Amazing staff, great location.

The hotel is in a really great location, close to restaurants, bars, laundromats, and convenience stores all around. The staff is very professional and nice, willing to help and give advice. You can also borrow an umbrella if you encounter a rainy day.

In my opinion, the room cleaning could be on a slightly higher level. Additionally, the cleaning process was a bit loud in the morning. I don't think it has anything to do with the staff; rather, it's related to the doors and overall soundproofing of the rooms. No biggie.

チェックアウトは、カードだけ機械に通す形で、簡単で良かった。

ネットから個人情報も提供しているのに、宿帳のようなものを詳しく書くのが面倒だった。（同程度のビジネスホテルには名前と電話番号だけかけばよいところも多い。）部屋の掃除が行き届いていなかった、悪い意味で世界標準？いたるところに自分たちのものではない髪の毛が落ちているし、冷蔵庫の中には埃と羽毛の羽？、黒ずみ（カビ）があり、使用する前に掃除を自分でする必要があった。

Good location for the public transport and restaurants! It’s so handy seven eleven was opposite side of the hotel. Only

Perfect location for public transport and eating out nearby. it’s good value to stay in Tokyo.

When I used the shower, the water didn’t flow because of the clogged pipe. The water level was until my ankle and I didn’t feel clean.

Avoid this hotel

First the check in was horrendous and had to repeat n even wrote on paper the check in n check out date and even provided the confirmation and to check in 1 room took over 25 mins Breakfast was another disappointment n if you are staying longer than 3 nites, opt out from their breakfast as it is not worth the while. Location is another issue, room was tiny and only consolation is the comfy bed. Ask for direction to get to Narita and it took them 2 hrs to provide the information and the lady at reception just walk away without telling me she need to research and advise me. Don’t chose this hotel

Just ok for 1 night.

The hotel is convenient to the subway and still in a quiet area. The staff was very ready to address my requests. The room was quiet, and it had a small bathtub which is a plus for such a business hotel,

The room was not well cleaned. Also, the bathroom was not so clean, and I had to ask the staff to address this issue. Still, the bedroom was smelling dust, and it was not comfortable to breath when staying and sleeping.

Stayed here to go to Ultra music festival. Comfortable bed and good location. The single room was a perfect stay for the value.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good TV service, and comfortable beds.

The laundry machine requires the guest to put detergent. The hotel should have a vending machine for laundry detergent.

It was clean, the staff were nice, and the location was great.

The bed was too soft for my back and there was only one thin pillow which was not comfortable for my neck. Water backed up a little in the shower and leaked a little into the bathroom.

it is value for price

Location is great so close to Ginza and Tokyo station. Room cleaned every day and staff was great. Overall if you want to trip around Tokyo and reach everywhere easily, hotel is good.

Room was so small. If you have 2 big luggages like us there is no place to move.
