The apartment was basic and generally clean. It was let down by the shower & few missing items

The location was great for what we wanted, I had booked on a course, and the apartment was a 10 minute walk away, which was great. The bed was clean and comfortable. The main room was clean and there was ample storage for clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed apart from a tea towel. There was no problem with noise from other guests.

We did not use the shower during our 3 day stay - there was mould around the base, it generally didn't appear clean and neither of us could bring ourselves to use it. If we did want to use it - there was no bath mat, so one of the 2 towels available would have had to have been used on the floor. We did not need to use it - but the toilet brush was obviously previously well used.... There was no tea towel provided in the kitchen. The T.V remote control did not work.

Good rest but awful communication and overall experience

I had a good nights sleep, the bed was freshly made with towels etc.

Door handle was completely broken, I didn’t get my door access key until 8pm (my check in was at 4pm) so I was stranded without a place to stay until this time.

Had everything we needed, good value for money. Good location.

Good location, close to tube station, Sainsburys 5 mins away. Had everything we needed. Area felt safe, we were in a room around the side, which was quiet.

No teatowels, hand towels or bath mat. Corridor up to room a bit dirty. Generally a tired look about it. Milk on arrival would have been lovely.

avoid at all costs.

location wasn’t bad.

the property isn’t what was advertised. none of pictures were remotely accurate to the room provided. lots of items listed as facilities missing. no oven no toaster not on ground level not detached no outside area no dining area. 2nd apartment offered the exact same with exception there was a toaster but room was filthy. owner tried telling me they have multiple rooms yet also confirmed none of them have the facilities booked. offered a refund so went elsewhere and paid again for them to refuse and booking . com doing nothing about it. absolute disgrace. can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Bad

Terrible location,rubbish laying around,totally un safe area . No close amenities foyer had a ladder and boxes laying around .. does booking .com inspect these sites before adding them to the list..could not stay and cost us a lot of money to find other accommodation. Cab driver didn't even want us to stay there.would not recommended this to anyone.!!!

Worst place I have ever stayed in London

Nothing.

This is advertised as quiet. The warehouse across the road had trucks loading and unloading from 4 and 5am.everyday. loud engines and fork lift trucks. THIS IS NOT QUIET. Not a single peaceful night was had. The room was very dirty. The windows and blinds were filthy. Under bed and draws were unswept. Bedding was ripped. The bathroom was disgusting. Shower was horrendous, toilet dirty, taps didn't work properly and of course the smell of raw sewage coming from the drain was just a nightmare. Sewage smell from the kitchen sink also. The smell entering the property was very unpleasant.

Disappointing

Price ,bed was very comfortable and the room was a decent size with a separate kitchen that I could shut off from the bedroom.

Entrance was very uninviting. Rubbish bins at the front entrance inside were smelly all the time. Early starts from other residents (3 am) was very disturbing. Shower bathroom needs a deep clean to remove mold from areas of the shower ,kitchen work top needs replacement . Details on laundry facilities were not clear . Door to the appartment did not seem robust enough secure or soundproof. Other guests smoking ( things that they shouldnt ) leading to the smell getting into the corridor and my room. There were no curtains and relied on the poorly fixed slatted blinds to keep the light out ( which it didnt )

Great value for money

I found the location of the property to be excellent for everywhere I wanted to go - the street felt safe and the building secure. The room is very small but there is a good amount of storage space, also the kitchen was very useful and fairly well equipped - you can definitely do some basic cooking. Wifi was excellent. Overall the property is not luxurious but it is comfortable and excellent value for money.

My only complaint would be the shower - it didn't drain so well so the water fills up fast where you are standing. Also an anti slip mat would be a good idea. Water is either very hot or cold with no in between. Also the walls are very thin so I would recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

Disappointing

Did have all essentials and was ok for price.

Apartment was ok but check in took ages and the street outside was littered with rubbish from apartment bins. Bathroom lighting was on its way out and kept flickering which took 3 days to get someone in to change. Kitchen was a little small and dining table was just a little pull out desk. Over all was an ok apartment on a budget.

Overall, a decent stay but lacked a few elements to raise the bar

The self check-in/check-out was great. Also accommodated a late checkout which was very appreciated. The apartment itself was decent in size and had all we needed. Not overlooked so nice and private. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cutlery etc. Bed was comfy and clean. Arrived to basics like toilet roll and towels which was helpful.

The table attached to the wall was broken and collapsed on us when we used it. The carpet was sticky in places. The shower plug hole didn’t drain properly and water leaked across the floor. The walls were thin so could hear the neighbours easily.

Wi-fi is very poor, impossible to use if you have to work from home. The small table in the room is not stable.

Excellent stay, amazing value for money and a great host. My studio was cosy and clean with a good shower and a decent fitted kitchen. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again 😊

Student - it was quiet and relaxing. felt quiet safe. Staff were frliend when needed. Like home.

received 2 codes for 1) the main door and 2) for the keyholders storage, before arriving so it was quiet straightforward process. Studios are spacious and high ceiling, quite nice. feeling. door separatting a fully funcionting kitchen and lavatory of couse. Didnt hear much noise form the other residents. Overall highly recommended.
