This lake property is so beautiful and extremely roomy. It has so much to offer a large family and has two kitchens which came in very handy! My family enjoyed the two level boat dock and the large fire pit. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating, To sum it up in one sentence: All of the details were perfect and we made wonderful memories!

Beautiful well equipped house for a bunch of 70 year old former girl scouts. Stairs are a bit daunting for our age group, especially the main bedroom.

We had a great stay at Badin Lake. Located in a private cove we enjoyed a boat rental on the nice dock and floating in the water. The house was nicely laid out and the game basement was a huge hit. Plenty of cooking accessories and all we needed for a great weekend at the lake! Loved the Blackstone to grill on. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The location of this house on Badin Lake is perfect, tucked away in a cove where water is deep enough to swim, but you don't have to worry about a lot of boat traffic. Beatiful setting and nice hardscaping with fire pit. The boat house with upper living area was an added area to gather and hang out. Inside the home, the Living space and Kitchen easily handled our family group with plenty of room to eat together while also gathering to sit together to play games or just talk. The basement area is full of games - pool table, foosball, and a ping-pong/air hockey table. This was a favorite spot for the kids!
Tabitha and cleaning service were very responsive to our needs.

This home is exceptional. Best home I've ever stayed in. Highest Quality on Badin Lake. Kitchen is exceptional for entertaining. TWO sets of Washer & Dryers (on different floors) make for extreme convenience.

It was a nice place, missing some extra cleaning supplies.

Needs a new hairdryer as the only one there broke, also had no soap for showers and had to purchase garbage bags and dishwasher soap.
Also you have to drive your trash off site which is closed on Tuesday and Thursday and opens AFTER checkout on sundays.
Otherwise lots of room, ample kitchen space. Would have been nice to have more flotations for the lake.

Lots of light bulbs were burned out, missing a remote for TV, grills were old & dirty, and there was just1 old lounge chair for the upper deck so only 1 out of 6 adults could lay out at a time. They need to invest a little into making it a better quality vacation rental than it may be worth the money it rents for.

Downstairs was great with all the fun things to do.
The house was clean when walking in but all the kitchen drawers needed to be cleaned.
The kitchen had everything we needed but definitely needs new pans!
Despite those few things, I would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was big enough for our family and the dock gave the kids something to do during their down time! We had everything we needed!

This is a wonderful spacious lake house with plenty of privacy. We traveled as a group of 10 friends and this house had anything we could have wanted. We rented a pontoon for the entirety of the trip which was great. The house was clean and beautiful! Definitely see us coming back!

This beautiful lakehouse is just what we were looking for. We were vacationing with another family so the set up of the house was perfect with rooms on separate floors so we could spread out. The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and playing ping pong ball and Foosball. The parents enjoyed sitting on the beautiful porches and taking in the views. Cooking meals was easy in the large and well equipped kitchen. We will be back!

Peaceful
We stayed in this lovely home over the Thanksgiving weekend. It is situated on a quiet cove. While the dock is older it provided all that was needed to fish, even in the rain.
We prepared a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and we were impressed with how well “stocked” the kitchen was.
The Nautical decor throughout the home is well done. Plenty of room for everyone, inside and out.
We are not particularly tall people and getting into the bed in the master suite was a challenge! It is quite tall. The bed itself was quite comfortable.
All and all we enjoyed our peaceful time at this home.

Beautiful & Quite
Had a great time ! It was absolutely very beautiful and quite!! Very easy commute for us and getting in the house. There was aunts all over kitchen sink when first arrived and The 3 porches had stuff on the chairs and tables like from the trees and pollen I wish there was a water hose would have made easier to clean. But obviously you cant help mother nature. Over all tho very clean inside property. I enjoyed the fire place for the 10 mins that it worked it cut off and we figured it must have been out of gas . The pictures did justice for the house, except the master bath they must have just remodeled it. It was not a bath tub it's a shower which was very beautiful but does leak water into the whole bathroom floor when u shower from under the glass doors so had to use a towel every time when showered. Just a few things that could easily been better but would definitely return ! Thanks for opening up your lake house for us to rent and highly enjoyed !

Disappointing and unkempt
The air conditioning never worked for the duration of our stay, which made our times there uncomfortably warm, and finally an hour and a half before we were to check out, when we were packing up, someone was at the door to fix it. The master bedroom had a dated bathroom with no door and no shower, which made it very awkward to use. The second full bedroom had a smelly carpet, the good decor on the walls did not make up for the fact the door in the bedroom was painted on one side and the other side was peeling and unpainted.
The kitchen was very spacious but the counter top was peeling at one end and kept catching on our clothes as we passed by. The oven didn’t work well. Lots of junk in the drawers in the kitchen along with a hodgepodge of pots and pans.
The second bathroom was tiny and passable and with no exhaust so you had to open a window to ventilate after a shower. The third bathroom and games room were in a partially unfinished basement. Overall grossly overpriced, perhaps the major selling point is the proximity to water. The homes around were rather tacky too.

Our stay
We were disappointed that we didn’t know the lake was being drained. We weren’t able to use the dock for our boat as we could see the water levels were getting lower and were afraid the boat would get stuck. The dock was one of the major appeals for us in choosing this house. We used the community launch and another one close to the house.
