Fabulous hotel for a short break

Fabulous hotel, in a fantastic location with brilliant staff. Loved large suite with very comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom area and even a dressing room. The choice at breakfast was excellent.

Restful

The "Front of House" staff - were exceptional. The Welcome through to the Goodbye. Lovely people that just wanted to help!!

The lack of a more casual approach to the provision of Food & Beverage - too formal. The Spa area needs consideration as well - no Steam Room & the Plunge Pool needs more Jacuzzi Jets.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and facilities.

Joan was a wonderful host and made sure our experience was top notch from start to finish. The whole staff was extremely involved and dedicated in making sure our stay was the best it could be, and all helped us with our car and restaurant booking among others. The property in itself is stunning, an hidden gem in the center of Palma

For the junior suite, we would have appreciated a single double mattress instead of two separate mattresses tucked together

Only fault was it would have been nice to have a fridge for the water at the pool and an occasional visit from a member of staff to take a drinks order.

Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. For info: Starts from 8am. Beautiful design of the hotel.

Just something to be aware of: The spa is relatively small, is privatised for each (group of) guests and hence needs to be booked in advance.

A refurbished all convent that provides everything you want to relax and rest.

The staff was great and flexible and always accommodating to our needs. The location was extraordinary, just a few yards away from Calle San Miguel (a busy touristic street where all the little shops are). The breakfast was delicious, with healthy options and eggs a la carte. The spa is cosy and right-sized for a couple to enjoy a relaxing 60 minutes.

A jewel in the ‘casco viejo’

The location was superb, very close to everything yet quiet and secluded. The convent renovation was done in a very tasteful way. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool area can be crowded, as some people seem to say there the whole day

Home away from home. Hopefully not too many people find out about this great hotel.

The staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Stunning hotel with excellent rooms and facilities. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Huge selection of options which caters for all needs. The location could not have been better. So close to all areas of interest and located near (5-10 mins walk) to great restaurants, bars and shops. Train Station to Soller is 5 mins walk away. Would highly recommend staying here!

A completely perfect hotel

We stayed in the luxury suite for a week and we absolutely loved it! It was perfect from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a guided tour from Daniel and surprise champagne and a fruit platter in our room. The room was fabulous. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved the way every detail of the room had been so well designed. We had breakfast on our balcony every morning and everything would arrive beautifully arranged. We loved using the steam room in the bathroom and our whirlpool bath on the balcony. We would set it to cold in the day so it was like a plunge pool and set it to warm in the evening. The balcony had been so well designed that it was very private. We didn't use the hotel spa because we had our own steam room! We did go up to the rooftop pool a couple of times which we thought was a lovely space and very clean. It was the best hotel experience we have ever had and we hope to return again soon!

The location.despite being centre it is quiet. The breakfast was good.

Lunch is ok but could be better. Staff could be more attentive and informative. The room not very well maintained; sockets not fixed to the wall properly, towels could be cleaner.

From the second you walk into the Convent de la Missio you feel instantly relaxed. There is an air of calm and subtle luxury about the hotel. There are different places to sit on the roof top terrace, in or out of the sun. The plunge pool and free water cools you down nicely in the midday sun. The breakfast, the cocktails and FOSH restaurant are awesome. All of the hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and nicely decorated. Good sound proofing from other rooms. location, location, location

Very minor points that would make a guests stay even more comfortable in relevant rooms: A hook to hang a hand towel in the bathroom by the sink. A mirror at the table in the bedroom so I can apply makeup and do my hair at the desk by a plug.

Everything about this hotel was amazing.

Excellent check in experience with complimentary cava. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were exceptional, the rooms and public spaces beautiful. Even the signature scent of the hotel! Buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel, Marc Fosh restaurant was exceptional and the roof terrace was perfect for relaxing during the day with a cocktail.
