It was our first time in Istanbul and the hotel was didn’t disappoint and it was the perfect base.

The location was perfect, within walking distance from tourist attractions, shops, restaurants etc. Loved the industrial, modern yet incredibly comfortable look of the hotel. Our room was spacious.

The breakfast selection wasn’t extensive.The bathroom storage space is tiny.

Great location. Warm and helpful staff. Look forward to staying again.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, with easy access to sites, walking streets, shopping, and restaurants. That said, we still felt quite secluded from the action once we got into the hotel. Additionally, the staff were excellent and hospitable and actually gave us a free upgrade to a suite. Thanks!

Breakfast could be improved with additional fresh fruits, but otherwise ok.

EN LA HABITACION NO HABÍA VENTANAS.

El personal es muy amable.

No había ninguna ventana al exterior. creo que habría que avisar al hacer la reserva, que no hay ninguna ventana, ni balcón.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν υπέροχο!!

Καθόλη την διάρκεια της παραμονής μας υπήρχε ζέστη στον χώρο και ζεστό νερό! Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και τα στρώματα πολύ άνετα! Η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική και το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό και ευγενικό! Ευχαριστούμε συγκεκριμένα τον Berat, τον Samet, τον Nihat για την υπέροχη συμπεριφορά τους και την φιλοξενία τους καθώς και τους ανθρώπους της καθαριότητας. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Υπέροχο!!

Очень внимательный персонал, давно такого не встречала. Классный дизайн отеля, особенно лобби. Прекрасные завтраки и обслуживание. Удачное расположение, кругом куча ресторанов, магазинов, просто милых улочек. Правда, некоторые окна выходят на шумную улицу - все слышно.

Комната уже требует небольшого ремонта

Happy with stay overall

Great value! Fantastic staff. Breakfast is pretty standard but not bad at all

Close to very crowded street. Location is difficult to get to. Very narrow street. Be careful of traffic and there’s massive crowds outside

Good hotel, but be careful with the rooms selection

Nice, modern hotel. Good breakfast, nice design.

Horrible layout in the rooms, in our room the wc was less than 1m away from the bed separated only by a glass which is half tinted.

Disappointing

The service and 1st look of the hotel and rooms are good. The breakfast is nice with quite a few options.

As mentioned in a couple of comments it is loud due to the location. On Friday night there was music from a close by night club until 5 am. Even though the windows of our senior suite can filter normal noise well the music and bass were just too loud. Moreover I want to mention that the cleanliness and overall condition of the bathroom were quite bad.

Unbelievable

We spent 3 days in this really great hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the main shopping street and about 5 minutes walk from Taksim Square. A thoroughly lovingly designed hotel, rather a home. Our room was the King Suite, 7 meters of stucco decorated space with a brilliant bed, a free standing bathtub, a great integrated living space with great seating and wonderful views on every side overlooking the main shopping street. And yet absolutely quiet with the windows closed. But what we also really liked was the wonderful, unobtrusive service from the staff-they take care of all your wishes from the heart and read them off your eyes. Here we would like to mention especially Berut, Jubin, Turgay, Nihat and Samet, but all the others were of course also incredibly cordial. The breakfast was not overloaded, but offered everything your heart desires. We felt much more comfortable than in the other big luxury hotels. We will always come back and can recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this wonderful city.

Great location and amazing staff

I booked the senior suite it was very spacious and the staff were amazing special thanks to Emre and Berut who made our stay special. The warm welcoming drinks and early check in made us feel home. Finally the location is perfect it’s in the middle of Istiklal street.

very modern and inspiring room, well equipoed, bed super comfy, appreciated a lor the big botte of complementary water, and even more the Nespresso coffee! at breakfast great selection, only 'observation' espresso coffee tasted at breakfast like coffee powder - so better to think It in the room!

Cool boutique hotel in excellent central location.

Excellent location, in the heart of Beyoglu on Istiklal, the main high street, within easy walk of good restaurants and cafes and live music. Very comfortable room, friendly staff, best breakfast buffet ever!

Very cool vibe, but sometimes a little too cool for its own good (could have done without the space age kettles and curvaceous taps).

The best hotel in Istanbul - No. 1 in our choices.

It was beyond our dreams.. the hotel is like an Art gallery, every spot is amazing. The stuff was very supportive, every thing we ever asked they was there. Allways with a hugh smile and with willing to help. The breakfast was very good, even make us omlet every morning and cappucino. I will come back to this hotel whenever i will be in Istanbul. They worth every dollar and more.

this is my 2nd time I stay at this super stylish hotel. unfortunately I got cough, Lady from breakfast zone was super friendly, she offered me ginger lemon tee. one midnight I had to turn to the emergency doctor, Ali and Selam at reception were really empathetic and kind, they helped me with hospital and taxi. thank you!

Very small and slow elevator, up to 2 person at most The toilet door made of glass wich doesn't allow any privacy in the room The room wasn't sound proof, and had almost no isolation from the nearby street and the club wich is located just in front the hotel The lights in the shower didn't work, and they didn't fix it, even although we ask them several times

Extremely helpful staff with special thanks to Ali. Great interior design from the lobby to the room. Loved the music and atmosphere in the lobby. Perfectly located on the high street.

Fantastic location , clean facilities, and friendly helpful staff

Fantastic location. The hotel is modern and querkey. The staff could not do more to accommodate us.Will definitely stay there again!

The bathroom could have had a better design.We had to go through the shower to get to the toilet, and the shower floor was slippery when wet.

Very poor

the toilet are not clean , the air condition is not working , we called them 5 times and it still didn’t work . we woke up at night 5 times every night because we has hot !!! the travel agency did mistake in the reservation and they didn’t helped us to change it . they told us to send email to the company and that all and it was after 3 days that i warning about it ! they really don’t know what is customer service and i will not coming back again to this hotel !

Highly recommend if you want to experience the Beyoglu neighborhood first hand.

It was stylish on brand boutique hotel super conveniently located in the heart of Istanbul - Istiklal Caddesi. It was easy to get to almost any significant attractions from this location. The staff at the reception were very friendly, polite and accommodating. Getting to the airport in the early AM took roughly 35-40 mins.

I can't think of anything I disliked, really.
