I'd suggest playing some classical music in the breakfast room, it'd perfectly match the calm beauty of the place. It's hotel Opera after all. :)

Everyone was so kind, it was like family. The neighborhood by Sankt Anna Kirke was sleepy family fun in the old town, with the Old and New Pinacoteca combined into one while renovations were completed. Guidebooks said you could see the town in three days, but I feel I could spend the rest of my life here among these good people.

I didn't like leaving for home!

Breakfast: nicely served, tasty, freshly prepared eggs, nice bread/bakery selection, good coffee; my personal request was fulfilled. Room: very beautiful and in taste! Attention to detail in all the decorations. Very clean. Very confortable bed. Clean and fine bed sheets. Location: very central, close to public transportation (U-bahn station within a few minutes walk); museums, parks, restaurants and cafes, foreign embassies and consulates within walking distance. WiFi: unusually good connection for a hotel. I travelled for work purposes, so I really appreciated the fast connection. Staff: very pleasant. After my check-out at 11:00 am, I spent a few hours in the lobby and I was very happy to receive fresh coffee and water free of charge.

Breakfast: a wider selection of vegetarian dishes would be nice. Maybe guests could be asked beforehand whether breakfast meat (salami, ham, etc.) should be served at all to them. Breakfast is, so far, truly tailored for non-vegetarians. A vegan guest would not have had any chance for a proper breakfast. Room: Towels looked a bit worn out. They were, of course, clean. But I think new towels should be purchased by the hotel.

the suite’s leather chairs were old and not clean and the single bedspread wasn’t either ; there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room.

Very nice building and rooms with a super cozy and nicely decorated private closed balcony attached to the room. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They accommodated to my requests in a very nice way.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was exceptionally polite, helpful, professional and accommodating. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and interesting. We were in walking distance to several local points of interest or to train, tram and bus lines that could quickly and easily transport us to outside of the city center.

The Hotel was in the quieter side of Munich in Lehel close to underground and restaurants and cafes, St Anna church was near by. Great breakfast included served by lovely staff. Very friendly reception.

Loved the style and furnishings of the hotel. Everywhere was beautifully clean, the breakfast and service from everyone was excellent.

No air conditioning, it was unbearably hot! We did have a fan in the room fortunately. The en-suite shower room was on the small side.
