Situated in Music Row, this attractive condo for R 3,500 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Recently-renovated, one bedroom condo close to downtown (Broadway), within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Decorated with country music memorabilia, all new furnishings as of June 2017. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress.Very well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet. Large shower. Washer/dryer. Pack and Play for little ones. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens provided. The short term rental permit is: T2020033729. We are located on the fourth floor of the historic Spence Manor building, which was originally built as a five-star hotel for Elvis to stay when he recorded at the historic RCA Studio B. Other notables who stayed at Spence Manor include The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and many more. The building has been converted into individually-owned condos. The location is very convenient to downtown, where country music reigns, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and The Gulch. Broadway and its many honky-tonks, is located about a mile away, a $5-6 Uber ride, usually. Many record labels and publishing companies are located within the block. We have been in the short-term rental business since the 1990's and pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort that our rentals provide for our guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our seven-night stay. We usually stay on Broadway but, given the duration of this trip plus the fact we'd been in Florida for the previous week, we wanted to be able to cook and do laundry. Carlos' condo was sparkling clean and so comfortable--we may never stay downtown again! Despite being in an apartment building, this unit is incredibly quiet. The few people we saw in the hallway and elevator during the week were very friendly. Carlos checked in with us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and was very responsive. We look forward to staying again next time we're in town.

The property was nice. Everything was nice. The only issue was the check out time was too early and we could not get it extended. The check in time was flexible and we did check in a little early. Overal the property was nice and worked out well for us.

Property was perfect location. Walk to downtown/broadway and the Gulch was quick less than 20mins and a straight shot. Scooters were available all over to take a quick ride to get where you needed to go as well. We enjoyed the quietness yet walkability to local bars and restaurants around Music Row. The apt was nice and perfect for what we needed. Only thing was we did not like the toilet was in a separate room than the rest of the bathroom. Would recommend as a perfect place to stay and location is a plus.

This unit is obviously well maintained, and is perfect for 2-4 people. The common areas of the complex could be better maintained/cleaned but im sure that's up to someone else who may not care as much as the condo owners do!

Great location, walking distance to all the bars, shopping, and music venue's. We walked to and from (late night) a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The condo is quiet for a good nights sleep in a busy town!!

We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. The condo was a short distance from Broadway in a lovely quiet neighborhood whilst still being very close to bars/ places to eat. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Every aspect of our stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again when we return to Nashville.

The property was as advertised and in a central location. Short Uber Trips. Only downfall is parking which owners have no control over. Hence UBER.

The location was perfect! Very close to Live Oak which was where a band we knew from home was playing! Scooters available close by to get further, but easy walk to Broadway too. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

First time using vrbo and had a great time in Nashville. Location is not at a busy part of Nashville and it was easy access to major things to do downtown. Place was great and got a good night sleep on the bed. Kitchen was great to make meals. Would recommend using Carlos and he communicated fast with me throughout my experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Nice sleeping arrangements with a king size bed and a super comfy pull out sofa bed. We walked to Broadway and several restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. We love Nashville and would highly recommend this condo. So much to see but so little time in our 3 night stay.

I can’t say thank you enough for how happy we were to stay at Carlos and Cheryl’s place. Condo was beautiful right in the perfect spot. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the business of downtown. The scooters made it so easy to get anywhere. We will definitely be back and will go to the same condo if invited back. Best experience was the communication. Carlos responded as if he was waiting to hear from you:) Least best experience was having to use the service elevator. Felt rough and a bit unclean. Was disappointed that the extra pillows in ottoman were unusable because there were no pillowcases to put on them. Coverlets and shams were not washed. I realize this is common practice unfortunately, but people realistically use these items and they should be washed. Shams were noticeably not washed. All in all however, I definitely still consider this stay a good experience and thank you!

Our first trip to Nashville was exciting! The condo was very close to everything. We enjoyed Broadway but especially enjoyed the bars that were within walking distance. Great bands everywhere. The condo was very nicely furnished and comfortable. Carlos was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly on the rental process and if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend his condo to anyone taking a trip to Nashville!
