10 лет - ей было отлично. Вода чистейшая и днем бирюзового цвета
Зона бассейна шикарная. Виды ооооочень красивые. Все время был ветер, поэтому не жарко в отличие от других частей острова
Персонал. Какие то недовольные. Не все, но общее впечатление такое.
Я жила а первом этаже, надо мной все время шумела толи труба, толи канализация так и не поняли что это было. Номера чистые, но больше декорированы как бизнес отель. Строгие. Сделала заказ вечером еды в номер. Спросила долго ждать? Ответили 45 минут. Два салата. Сказала не надо. Пообещали что сделают за 15, но принесли через 50. Мы уже выключили свет и легли спать, когда принесли заказ. В общем дорого, но без души. Такое осталось впечатление

Emplacement à côté de l'aéroport, l'agencement de la chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, la variété des plats du restaurant l'Horizon, le kids club mais à partir de 3 ans
Le personnel à la réception n'est pas compétent et était laxiste face à notre demande booking non prise en compte pour avoir une chambre avec 2 lits queen size et un lit bébé (pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Malgré des échanges 3 mois à l'avance et quelques jours avant l'arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 14h et la chambre n'était pas disponible. Puis mis dans une chambre avec un lit king size et un lit bébé à 15h. Il a fallu solliciter plusieurs personnes à la réception dont un manager et montrer les échanges booking pour finalement avoir la chambre demandée à 19h. Cela grâce à l'intervention d'un manager nous voyant nous plaindre à la réception. Également Chris à la réception a fait un excès de zèle au moment où je devais payer une nuit supplémentaire à cause de l'annulation de notre vol. Il nous a prit pour d'autre client et son attitude n’était pas professionnelle. Il ne s'est même pas excusé et s'est disputé avec une stagiaire. Un grand merci à la stagiaire qui a su être professionnelle.
Le ménage n'était pas bien fait. Les tables des chambres étaient nettoyées juste avec un passage de main. Le balcon n'a jamais été nettoyé pendant notre séjour. Une fuite dans les toilettes n'a jamais été réparée malgré les odeurs d'urine. Pourtant un manager venait vérifier le travail de la femme de ménage.
La réponse aux services en chambre est très longue.
Il a fallu appeler 2 à 3 fois pour avoir un fer à repasser en chambre et un parapluie supplémentaire.
Les activités nautiques : 2 pédalos disponibles dont 1 cassé et matériels pas entretenus. Activités ouvertes jusqu'à 16h

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le lieu. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bon. La chambre était très bien entretenus. Le repas du soir, plus précisément ce plateau de fruits de mer que nous avons beaucoup apprécié était excellent. L'orientation des restaurants face à la mer, favorise l'arrivée d'une brise agréable. Par des périodes de fortes chaleurs partout sur l'île, cet hôtel apporte repos et nous respirons enfin...un bien fou.
Le manque de professionnalisme mais beaucoup plus l'inexperience du personnel qui semble encore être en train d'apprendre le métier. (Bar, réception, restauration)
Pour un cinq étoiles, d'avoir du personnel au sein de la réception qui ne parle pas un français correct, sachant que cette fonction reflète l'image de l'établissement, plus précisément le premier contacte qu'a la clientèle en arrivant est un peu à revoir.
Absence de l'alcool de menthe à la carte du bar, alors que ce digestif reste des plus basiques. Le personnel masculin manque de gentillesse, de sourire au sein du bar.

A part nagyon szép volt.
A szoba dohos, kellemetlen szagú volt. Nem kaptunk mindennap megfelelő takarítás. A pipere cuccok hiányosak voltak, továbbá nem volt szappan. Vizet sem kaptunk csak első 2 nap, utána elmaradt.

Tout ce que je vais lister ici à déjà été transmis au manager . Aucun retour de sa part à ce sujet , aucune attention pour se rattraper …. J’attendais avant de mettre tous ces aspects négatifs sur Booking, mais vu que je n’ai eu aucun retour de l’hôtel alors je suppose qu’ils n’ont pas l’intention de changer .

