Nette Abwechslung zum sonstigen Hoteleinheitsbrei in günstiger Innenstadtlage

Die mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichteten Zimmer und Lobby. Der entzückende Speisesaal mit den aufwendig hergerichteten Buffet. Die Vielzahl an kleinen, sehr schmackhaften Häppchen und ausgefallenen Speisen welche stets nachgefüllt wurden. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Der Brausekopf in der Dusche könnte mal getauscht werden. Der Strahl war schwer regelbar

Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauber. Sehr gute Betten. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Die Dusche war sehr eng. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Es muss in Etappen gefrühstückt werden. Zeiten müssen einen Tag vorher ausgesucht werden -7 Uhr bis 08 Uhr, 8 Uhr bis 9 Uhr oder 9 Uhr bis 10 Uhr

Hotel acolhedor.

O quarto confortável e bem intimista, mas coube tranquilamente um berço para o meu filho. O café da manhã super diversificado e com muitas coisas deliciosas. Até café da manhã para pessoas veganas tinha. Muito bom. A equipe do hotel foi muito educada conosco, principalmente com o nosso filho de 2 anos. Hotel é bem perto da estação central de trem.

Só achamos o quarto um pouco escuro. Mas de resto, muito bom.

Very nice stay in a small but cozy room, very happy with my visit.

Very good location and the room was cozy and clean. It was one of the best priced hotels in the area and it did not disappoint. Wifi worked fine and the reception person was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Within a short walk to the Cologne Cathedral which is amazing.

Door locks were a little tricky but not a big deal at all. Just had to turn the key a few times.

Very comfortable stay.

The hotel is well located; near to the central train station and the Cathedral. The staff is very helpful and professional; I had a late arrival and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was good, they make eggs to order. I also liked that you can pre-book the breakfast time so that you do not need to wait for a table, which is handy. I had good quality of sleep.

There was no kettle in the room.

Great location and stay

Great location- 5 mins walk from main station and walk distance to main sights in Cologne. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate for late check-in. Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice with a lot of options.

Lifts available but may still have a couple of steps depending on room.

Clean, comfortable hotel, conveniently located close to Köln Cathedral and train station.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Köln Hauptbahnhof (main train station) and is within easy walking distance of the Köln Cathedral. It was easy to find. The staff is friendly and ready to help. They provided us with a city map that highlighted main attractions so we could go wandering in the area with ease. There is an outdoor lounge area just off the third floor landing, which was quite nice at night for visiting, especially during this summer's heat wave, as sometimes the rooms were pretty warm until later in the evening. The breakfast is superb with many choices including the option to have a fresh cooked omelette or fresh eggs cooked the way you like.

Please note this property does not have air-conditioning. Ordinarily this is not a problem in Germany, but this summer's extreme heat meant the rooms didn't cool off very easily at night. We do appreciate the hotel providing fans to provide air movement. We know this weather was beyond their control, but felt travelers, especially those coming from the United States who are used to having air-conditioning available, need to know this.

A handy hotel for the railway traveller

The hotel is situated just behind the railway station in a quiet street and is easy to find. We had a good welcome. Our room was quite small but had every facility and comfort neatly tucked in. The breakfast was outstanding, really delicious, and we are so pleased that this wonderful array is still available since our last visit.

The flooring and furniture of the bedrooms are very dark and can feel a little oppressive at times. However this reflects the age of the building.

Was a last minute booking in a busy city with a mega event going on. Could park in front of hotel for free until 8am. Within walking distance of train station and Dom Very friendly and helpful staff at check in and breakfast Although near to city centre, room on street side was very quiet Room was really big and even had a kitchen too

Stylish and cute comfy hotel

Lovely and full of character hotel next to the train station, small but with all comforts. The hotel has its own style and so the staff, which makes it a memorable experience. Very rich and special breakfast with some extra options à la carte. The room are elegantly designed and decorated.

The room was extremely hot and the available fan was not enough. Keeping the windows open at night is not an option due to the proximity to the station and the constant noise. It's a pity because it's really the only con of this hidden jem.

Great location just the corner from the Hbf, very friendly staff.

Breakfast was amazing. Shower was amazing. Staff were lovely.

The room was a bit flowery in its decor. It was noisy in the morning because we could hear the breakfast staff and the trains from the Hbf.
