You can suck up the bad things just because of the beach view.

Good view, comfortable bed.

The terrace looked dirty and the cushions on the chairs had a lot of stains and we didn't use them at all. Better without them than with them. The AC had weird smell which we didn't enjoy.

Medium quality hotel. Perfect view and beach. Bad personal!

Beautifull view and grate beach.

The shower was even to hot or even to cold. The AC did not worked. To many mosquitoes and other isects inside the room and on the balcony. If i have to give a note to the personal (reception, waiters, bartenders) will be TOTAL 0 special the next waitress with tattooed brows.

The hotel is right on the beach. Comfortable and clean room with A/C. Big balcony with great sea view. Friendly staff. Diana at the reception is amazing.

Beach Front only this advantage, far from the main area (Restaurent, Pub, ..)

No reception employee, No room Phone, you have to call using a Local Cell Phone, They Not Clean The room , they not change Towels, they not accept credit card payment (Only Cash), no free seat at the beach,

Best place to be in Sunny beach.

The hotel is beautifully situated on the beach. View is wonderful, rooms are big and comfortable. We got what we saw on the pictures and even more.....

Sunny Beach is just a horrible place to be. Out of season may be not that disgusting. Prado Beach is a small oasis in a middle of a madness.

A favorite place for a lovely rest <3 !

The best location, view and service room ever <3 !! We are the second time and we want more !

No "family" atmosphere anymore and no breakfast included in the downstairs restuarant, but a beautifully redesigned beach. Lovely sunbeds, but should be included in the price of the stay !

The location is right on the beach and the adjoining restaurant makes good food. The room was clean although quite simple. Nice balcony overlooking the sea.

Location, location, location

Location. There are only a few hotels in Sunny Beach that are actually ON the beach - this is one of them. If you look down from your balcony - you see sand. The rest of the hotels are either set way back from the beach or are across the street. The rooms have a small fridge to keep your water cold. WiFi was good - about 17 down and 15 up. Balcony was spacious and comfortable. Parking was only 6 usd per day. A/C worked well. Property manager was very nice and was helpful - English was just OK. If you need supplies, there are tons of neighborhood grocers or you can drive to a Wal-mart-like store called Janet Grand Market about 12 mins away ( I needed coffee, a beach towel, europe plug adapter, milk, water, a beach blanket and a new car phone holder for the dash/windshield - Janet had it all).

The hotel is not shiny and new - quite the opposite. Place was hard to find - Google Maps says you’ve arrived but you are in the middle of an isolated alley. There is a tiny driveway to the hotel, Il’l attach a map. No coffee, no kettle. I asked the mgr about a kettle the second morning - she brought me one at noon. Parking is only 6USD a day but they only have 5 spaces and its all but guaranteed that you’ll get blocked in (3 spots are tandem) by another guest or by a delivery man at the adjacent hotel.

Second time disappointing

Location, sound of the sea, staff lovely

Door badly damaged and unsightly. Aircon poor. Ugly plastic up balcony, only room to have it and spoilt the view. Fighting over sunloungers, people putting towels on overnight. Not much choice of breakfast. No sleep as one mattress was so hard it gave me pins and needles. Also if you sat down or turned over the slats underneath popped out, nearly ended up on floor a couple of times.