depuis le premier jour, a été malmené par une équipe réception et ménage plus qu’incompétente. Du jamais vu , ni dans un 3 étoiles , ni dans un 5 étoiles . Mais à ce niveau d’incompétence cela devient intolérable . Inacceptable d’avoir du moisi dans la salle de bain, de la crasse des occupants précédents dans la baignoire , une bouilloire pleine de bactéries ou des draps non changés pendants 10 j… un ménage approximatif lorsqu’il est fait … un peu de détail ci-dessous :
- La Navette aéroport qui avait été programmée n’était pas là à notre arrivée . Nous avons du appeler l’hôtel ( ils ne comprenait rien à l’accueil et nous demandait notre numéro de chambre !!!!) et avons attendu qu’une navette soit commandée .
- Personnel d’accueil à l’arrivée à l’hôtel ne se déplace pas pour vous accueillir. Même le chauffeur de taxi était surpris de ne voir personne . Nous ne savions pas où aller avec nos valises . La jeune fille était trop occupée à papoter apparemment.
-Pas de sèche cheveux ni de peignoir dans notre chambre . Il a fallu les demander .
-Premier soir, je souhaitais me faire une tisane . La bouilloire sentait le poisson pourrit et en l’ouvrant je découvre une véritable culture de bactéries épaisses d’un centimètre au fond !!!! Elle était dégoûtante . Le service de chambre s’en est platement excusé après avoir failli vomir en sentant le fond de la bouilloire, puis nous l’a échangée .
- Des bruits incessants les deux premières nuits nous on empêché de dormir . Nous nous levions épuisés . Malgré ma demande à l’accueil mainte fois , et une promesse de s’en occuper de leur part , personne n’est intervenu. On nous a laissé « pas dormir » en ne faisant rien .

Frühstück war außergewöhnlich (mit Bezug zu div. asiatischen Küchen (auch warm)) - Abendessen (in div. Retaurants ebenso - der Somellier gab sich sehr viel Mühe - das Personal insgesamt dem 5*-Standard mehr als angemessen und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Außenanlage wunderschön und gepflegt - Zugang zum super sauberen Strand (mit Hotel eigenen Liegen) sehr gut - eine wunderschön gelegene unglaublich gepflegte Anlage, die jeden Stress in der Lage ist, abzubauen - nicht zu groß, gut ausgestattet, von überall her (auch aus unserem Appartment) Meerblick, eine tolle Atmosphäre - (Fotos: Strand, Außenbereich mit Pool, Garten, Arbeitsplatz am Morgen, Innenbereich Empfang bei Nacht)

Höchstens die Tatsache, dass es in Mauritius liegt und man im Dezember in Shorts herumlaufen kann - ansosten: ABSOLUTER REINFALL!!! SUPER MIESERABLES PREIS-LEISTUNGSVERHÄLTNIS!!!!
Lassen Sie sich nicht von den guten Bewertungen täuschen, über das Hotel gibt es so gut wie nichts positives zu berichten. Ohne Übertreibung, eines der schlechtesten Erlebnisse in unserem Leben, da war es sogar in Sydney im Jahre 2007 besser als ich als knapp 20-Jähriger in einer 15$ Absteige im Rotlichtviertel war wo die Federn aus der Bettwanzen verseuchten Matratze rausgestanden sind, da wusste man wenigstens was man fürs Geld bekommt. Hier wird man einfach nur vera*$%scht!! Wir fühlen uns so krass über den Tisch gezogen, ich finde keine Worte…
Wo soll ich anfangen, vielleicht schon bei der Ankunft, da mussten wir nämlich nach 3x anrufen an der Reception fast eine Stunde darauf warten, dass unsere Koffer im Zimmer ankamen, der Bellboy hatte die wohl vergessen. Im Weiteren:
- überall streunende Hunde, wenn man Personal darauf anspricht behaupten sie es gäbe gar keine Hunde. Zum Glück hatten wir das Zimmer nicht im Erdgeschoss.
- Personal insgesamt sehr unaufmerksam, Abfall wird nicht weggeräumt, Sachen beim Frühstück nicht aufgefüllt (Frühstücksbuffet im Allgemeinen mangelhaft, sowohl was Auswahl als auch Qualität betreffend).
- Holzboden in der Poolanlage in sehr schlechtem Zustand mit klaffenden Löchern bei denen man Gefahr läuft sich grob zu verletzen (sprich Spriessen in die Füsse zu rammen).
- Zimmerservice eine absolute Katastrophe!! Die ganze Woche wurden weder die Toilette noch der Fussboden gereinigt!! Einrichtung im Zimmer auch voller Flecken. Schrank absolut unbrauchbar da Fächer in 2m Höhe sind!
- Leistungen verrechntet welche nicht in Anspruch genommen wurden, z.B. hatten wir im Vorfeld ein „romantisches Dinner“ am Strand gebucht, dabei wurde uns erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erklärt es sei eigentlich gar kein Dinner sondern nur paar Snacks (Details konnten keine genannt werden), woraufhin wir den Event am Mittag gleichentags storniert haben. Auf der Rechnung tauchte es dann aber natürlich wieder auf, erst nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken wurde es entfernt - eine absolute Frechheit!!
Ich könnte noch mehrere Seiten füllen, aber ich denke ihr habt verstanden worum es hier geht. Wir sind alles andere als verwöhnte Schnösel sondern wollten nur einen schönen Urlaub in einem 5 Sterne Resort geniessen, stattdessen bekamen wir 6 Nächte des Grauens! Zum Glück haben wir danach das Hotel gewechselt und sind in ein gutes Hotel (Lux* Grand Gaube) gegangen, so haben wir uns immerhin den restlichen Urlaub noch retten können.

