Très bien, parfait pour une nuit
Personnel un peu froid, ne pas rester de nombreuses nuits, mais pour un stop over c'est parfait

Very central
Dirty underwear from previous guest under the bed. Reported it to reception immediately after check in. But it wasn’t dealt with until the next day. Absolutely disgusting.

Location was good for the price
Housekeeping entered my room even though I had stated not to. Very unprofessional and an invasion of privacy.

Location is perfect, close to everything you need. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very basic but ok for the first day before you find something else. The room was big, and the balcony in the roof was a great place in the mornings to have a coffee/tea and watch how the city is waking up. Storks on the roof across were very entertaining 😄
As a place to just sleep, the hotel is a good
place, but it was the first time in my life I needed to clean something before using it. Bathroom tap and small glasses in the bathroom were dirty. Both shower heads were also not cleaned for some time ( and I'm not talking limescale). Also, there was a towel placed on the back of the toilet seat, which we found strange. The shower drain was clogged, and night lamps didn't work.

I arrive at the hotel, I check in and get the keys to my room, I walk up to the room I got to open it and see people sleeping. The room I got was obviously not available so I got to the reception and tell them what happened. Only to find out that the hotel was fully booked and there had been a ”fault” in their system, even tho I booked 3 weeks ahead and paid ahead. So the receptionist tells me they are fully booked in the middle of the night and I have to walk to the other side of town at cirka 11pm with my stuff to check in to another hotel. The fact that I got the keys to a room that was pre-occupied already makes me think that this place has no idea of what is going on. So thanks to this hotel ”system failure” I walk into people sleeping in their room and get thrown out afterwards as there were no rooms available for me even with me pre booking and pre paying several weeks ahead.

Only stayed one night due to a late flight time into Faro. Huge comfortable bed was great. The wee baloney with views to both the town and port was an added bonus. Late check in was one of the reasons we booked this hotel and with the 24hr reception that was a good choice. Flying from the much cooler temperaturs of Belfast it was super to have air-con in the room and we put it to good use. Whilst the better half had a lie in I grabbed their breakfast of bacon and eggs with a good selection of bread and cakes all included for 10 euro
All good nothing negative to mention about the room or hotel. one or two insects in and around the shower basin was really the only thing I can think of.

Staff was good, room was big
Few issues in the bathroom, very noisy with a broken window

The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage in reception all day on our final day.
It was a little bit loud outside of the room but that was because there was a concert going on and it didn’t affect our stay.

The room is comfy with a nice view over the main road in FARO.
Location is very good and near the pier, market and major bars and restaurants.

Excellent helpful staff who showed me how close to bus station we were and information on where to go. There was a motor cycle festival across the road when I checked in and that was a bonus to arrive to.

Faro was nice
Not happy with cockroach running over our bed . Caught him in pill case . A young staff member brought us new sheets and pillows. No apology from management. He kept care for our second week .

Location was perfect. Shopping and restaurants nearby.
Some issues with power and air conditioning. But issues were fixed by staff immediately. Hotel is also close to marina were some outdoor events might be held which can be heard from the hotel and disrupt sleep.

I didn't even stay at the hotel, as it was overbooked. I'm not sure if the problem was with the hotel or booking.com, who I booked it through. I could not get a clear explanation. It was very frustrating as I booked 2 months in advance & even had an email on the day about my stay, as if nothing was wrong. I'd also paid in advance. It was particularly stressful, as I was travelling alone & had come a relatively long way.
I'm not sure why the hotel or booking.com accepted this booking when they couldn't honour it. The hotel did find me another room at an equivalent nearby hotel.

Hotel not well maintained
Asked to be placed away from air conditioning system but room located right next to 12 systems ! No duvet cover available . Hotel on a slippery road ; team not maintaining it. Do not recommend it .

The location could not have been better, and the breakfast was excellent value for money.
The bed was comfortable, and the linen was spotless.
The room and furnishings were a little tired, and looked like routine maintenance was long overdue.
Most hotels and accommodation in the Algarve have been redecorated since the Covid shutdown, but it does not seem to be the case here.

Small hotel which we walked past 3 times trying to find it. Good location for our final night, just 15 minute.. lovely little balcony in the room.
A little noisy late night but we did have the patio doors open.

Decent price for decent room. Very close to city center and shops around Faro
No parking for hotel whatsoever. Front desk told us to park in front of another hotel for free but it was always taken spots with only like 7 spots. So be very informed...NO PARKING for this hotel.

The hotel seemed really tired and in need of updating.
The hand rail on the stairs was very loose as if almost falling off the wall.
Bath Towels poor quality and very small

No kettle facility for a tea or coffee in the room
