Lotus Blanc was excellent.

This property had everything. Enjoyed our time here. We stayed for 3 nights. Drinks by the pool, dinner at the restaurant and breakfast daily with a huge selection. Its away from the hustle and bustle and its only a $4 tuk tuk from the main city centre.

Amazing Resort to relax after Angkor Wat adventure

We enjoyed 8 wonderful nights at the Lotus Blanc privilege floor. The Resort is beautiful designed and very clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly and gives you a real 5 star feeling. Our room was very comfortable, nice designed and tidy with a quit view towards the pool. The Pool and the tropical garden was really cool. The pool was quit warm, it would be a great experience to swim in a cooled pool. The gym is old but still functional. We recommend to invest in new equipment. The breakfast in a beautiful Grand Hotel Breakfast room was good. The Hotel offers a egg, pancake and soup station. As well as a variety of Asian as well as European options. Please offer complimentary coffee options like cappuccino. Only black coffee is no option these days especially not in a 5 star Hotel. The Hotel also has a fantastic Nightbar/Restaurant Siso. We loved to have diner and enjoy the live music. Please improve the Wifi! We can fully recommend this Resort for side seeing around Ankor Wat and Siem Reap. Very nice hotel I can recommend booking with this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Swimming pool area is great with beautiful gardens. Breakfast was excellent!

Sometimes the wi fi connection was not good in our room.

This hotel is amazing. Great rooms, swimming pool, they rent bikes... the staff is always there to help you (although perhaps too much attention 🤣). The bar and coctails are amazing, and Cambodian people is always willing to talk and give you a sincere smile. Overall great expierence (by the way the food is amazing, both Vietnamese such as curries or Western: amaxing pizza and hamburger). Also, the sheets were super soft and the pillow was heaven.

If I had to improve something it would be regarding the sometimes noisy air conditioning and some more sweet variery in the breakfast (including juices).

Amazing hotel! Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was awesome, the room quite comfortable and the staff super friendly. Great location to visit the Angkor temples. There are restaurants nearby, safe zone, the pool was great to relax at the end of the day.

Perfect

Staff was friendly and very helpful in every way. Making arrangements for a Tuk-Tuk Driver and Sightseeing-Tour. Perfect. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is half way between airport and city and Angkor Wat. Next to a busy street but behind a wall and in a lush garden, therefore no noise. Nevertheless I would recommend a room facing the garden and pool in the back. I would definitely stay there again.

Go there, if you find a good deal.

Awesome breakfast! Really good soups and fresh fruit. French toast is great, and even some halfway decent cappuccino. Airport pickup and check-in went very smoothly, the beds are comfy. The pool is a great size, and the lemon moginto from the bar is really well put together. Caught a great promotion and would definitely come again!

Nothing much to complain. Towel service at the pool could be better, room service a tad more diligent, but ultimately a great stay. Just do not order the lunchbox instead of breakfast. Their breakfast options do not lend themselves to do takeaway.

Good hotel with friendly, helpful staff

The room was big and comfortable. The drinking water refiller in the lobby The staff were very friendly and helpful The a la carte food was very tasty

The breakfast was more suitable for Asians and less for European/Americans Unfortunately the pool was unusable due to heavy rain when we arrived which resulted in the garden being washed into the pool. Limited a la carte menu in the dining room

Comfortable stay

Excellent staff leading the Privilege Floor at Lotus Blanc. The hotel transport to and from the airport was good. The room was great with good room service, loved the beef loc lak. The pool area was lovely with good service although confusing towel service.. I think it’s better to leave the beds towel free and then give towels out for use and collect in when people leave. The hotel Tuk Tuk service worked well with a $3 cost to go into Siem Reap central area.

Had to seek out coffee, cutlery napkins and other items each morning at breakfast and some mornings tables were being reset for lunch around us an hour before breakfast finished

Exceptional

Excellent facilities and amazing breakfast, with great choice of food and a lot of dishes cooked at the moment. The staff was incredibly gentle and attentive, we felt really taken care of and very much enjoyed the privilege floor. A special thanks to Kanica for her great support and special care she gave us.
