Soluzione perfetta per visitare Stoccolma

Camera ampia e dotata dei servizi necessari (compresi phon, ferro da stiro, frigo bar), colazione eccezionalmente varia e abbondante, personale cordiale, posizione ideale per visitare la città (a due passi dalla metro). Pulizia quotidiana della stanza. Possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Hotel molto ampio e frequentato ma comunque ben organizzato.

Le uniche cose che avrei preferito sarebbero state l'assenza di moquette in camera e la possibilità di aprire la finestra.

Overall a great, fuss free experience

The breakfast was great in terms of selection. However, as I stayed for quite a few days, things got repetitive after a while. Would be great if the menu could be varied slightly each day. Otherwise, room was clean and facilities were great, location was convenient- right above the subway station

Don't book if you need an invoice.

Nice hotel, clean, good value, nice breakfast

I asked for an invoice for my company. I was told I would get the invoice, I can just leave. I never received it. I sent a message over Booking asking for it. I never received an answer to my message. I will need to pay this from my own money.

Het is een prima hotel

Prima plek, op loopafstand van de oude stad. Goed ontbijt.

De kamer was heel warm en er kon geen raam open. Voor het inchecken was een boekingscode nodig. Van Booking.com had ik nogal wat verschillende codes ontvangen dus het duurde even om de juiste te vinden. (Inchecken doe je zelf met een computer in de lobby)

Overall a solid choice

The property was very close to the metro station and all the main stops. Breakfast was included and they had many different options.

Couldn’t really feel the air conditioning in my room, and we woke up without electricity the other day.

Overall, not bad, but could've been much more pleasant if some things were better thought through.

Good breakfast and amazing lady that greets guests - she was the best part of the stay :)

The room was extremely small - once you open up the suitcase on the floor, there's literally no space left :( No hangers or anything to put the clothes on; in the shower, there's no shelf for the toiletries, so you have to put them on the sink outside of the shower - not that big of a deal, but still inconvenient. The AC is directed at the bed, so even though I set higher temperature in the room, it still felt a bit chilly - another minor issue that made the stay less pleasant than it could've been.

Gute Unterkunft mit guter Lage für wenige Nächte

- Lage sehr gut, U-Bahn Station befindet sich direkt vor dem Hoteleingang - Personal war sehr freundlich - vielfältiges und grosses Frühstücksangebot

- Es ist ziemlich kalt im Zimmer und die Lüftung konnte nicht mehr wärmer eingestellt werden, ausserdem ist die Luft durch die Lüftung sehr trocken, was beim Schlafen unangenehm war. - Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr unhygienisch. Die Sauna wird mit Badeanzug betreten, Besucher duschen vor und nach der Sauna nicht und gehen dann in den Pool. - Betten waren ziemlich dirchgelegen und nicht so bequem.

Onbetrouwbare organisaties. Gebroken beloften.

Heb veelvuldig contact gehad met zowel Booking.com als het hotel. En alhoewel er heel veel beloften werden gedaan werd geen enkele afspraak nagekomen. Gewoon niet aan beginnen aan dit hotel. Ze zeiden dat ze wilden meewerken aan het verplaatsen van de boeking, en vanzelfsprekend zaten daar extra kosten voor ons aan, maar toezeggingen werden structureel niet nagekomen en er werd alleen naar anderen gewezen.

Eating and sleeping were both a bit of a challenge, which is not great for a hotel.

Great location Room was clean & smart Reception staff were friendly, even at 0230 when I checked in!

Duvet too hot, there wasn't a thinner blanket option. Even with outside temp at -13C and aircon on "cool" repeatedly woke up too hot. Pillow too big - one huge pillow and 4 tiny ones. Both options hard to stay asleep on. Breakfast although huge number of options, is laid out very weirdly. Bowls are 50 feet from the cereal. Milk is 80 feet from the cereal. Trays are hidden away out of sight. Cutlery non-existent both mornings. Had to ask, and what was put out was a dozen spoons for 200 guests. Also Breakfast closed hard at 0930 first day, which is a bit early.

Bra hotell nära t-baneststion

Fantastisk frukost, bra med så många olika vegetariska alternativ.

Att sängen stod mot fönstret, gick inte att gå på toa på natten utan att klättra över personen som låg ytterst.

Great location and wonderful breakfast; would stay again!

The hotel is conveniently located along a popular subway route that can be reached from the Arlanda airport express train. The hotel room size is decent with a nice size bathroom. The breakfast was really lovely; we enjoyed it a lot. We can get to many attractions and locations such as the Royal Palace and the Old Town by subway.

I couldn't think of anything! If I really have to find something I didn't like to say about, I guess my room didn't have a view. But really, I did not go to Stockholm for a hotel view so it wasn't a problem!

It met our needs quite well for our business trip. For leisure I would look elsewhere.

Bed and pillow were comfy. Location was convenient to metro. Omelette station was a wonderful option. Front desk staff were understanding with the “lost key” situation.

Breakfast buffet was chaotic, and the scrambled eggs were inedible. Room was chilly and the heat didn’t seem to work.

Nulla tutto orribile, siamo andati via un giorno prima pure avendo pagato

I capelli e i peli in mezzo al burro della colazione. I materassi terribilmente morbidi, ho dovuto assumere antinfiammatori. La camera non corrispondeva alla foto, la finestra era oscurata per cui non si vedeva nulla fuori. Dall'unico spiraglio lasciato in alto si vedeva un ripostiglio con cose da buttare, in pratica la discarica nella terrazza di fianco. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera, la receptionist maleducata e menefreghista ha detto no

Disappointing

Great location! The breakfast is good with lots of options to choose from.

We ordered a crib and paid for it, but despite asking for it several times and being told that it will arrive "soon", it never arrived. That meant a bad night's sleep and a terrible start to our vacation.

Comfortable hotel for a reasonable price in central Stockholm.

The location of the hotel, next to the subway and at the bottom of Södermalm is really convenient. The hotel feels safe and is in good condition. The room, although obviously lived it, was clean and comfortable. The chaise longue was a lovely spot to recover from a long day walking the city. My room was super quiet, and the curtains held in most of the light when the sun came up at 3am. The breakfast buffet was really, really good. Would come again.

The spa was closed for the entire duration of my trip. I was not made aware of this when I booked & paid for my room, so that wasn't great. The 'living room' area was also shut, so there wasn't really a nice bar situation to sit for a nightcap in the evening. There was a restaurant, but it was empty, didn't feel very inviting and had bad ratings. I suspect the closures were because of Midsommeraften so maybe it's better at other dates. On the TV a nice looking pop-up bar on the 2nd floor was advertised, but it took some researching to figure out that this was in fact in the OTHER Clarion hotel - maybe good to mention? Would have been good to have been informed that some of the key services would be unavailable at the dates I was booking. Apart from that I had a good stay.

A good friendly convenient hotel for a stay in Stockholm

A good location, 100m from Tunelbana Station. Clean rooms with good modern facilities. Brilliant breakfasts.

Like so many modern hotels the room felt a bit stuffy, with no way of opening a window to allow fresh air.
