This 2nd floor unit (unit #2) of a 2 family house is beautifully renovated and is now available. *** Tastefully Designed *** Our decorated beach apartment will make you feel relaxed after a long day of outdoor fun. *** Beach Badges *** Don’t waste time to waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges are included for your convenience and enjoyment. *** The space No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen. *** Added Entertainment Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports & Showtime) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix account. *** Outdoor Space Outdoor Space is shared (Ground Floor). Picnic tables, outdoor shower and Grills. Please clean after yourself after using the outdoor space and grill. *** Build with comfort in mind Newly installed central air conditioning and heating system with nest thermostat *** Build with Security and convenience in mind Front door security camera and electronic key-less lock for easy access. *** Guest Access You will have full access to the entire apartment with two assigned parking spaces (back to back parking). Street parking and paid parking lot are also available nearby. The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting. Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor bench and barbecue grills to enjoy with your friends and family. This space is shared with guests from 3 other units. *** Other things to note: If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info. All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes. Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund. We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use. Please follow our house rule so all guests can enjoy their vacation. From the moment we inquired about the property to after we checked out the host was friendly and responsive! Answered all of our questions right away! The property is clean, spacious and perfectly decorated with all the amenities we needed, and then some, and in a perfect location! Parking is provided too! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We came to this property for a short girls weekend and we had the best time. It was on the boardwalk so the location was great. The hosts communicated with us and were very timely with their responses. They accommodated us by allowing to park the car and giving us our beach passes earlier than check in so we could get our weekend started. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come here again.

We stayed at the beach block 2nd floor booking and it was absolutely perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Steps to the boardwalk and beach. This is not a party house. Everything was very clean, in place and the hosts are wonderful and very friendly. Stop looking and book this property.

Me and my friends loved our stay here! It was right next to the boardwalk, so we didnt have to drive anywhere during our stay! The property was clean and updated, with everything in working condition. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! We all agreed we will be coming back in the near future!

Took my 16 year old daughter and 3 friends to spend the weekend in Seaside and this rental was perfect. Very clean and spacious for all of us. Parking on the property and nice outdoor space for grilling and hanging out.
Location is perfect since its literally steps from the boardwalk and beach but not in the busiest part of this fun city. Definitely recommend for a family to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. We will be back!

Fantastic little gem just steps from the Boardwalk on the Jersey Shore! We stayed with 5 adults and we never felt crowed. Could not have asked for a better place! We are already planning to return next year!

Great for teens!
We loved our stay! Great place, plenty of room for 4-6 people. Teens loved the location next to the beach and boardwalk. The place was really cute, nicely decorated. Appreciated the amenities and beach badges. We also enjoyed the courtyard with outdoor shower. We can't wait to book next year! Thanks Jack and Vivian : )

Amazing stay at Seaside Heights!
This was our first time at the Jersey Shore and it won’t be our last! The property was perfect for our party (two adults and two teens). The property is only steps to the boardwalk and the beach and although some of the reviews mentioned noise we didn’t find it noisy…it’s towards the end of the boardwalk and not in the midst of all the craziness. Check in and out was seamless and the owners checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Outdoor shower and laundry was a plus as was the central ac after days at the beach and walking the boardwalk. It was a PERFECT stay and we can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Great overall experience
Great overall. I Will echo what others have said about the noise from the boardwalk, but mid-week in June, it was mild. My only real complaint is that there are no curtains to block light from the windows. With street lights on all night, it was never truly dark at night. And with little kids who need to nap during the day, it was a struggle as the room was bright all the time. Otherwise, we had a terrific stay and would highly recommend the property and it's management.

Our stay was very good. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen very nice. The kids enjoyed the bedroom with the twin beds. And boardwalk entrance very closewen you walked out door.

The apartment was clean but small, with plenty of cups & plates but minimal cooking utensils one small pot, one large pot, one small stainless fry pan. The one difficulty we had was that the beds had been made up with only a bottom form-fitting sheet and a top duvet which was both heavy and hot for August nights. When we requested a top sheet and light blanket, the owners said they did not have such to give us.

The location of this condo is what really sold us - we were steps from the beach and boardwalk. The condo is cute and basically clean - the floors were a little questionable and we didn’t have a vacuum or hand vacuum available, but nothing too unusual for a beach house. The owners were super responsive and got us checked in a little early, which was great. If you’re prepared for a little neighborhood noise (we brought box fans for the bedrooms and slept like babies), this place is a real gem in Seaside Heights.

The kitchen is stocked, we loved the coffee maker with k-cups (AND cream and sugar). The kids were happy with the smart TV and we enjoyed lots of ice cream and pizza right on the boardwalk. Our favorite part was the warm outdoor shower on unusually chilly days. I would highly recommend!

The location of this condo is what really sold us - we were steps from the beach and boardwalk. The condo is cute and basically clean - the floors were a little questionable and we didn’t have a vacuum or hand vacuum available, but nothing too unusual for a beach house. The owners were super responsive and got us checked in a little early, which was great. If you’re prepared for a little neighborhood noise (we brought box fans for the bedrooms and slept like babies), this place is a real gem in Seaside Heights.

We had a good time staying here. The surrounding neighborhood was loud late into the night on MDW, but the place was nice and comfortably fit the 5 of us staying there. Good access to the beach.
