Great location. Lovely breakfast provided
More couches for sitting laying would have been great.

Breakfast food was well stocked and delicious, and we loved the wine on arrival. Spa was great! Stunning location and very quiet. The bed was super-warm for a winter stay. We would definitely come back. Great value for money.
Really needed more kindling wood supplied to get the fire going, but once it was hot it was beautiful! Couch was ordinary, and we had some trouble getting the cd player to work for movie night.

We were delighted with the attention to detail to ensure our comfort, the generous provisions and resources, space and comfort. It was just what we needed after 2 weeks of travelling across three states. It was well located in the heart of Angaston. While communication was by email only, it was clear and helpful.
Like others found, the low lounge was hard to get out of (nitpicking!)

Good breakfast options with surprise bottle of wine ! most informative folder winery n eateries etc. nice clean quality linen that’s so comfy. Thanks for inclusion of detergents, cooking oil, sauces, such nice touches in a relaxing, rustic style cottage.
not sure where to empty the trash bins as no recycle or general waste large bins at gate

Spa bath was lovely. Had a lovely cottage feel. It was a nice escape from city life. Quiet area. Breakfast was amazing, fresh produce, great taste.
The garden around the cottage needs some attention and the sitting room couches were uncomfortable especially for someone who is 7 months pregnant.

Breakfast was provided and was very generous with the range of cereals, bread, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes & more! Location was excellent & walking distance to Angaston’s Main Street & shops.
We enjoyed everything about our stay in Rose Cottage. Many thanks to our host.

Not much to complain about at all! My only problem was the bed after a few nights was a tad on the hard side but I know that you can't please everyone.
Loved the location. Loved the breakfast supplies. Lovely touches everywhere. Spa bath with extra towels. Complimentary fudge with port and the wine was a winner too. Plenty of milk and plunger coffee was great to start the morning with. A lovely spot with a BBQ outside, a few spots to relax outside. Board games inside and a fireplace for a relaxing night in. Loved it!

Lovely big soft towels. Combustion fire. Generous breakfast.
Wi fi modem in cottage next door was unpluged, maybe this should have been checked, used my hot spot, luckily.
The chairs in the lounge area are very uncomfortable , some comfy chairs needed.
The cottage overall was very good, but lack of a comfortable fireside chair was a bit of a negative.

Breakfast provisions were excellent. Fantastic range, quality and quantity. Great that there was also pantry basics to cook with. Location was only a short walk (@10 mins) into the main street but it was also lovely walking the other direction toward Penrice. Lots of wood to have a fire but also electric blankets if required. Beautifully maintained property.
