No Tuscan hospitality at this Agiratusmo!!!!

Set in beautiful Grounds spoilt by lack of care and attention to Paying Guests.

Shocking attitude from the owners over the constant noise. A wedding was in full swing when we arrived at 5pm with a band for entertainment till 2am!!!. Additionally the host had a private party finishing in the late hours with live music from 6pm in the restaurant within 2 days of the wedding. Most of the accommodation are a couple of meters from this area & the Restaurant!!! The staff in the kitchen are noisy and finish very late, they stand out side smoking and talking. When there’s a party the large swimming pool and jacuzzi and bar are off limits to guests. The staff and owners continuously rode around in a John deer gator pick up ( a diesel 4x4 cart )all day and really late into the early hours, which wakes everyone and everything up. We drove 16 hours and arrived at 5pm, we didn’t get to sleep until 3am. Staff say” I just work here” I waited 3 days to speak to the daughter of the owners about my arrival. We had no wifi and asked booking.com to move us. They couldn’t but told us we could find alternative accommodation. With no wifi we were stuck there, without wifi we hope to find some where else.

Lovely would return

The grounds are extremely well looked after. The restuaraunts food is really good. Pools are both nice and clean.

Our booking confirmation mentioned our room had a balcony which it did not. The kitchen was also right next to our room and the staff would smoke outside our room it wasnot a nice smell to wake up to. The waste bags are also there so dont stay in that room. We were moved to a room with a view which was beautiful I recommend getting a car. taxis are about 50Eur to Florence 1 way. Also becareful driving on the narrow roads they are beautiful but difficult to navigate at night

would not suggest anyone to come here

room had no ventilation other then main door blankets were dusty my kids fell sick no vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast we mentioned prior about the food

Beautiful Agriturismo with an amazing view

Beautiful spacious room, gorgeous grounds, comfortable, clean, very sweet staff. Amazing rich breakfast. Arrived later than 19 so no more office hours, the restaurant staff showed us the room and we checked in and payed in the morning. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant as well, just bear in mind the vegetarian options are limited.

nice views but left alone and no heat in a very cold night

good views and they recommended us a very good restaurant

-Nobody reachable when we arrived ,nobody around,not answering the phone;we had to speak to another guest to find the owner -No heat;extremely cold;my wife was using the blow dryer to keep the kids warm;17 degrees all night and again we could not reach anybody

Superb

The view and the whole area. It's just beautiful and peaceful. If you want to unwind this is the place. We stayed there for one night only so couldn't really enjoy it as we would like to.

On the downside - rooms are not soundproof - we could hear neigbours talking and taking showers a bit too much:-/

very nice surroundings and a good stay

the pools, the restaurant staff, beautiful surroundings

it’s outdated and dark rooms, loud AC, and the shower got water everywhere!! the receptionists made me feel crazy like no one ever has an issue, and I haven’t seen this in the reviews but my rooms shower curtain was far too short and got water everywhere. it was essentially a drain in a corner, with a curtain around it.

Realy good complex with pool, excellent selection of homemade wine and olive oil, very helpful staff, the food in the restaurant is typical Tuscan and is very well presented and is worth to try

Peaceful and enjoyable

Totally enjoyable , value for money, food was very good as well. Great setting in the woods, peaceful with friendly staff. Be careful on Saturdays in the summer it is also a wedding venue

No taxi service if you do not have a car it is a long walk .

Fantastic agriturismo in Tuscany. Restaurant, pool, grounds, staff - all great. Drive to Florence.

We rented two 2-bedroom apartments for our family of 7. The kitchen is big - we were able to cook dinners, and eat outside on our patio. The restaurant is great. The pools was a great reward after a day in Florence - which was a 30 minute drive. The grounds were spectacular. Their wine and olive oil was delicious.

The office closes at 6 - so we missed our chance to request AC on our first night. Not a big deal.

Property grounds and pools are beautiful.

Our unit had stairs to get to the bedroom. We would have preffered one store unit. Or at least to have a sofa on the first floor.

would love to stay there again but in a different unit.

the property was absolutely beautiful!!! we would definitely stay there again and recommend it. breakfast was perfect.

we checked in late and no one was there to turn on our air conditioning. it was not turned on until 11:00 the next day. we had a two story unit with very narrow and treacherous stairs. only one bath which was downstairs. we had to leave suitcases downstairs.

Loved it but could have been better.

Perfect location, great views, everything is pretty. Great wine!

We expected some privacy, but rooms were adjacent and you could hear every sound from the other rooms.

Wonderful place to stay.

The location was great, as the excellent facilities are in the middle of olive groves. We all liked the silence and overall set up of this farm house. We extended our stay by one more night as we liked Inabli.

It may be helpful for the future guests to know that breakfast is more like Italian one rather than what one msy expect. In our case, the staff made sure we were happy.