L’emplacement est chouette. Proche de l’aéroport pratique pour une nuit avant le vol de retour.
L’eau de la piscine était très sale, les douches hors service. Le prix des plats au restaurants sont très élevés. La chambre en contre bas très sombre, et beaucoup de moustiques. Couette en duvet trop chaude pour le pays.

De todo o grupo Anantara, este hotel é dos piores. Claramente tem muito pouca qualidade. Escolhi este hotel porque já fiquei em vários Anantara em todo o mundo, sempre com excelente qualidade, e este não se coaduna com a marca.
Variedade de comida ao pequeno almoço e jantar muito fraca. Não existe torradeira ou local para aquecer o pão ao pequeno almoço.
Água da piscina turva, com má limpeza…
Água do banho nos quartos sempre morna e numca quente…
Empregados simpáticos mas muito pouco eficientes.
Inexistência de chapéus de sol na praia…
Em suma, uma desilusão. Não recomendo, sobretudo pelo preço que se paga

Nähe zum Flughafen.
Wir waren nach unserer Mauritius Reise die letzte Nacht in diesem hotel aufgrund der nähe zum Flughafen.
Das essen beim Buffet am Abend war kalt und es wurde so gut wie nichts mehr nachgefüllt (21:15) was bei dem preis von 5000 wirklich eine Frechheit ist auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt ein Manager würde sich bei uns melden was natürlich nicht pasiert ist sehr schwach.
In unserem Zimmer machte der Kühlschrank die ganze Nacht so laute Geräusche das man so gut wie garnicht schlafen konnte.
Als Fazit kann man sagen bei weiten das schlechteste Hotel in dem wir waren auf mauritius zum glück waren wir nur 1 nacht vor Ort.

החדר נחמד, החדרניות מקסימות , קרוב לשדה
מרוחק מהכל, אין אופציות לאוכל חוץ מהמלון והאוכל במלון יקר!!!! בנוסף, הצוות בקבלה לא עובד מסודר בכלל ולא מקצועי בכלל!! קיבלנו את החדר באיחור של שעה ורבע ואף אחד לא פיצה אותנו למרות שהתלוננו וחיכינו . הטלוויזיה בחדר לא עבדה ורק בפעם השלישית שהתלוננו הגיעו אלינו ושוב לא נתנו שום פיצוי . היינו בריזורט אחר לפני והחוף של המלון ממש מכוער ! באמת לא שווה ולא ממליצה לאף ישראלי ללכת למלון הזה תקשיבו לי ! אם הייתה אופציה לעזוב את המלון ולקבל החזר זה מה שהיה קורה כי השירות שם פח !

Absolutely the best resort i’ve stayed in during my trip to Mauritius
Staff are very friendly and they serve whatever needed within minutes, special thanks to our Villa host; Mr. Prashant who was cooperative in supplying out needs and arranging our daily activities and meals.

We loved that it was close to the airport. Our early start meant we would miss breakfast, but they packed up some croissants and fruit for us, and we collected it in the lobby as we left. The staff in the bar were friendly and chatty. We were only here for a night, but the hotel setting is amazing, water flowing everywhere, a beautiful sea view, and a big infinity pool.
We paid Rs 960 for a transfer to the airport which is about 5 mins away, seems a lot. But I've since read that they do complimentary airport shuttles, I'm not sure if it's because we were leaving early but we were not made aware of this.
We also only paid for breakfast when we booked our meal so we're shocked at how expensive the food was in the Horizon restaurant. I could not find any information about the cost of the buffet but thought surely it would be cheaper than the other Indian restaurant. We were definitely wrong we paid about Rs 6500 for one meal of a few bowls of rice, dhal and small cakes. Were not huge eaters so did not feel the need for multiple trips to the buffet or to overload our plates but paying £96+ for one meal was more expensive that we paid for any other meal throughout our week in Mauritius.
