We invite you to come relax and play in all that peaceful Northern Lake George has to offer. Enjoy breathtaking Adirondack views and sunsets among all the modern amenities to make lake house living easy, comfortable and fun! Upon entering, you will find a bright and modern main floor that offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for gourmet cooking. The living room and dining room have an airy, cottage feel and are surrounded by sliding glass doors with gorgeous views. These rooms have been newly furnished. You will also find a beautiful stone fireplace and large flat screen t.v. for your enjoyment. All the sliding doors will lead you to a wrap around deck, complete with an outside dining area and gas grill. The main floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer, full bath and a bedroom with bunk beds. Cable tv, internet access, and land line are provided. The master suite is the entire third level, complete with a King bed, pull out sofa, sitting area, full bath and its own private balcony over looking the lake and its magnificent views. This is a wonderful place to star gaze in the evening and to bring a cup of coffee and relax in the morning. Amazing sightings of wildlife have occurred. Keep your eyes open for bald eagles and loons! On our bottom level, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and half bath. It has its own sliding glass door and patio with seating, and is only 25 feet to the shore and dock. Star gazing and wildlife watching are recommended here too! A fire pit is at the water's edge. Firewood is provided, but you will need to bring your own marshmallows! The private dock can accommodate up to a 25 foot boat. Lake George is known to be of the most pristine lakes. The water is stunningly clear and incredibly refreshing. Swimming off the dock and water trampoline are favorite activities, as is fishing, snorkeling, and boating. Two kayaks and a canoe are available for use. Kayaking to the Ticonderoga Municipal Town Beach and playground is recommended, it is just a short distance up the shore. If you have your own boat, heading down to the narrows and the many islands of Lake George should not be missed! You can purchase a day pass to picnic on the islands as well. The scenery is stunning. Exploring beyond Lake George comes with rewards! You can easily venture to numerous hiking trails, ranging from easy family hikes to summiting one of the nearby Adirondack Mountains. Easy day trips include Fort Ticonderoga, the beautiful Champlain Valley, Crown Point, Burlington VT and Lake Placid and more! Weekly rental check in/check out is Saturday to Saturday.

House was great couldn’t fully enjoy outdoor ie decks because it literally poured all of Saturday into Sunday AM. Views were outstanding even in the rain

My mother, a family friend and I stayed here for our annual girls weekend and fell completely in love with it. It’s super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with every tool or pan you might need. We saw incredible sunsets and I got my mother out on a kayak for her first time at age 70. It’s a special place owned by very kind hosts. We hope to come back again!

Our family had a wonderful week enjoying the comfortable, clean cottage! We ate all our meals on the deck and had an easy time cooking in the kitchen that had every amenity. The water was crystal clear and the view was spectacular. We had fun with the kayaks which were easy to put in the water.
We explored Ticonderoga, Crown Point and Vermont. A great location to learn about history. Highly recommend this cottage!

If I had my own lake house it would be just like this one! Our usual cabin wasn’t available so we booked WatersEdge, thinking it was a “just once” situation! Within days we realized we had found our new Lake George vacation home! The home had all the amenities we could imagine- even a salad spinner (which I typically pack)! Who knew I didn’t need to bring my own hand soap and marshmallow sticks! Oh, and a hair diffuser for this curly girl?! You really thought of everything!
The home and outdoor areas were so spotless, I felt bad when the bugs piled up by the doors and dock overnight!
We also appreciated washer/dryer and dishwasher- more time for us to enjoy being together!
Paul met us upon arrival and showed us around. He even checked in with us the next day to ensure our comfort! In my opinion, Paul and Debra are perfect hosts!
My family is hopeful to return to WatersEdge in the future!

We had an amazing time enjoying this beautiful cabin on Lake George. Just came for a long weekend getaway with our friends and our teenagers and enjoyed all the peace, quiet, and of course the fantastic view of the lake. This was our first time ever renting through Vrbo so we were a little nervous, but the owners were so very helpful which put our worries at ease. Definitely give the Watersedge five stars and hope to come back next year.

We checked in late in the night, so did not realize the surrounding view of the cottage. We woke up to breath taking view of the lake from the bed room window. Amazing views, very well kept inside, friendly and caring owners who checked before and after checkin/checkout if everything was ok. Thank you Paul and Debra for sharing your treasure with us, it made our family vacation even more exciting.

Paul & Debra were great hosts and have a very well kept house. They thought of everything a guest could need and were very accommodating of our group not being able to show up all at once. While we weren't able to enjoy the water because of the time of year we stayed, this would make an excellent place for anyone wanting to enjoy Lake George and the surrounding area.

If your looking for the quite part of the lake this was perfect. The place is well kept the scenery from the porches was great and the boat dock was perfect. If they would have me I would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday weekend in this beautiful and charming Lakefront home. We are a family of five with a 15-year-old and 12-year-old twins and this weekend getaway was just what the doctor ordered! The home was Immaculate and beautifully decorated and the property on the lake was even more spectacular! Everything we could have wanted was there and more. We are so appreciative of Paul and Debra for their hospitality and correspondences with us. From the moment we got on the road, they checked in to wish us a safe trip and to let us know when we got there. They gave us suggestions for restaurants, things to do and asked if there was anything else we needed to make our stay more comfortable. They even extended our check out time which we appreciated so very much. The kids will not stop talking about how much fun they had and we all hope to go back in warmer weather to really enjoy swimming and water sports in the lake. It is really a slice of heaven. We thank you for sharing this very special home with us. We made memories that will last a lifetime!

Dream Lakefront Property
We had 5 adults staying at the property, The living space was perfect -- adequate seating and a table for puzzles! The separate dining area was great for dinner and late-night card playing, whereas the outdoor table on the middle deck was enjoyable for morning coffee and sunsets. We agreed that the waterfront was the best! The lake was so clean and the walk-in area was rock free..The hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We really just got caught up in the relaxation and calm of it all. We would definitely return

The interior of the house was nice and clean, and the hosts had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented a boat from snug harbor which is very close by, and we were able to dock it right at the house which was great. The interior of the house was nice and clean, and the hosts had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has an overall good location and views. It's rustic but comfortable, however be aware that the main bedroom has no privacy from the main part of the house (it's an open plan). It's a bit far from restaurants (both by car and by boat), but the Wind Chill Factory is always a good option, and Walmart is near by if you want to cook at the cabin. The inside of the house was clean, but the outside areas (decks, patios, dock) could have used a sweeping and de-cobwebbing (they may have just accumulated over the season).

I wish I could give this a 10 star rating. Everything was amazing, even the neighbors! We had a fantastic trip and I hope we can return next summer! Debra and Paul were so helpful and and we were able to stay later then expected and I was so shocked and grateful for that. Lake George is gorgeous and the amenities that were provided were just perfect, from the kayaks, life jackets, canoe, floats and water trampoline! This was one vacation we will never forget, thanks for the memories, I hope to return soon!

A Must!!!!
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were attentive and replied expeditiously. The home was immaculate and the views were breathtaking. We also enjoyed that they even thought about having board games for their guests which came in handy on a rainy day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Enjoyed every moment. Can't wait to go back.

This lake house was just what we were looking for. It has a great view of the lake and we were able to see some really wonderful fall foliage. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed using the fireplace. Would definitely return for another stay.

Exceeded Expectations!
My husband, in-laws and I had a wonderful stay at Paul and Debra's property this past week. The place and the views are every more spectacular than pictured. Lots of great outdoor space on every floor and in front of the house. We enjoyed renting a boat, golfing, mini golf, a couple of trips to Wind Chill and lots of swimming!
