Was geen aangenaam door slechte airconditioning en te harde muziek bij het zwembad.

Airco werkte niet naar behoren.

Veel te harde muziek van DJ bij het zwembad. Airconditioning/ ventilatie onvoldoende op de kamer en bij het ontbijt.

Good

Pool was nice. The room was big and clean. It had a nice sea view. The Bathroom was nice and big. The security is good the garage door is locked at night. And the door is watched all night.

Breakfast was mid. They did not have enough room to accommodate all guests. Sometimes you have to wait in line to eat breakfast. There is no water wall in the bathroom so when you shower the entire floor gets wet. You have to hold the shower head as there is no holder on the wall. There are only two sun beds reserved for each room even if you are four people in one room. There was no one in the pool and at least 15 sun beds were empty when they insisted on getting one of us off the sun-beds because we were using three. We kept on saying that we would get off if somebody wanted to use the beds but they kept bothering us for an entire hour. Only after the employee called the manager that did they leave us alone. Bwt nobody needed the sun bed.

Good hotel and location

Hotel very close to the beach, walking distance. The services and swiming pool are great with live music for Dinner.

We arrived 1h before ending of breakfast time, and a lot os food was not refilled, we asked some more, eggs for example, and we were told that they would NOT prepare anymore, that is it for the day, same happened with other foods there.

Disappointing

The room was large and had a large balcony. There were sunbeds on the balcony. The people at the reception were nice.

The air conditioning practically did not work. It lowered the temperature by 1 - 2 degrees, which in hot weather made it difficult to stay in the room. There was no fridge or even glasses in the room. Breakfast was not very varied and there was no air conditioning. There were few sockets in the room (1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom) to plug in and charge devices. Alternatively, you had to turn off the tv or wifi, which was very problematic.

Disappointing

Swimming pool only!

1. The breakfast could be more reach and fresh. From day to day croissant was not fresh (like from previous day). 2. Air Conditioning poor plus they (hotel) turn it off in all rooms from 9 to 13:30 so it become a hell in the rooms. 3. In on of the rooms bathroom door handle was broken (missing), so it was not possible to open the bathroom door from inside. I've asked the staff to fix it 3 times and finally after 4 nights of stay the handle was not fixed (not touched) at all. In other room the door was scratching the floor so strong and laud, so I had the help my kids to close it or open it. 4. If you plan to charge a car (EV) there it costs 1.7 euro per kWt, while in public chargers 0.6 euro. So it expensive and very slow (3kw/h) 5. There where no place to dry your swimming closes. 6. Was not possible to sleep until 1am because there were very loud music outside. 7. Only one electric socket in the room where connected TV + Receiver + one free where you can plug your phone charger. So take some electric extender.

Comfortable Hotel with nice pool just next to the beach.

The location, the pool, the restaurant and the staff.

The hot water from the shower came random, regardless how you turn theswitch. The air conditioning could not be vompletely switched off.

very loud music at the pool every afternoon till night, even with the windows closed in our room it was unbearable. lots of drunk young people in the pool shouting and singing. the hotel was more like a youth hostel. rude owner of the business. very small room, beds very uncomfortable. we left after one night of our 3 night booking and booked somewhere else

Exceptional

We had a great time here with our family of 4. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was also great for us as we had a garage to park in and could walk into the town centre within an easy 15 minute walk. The apartments are large and clean and comfortable.

The large resident dog didnt let my kids pet him....that is the only negative I have 😄

Clean pool - good dinner.

We stayed four nights at this hotel and for four nights we had to endure an overwhelming and terrible techno base beat from the pool area … from afternoon and until 1:30 am. It was impossible to fall asleep. We have no words to describe how annoying and completely rediculous this was! We complained on several occasions … and were told that many people complained about this, but there was no will or intention to lower the volume of this terrible noise. So … if you care for any sleep at all … this is not the place for you.

Waste of money and time after driving 700km

The room was too small for a family with 3 children, in some places with mold, in some places there were holes in the parquet. The loud live music didn't leave us sleeping until 2 o'clock at night. We were even forced to leave 1 day earlier. but we didn't get a penny back. for 5 nights we paid 1100 euros, it is 240 euros per day. they told us that they could not return the entire amount, I asked them for at least 50%, they did not agree. in the end, nothing was returned to us. i even wrote to booking.com but still no answer. I also have pictures of the rooms and the dirty bed linen!

the manager looks like a very greedy and evil woman, unlike the kind staff. they have a lot to improve

San Remo was enjoyable - management of the hotel ruined the experience

Staff especially the owner and management have no idea how to treat their guests. We were litterally shouted at due to a misunderstanding over parking by the hotel.

Nice stay

Our room was big, airco worked well. The pool was very nice, kids enjoyed it a lot. The restaurant had some great salads and sushi. Staff very friendly and onsite covered parking option.

In general we had a good time, the only thing that was not optimal that the family room we got faced towards the pool which served as a night lounge bar with loud music till 1 pm. So if you are with young kids this might be a bit noisy
