Great really happy just breakfast missing costs when it should have been included

Bed room location etc all great

Nobody replaced the fruit Muesli, milk etc for 3 days which gave us no option but to pay for breakfast fir 3 days.

Disappointing

Location was great

We stayed at Byron Baythers in early January for 4 nights. The location is terrific, however the listing is not as described. We booked the room based on the property being advertised as a luxury adults only property. However upon arrival we saw children and could hear them running back wards and forwards upstairs. We love kids but had booked a rare kid free holiday. We sent a message to the management and received a reply that stated they allowed children in the upstairs unit but did nothing to address the comments that we had flagged that the property was incorrectly advertised. They maintained that the property could still be adults only even if they allowed children upstairs. We disagreed in our reply and subsequent communication was ignored. There is also construction happening next door, which we were only told about after we had booked and paid for the property. There were workers in cherry pickers overlooking the "private" pool so we never felt comfortable enough to use it. The construction started early most mornings and we couldn't sleep through it. The free muesli breakfast was a nice touch, but the cleaners come by at 7am and noisily unpack the dishwasher for the shared kitchenette (which was right outside our room). Wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

It was ok ..will not go there again after seeing the stafft bad attitude.

Location was nice

The staff and the manager had a lot of attitude and were really rude . They always talked like they are doing some favor on us .the bathroom abd kitchen amenities provided were very less in quantity .we felt far from luxury

Awesome holiday house

What a great place to stay! Great location close to the Main Street in Byron. The breakfast muesli and yoghurt was great. The fresh fruit was unexpected but an awesome addition. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely property, very thoughtfully done, close to everything

furnished very well, lovely room and a bonus breakfast was provided. Very close to everything, no need to use the car.

Nothing wrong with the property at all, just the construction work next door, was a shame as the builders started early.

Perfect location for a sunny couple’s get away

Room was spacious and clean. New bathroom. Location excellent but very quiet and private. Access to coffee/fruit/granola was very helpful.

Very good

Great room size with a small garden. Really comfortable. Kitchen area very clean with tea and coffee provided. Really good location to beach and surrounding cafes/restaurants. Would definetly stay again.

Perfect! Clean, we will visit again!

Lovely welcome, beautiful top floor residence with high ceilings, quality furnishings, lots of light.

The key to the door was very tricky, but of a fire hazard.

Convenient stop over location on our coastal trip

Clean well presented accommodation

Construction work next door starting at 7 am in the morning. It also made the outside facilities unavailable!.

Great clear and luxurious accomodation

Well located in a quiet side-street - but close to shopping restaurants and the beach. Standard of facilities are top notch and clean and luxurious

The front gate needs to be repaired - Arriving late at night in the dark - The gate would not open - the afterhours call number was delayed and then they said we had to jump the fence to enter My concern is that this could have caused injury and liability and if we had a disability including back problems or ageing - this was not an option and we would not have been able to get in without assistance - on inspecting the lock in the morning - It is in serious need for repair on the gate and the handles are also stiff and broken

Great little b'n'b, can't wait to stay again.

We loved this place, if we go to Byron we will definitely stay there, its just off the main road. The location is top notch! The rooms and amenities were gorgeous.

We went during schoolies, which wasn't great and you can hear people in the next room which took some getting used to.

We loved it here but there are definitely things that could’ve been improved to make the stay better

The room was very clean when we arrived, the room was beautiful with a nice small outdoor area. There was great privacy around the pool area. Great location, within walking distance of everywhere. The breakfast provided was delicious and healthy.

There is currently construction next door which, at times, ruined the relaxed feeling and silence - we probably wouldn’t stay here again until this is finished. Even though there was shampoo, conditioner, etc. there was no body lotion provided which we found a bit weird, had to go buy our own. When we had our room cleaned in the middle of our trip, they left all our doors unlocked and the outside gates open so anyone could’ve walked in and stolen our belongings - security needs to be improved.
