Very good

Everything was good . The pool is very clear.it has about 1.70m.it s available 7.am - 9 pm,enough for an evening bath. The room was clean, no problem with water, hot or cold,no problem about the pression of water. Breakfast was good,except juice and coffee. In room you also have iron and seiff. Very good and clean air conditioner.

Coffe is bad The fresh juice at breakfast is a kind of semicoloured water.no taste .

Worth it, but off-season!

The breakfast is good, the same everyday, but with enough options. More fruit should be added. (there are days when you can't find any fruits) The restaurant staff is really nice and know basic English. They resolve your problems fast (the light bulb on our balcony didn't work, they fixed it in like 10 minutes). The bedsheets and towels were changed once in our 8 days-stay. (But they forgot to give us the bigger towels. Didn't mind it tho.) The garbage cans are emptied daily and you get a new roll of toilet paper daily. The hallway is sweapt daily. The location is in a quiet area.

We got a room with sea view and got a mountain view, if you can call it that (will attach a photo if I can later). They couldn't change it. DON'T GET A STUDIO, GET THE BUGET STUDIO!!! Last year we stayed in a Buget Studio and was much better than the more expensive Studio we got this year. (it was bigger, cheeper, with better furniture and a beautiful view) The restaurant is small and in the morning you have to wait for a table. People "reserve" the sunbads with towels and even though there is a sign that said they will be taken to the reception, didn't see it happen. The older lady at the reception doesn't know English so you have to wait for someone that knows if you have a problem with your room. The cleaning can be improved by a lot. The bathroom was pretty dirty and the shower moldy and rusty. The road to the hotel can be quite hard after a day by the sea since you have to climb a hill.

NIce staff, cleanliness, good breakfast, walk a little to the beach, but it's not very long. Just talk to your family while..... at these prices don't expect to be on the French Riviera, so cut the crap and be realistic. For us it was the expected vacation.

Really good value for that money

The staff is nice and helpful, but their English isn't that great. The pool is a big plus and it's really clean. The breakfast, even though it's the same daily, you can change it up so you won't get bored. The room was big and spacious and you had anything you needed, especially in the "kitchen". The location was in a really quiet neighbourhood and the hotel has a sauna, a play room and a gym so you have enough stuff to do around. The rooms look way better in reality.

The sheets and towels were changed only once, in the third day. But the trash was taken out daily. The WiFi is terrible, but still, we got lucky our room was on the pool side so we had some signal from there. The room wasn't that clean (the trash from the previous guest was still in the kitchen) and you could see that the room wasn't vacuumed before our arrival. If you forget to put the Don't Disturb Sign on your door the staff will try to get in around 9am and that can be pretty annoying.

The price vs confort I would say is a good deal. The lady from Reception was nice. They sent me the invoice via email after few day filled in with some additional data requested. Nice view, very good breakfast.

I did not like that we had to wait 1h 30min for late lunch to be ready as there was not sufficient staff. And some noise from the terace in the evening.

Very good

Breakfast was fine, the location is nice, quiet and close to a large supermarket which is open till late at night. There is a not so large swimming pool, but it is ΟΚ. Rooms and all other places (like the dinning room) are clean and housekeeping staff is doing a good job.

Wifi not available in the room, fortunately there is free roaming in EU (however programs providing unlimited internet is up to 5 GB)!

A great place to stay

- wonderful pool area - good breakfast - big and comfy rooms - amazing view and a nice balcony - good parking lot

- shower was leaking but not too much - we didn’t check out the sea, so can’t give comments on that

Definitely will come back here

Such a lovely accommodation. The place is very clean, rooms are big and clean with modern furniture. The pool was very clean and there was no smell of chlorine. One morning I saw someone taking a sample of the water from the pool to test it. Beach is only 10 min walking distance. They also have a restaurant, food is good and tasty and they have good prices. Breakfast was tasty with variety of choices. The staff was friendly, everyone was nice and polite. . I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful place, good breakfast and lovely view

The location is a bit far away from the beach. Walking back and forth by foot gets a bit annoying after a while. Also there aren’t any street lights, so at night you need a flashlight to see where you’re going, which is not great

Amazing hotel, we'll visit again!

Everything was overaly perfect! The receptionist was very nice and willing to help. Cleaners were also sweet, they cleaned our room regurarly. The apartment was big and comfy. The view was amazing. Nice and quiet place to stay and relax, literaly. Also the pool was nice. The access to beach was also great and easy, about 10-15 minutes by walk to Sunny Beach or 20 minutes to Sveti Vlas beaches - Nice morning walks. I recommend this hotel to everybody who is not into loud Sunny Beach area.

Breakfast was the same the whole time of our stay. After 11 days, eating the same food every day was a bit too much... But for a shorter stay it would be enough. The road to access the hotel could be in better conditions, but this is typical for Bulgaria, so I'm not complaining, just fyi.

Everything!!! We rented an apartment that had a view of the sea and the pool, very clean, friendly staff, daily cleaning, we had everything we needed in the kitchen; glasses, plates, cutlery, frying pan, etc. enough free parking spaces, there is an unpaved access road a portion of 100 m but that was not a problem, We had also hair dryer and iron . The breakfast was very good.Walking distance to the beach 15 minutes. I recommend! 👍🏻😊

Sadly less than we expected

It was in a location where we wanted to be, close to Burgas and easy to get to Varna too.

Not what you call a sea view. Breakfaat not the best and things ran out.
