Location
Bed sagged and room was very noisy

Location was inicredible. Room was fine. Everything was as expected, not too fancy but good enough for a couple of nights. We had a room with views of Kings Cross.
From our room we heard every step of the stairway. We are heavy sleepers and ended each day super tired but light sleepers be wary.

Kettle and cups , fridge and lots of uht milk. Very close to St Pancras
Room noise nearby , beds with better bases.
The hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment, the lights went off in the room, because of the work.
The breakfast in the cafe next door was expensive and not great.

Excellent location for St Pancras.

The location opposite Kings Cross was perfect. The price was reasonable for the area.
Perfectly fine for an overnight stay, but the hotel is a little tired and the lift didn’t service all floors without climbing stairs.

It had a room at short notice and was near Euston station.
The price. The basement room.

The location was great. Right across from Kings Cross Station is very convenient.
Everything was very shabby and not well kept. I expected more for the insane amount I paid for it. Also the wifi was spotty. I tried to do a video call for a work meeting it it cut out 3 times during the 30 minute call.

The hotel met my expectations which were not high considering the location and price
There was a window glass missing form a double glass window which meant the level of the noise in the room was higher than it normally would have been.

The on ensite bathroom was really nice and spacious, and the shower was great. I like the layout of the room and light, bright and airy.
I found the single beds are just a little small when you turn over. You can all. Most fall out of bed
and the cups are a bit small, and may be a mug would be good

close to station
Reception guy was pretty rude. They do not have lifts for every floor so you have to climb up with your luggage.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. They watched me (a physically disabled person) struggle up the stairs with my walking stick and luggage

A/C leaked all over our clothes over night, reception did nothing and only said to email them, so I did that and yet to receive a reply over a month later.

Location rifght at Kings Cross Station.
I specifically asked (well in advance) for a room on the upper floors. I was told that they would 'do thir bedt'.
On checking in, I was given a room BELIW STREET LEVEL !
My view was of people's feet walking past my tiny window.
I mentioned it to the concierge but was looked at as if I was just being silly.

Very good location. Size of room was decent and had a great view of Kings cross from my window.
Bed wasn’t very comfy and the shower head sprayed water in every direction with the water not getting very hot.

location is superb only 3 mins away from King Cross station, surrounding with many restaurants and fast food.
lift to room not really convenient, with big luggages will be a problem

Conveniently situated next to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Hotel was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. I have stayed there a number of times recently and will probably do so again.
Disappointed that they didn’t do breakfast.
